This was a fun one! In episode 7 of the Strength Co podcast, we talked (at length) about a video of the current British Prime ministers video on cutting out carbs, chocolate, late night cheese, and exercise. The flaws in his advice, and how it was a missed opportunity to provide some basic nutrition information to the country. We also chatted about people creating exercises with machines, which wasn't their intended use. The best music to listen to when you're training (spoiler alert, there's probably some surprises in there. . . . . . . ) When its OK to criticise, and how it should be applied, and why being fully qualified and insured shouldn't have to be a selling point (for anything, but specifically here we're talking about personal trainers!)
