1) Get better sleep, consistent 7-8 hours per night
3) Set your nutrition appropriately, and don't avoid dietary fats (make up around 30% of your food intake from fats)
4) Get some sunlight/supplement with vitamin D
5) Try a sleep supplement if you struggle with sleep (zinc & magnesium is a good place to start)
