More overcomplicated nonsense from guests on "The Diary of a CEO" podcast.
We're fans of the show, but the guests who've spoken about nutrition have shown their own extremely flawed biases.
And how something thats relatively simple, can be massively overcomplicated to sell books/courses/seminars.
When you're looking to take advice from someone about nutrition, its obviously important that they demonstrate that they know what they're talking about, and this guest, Giles Yeo, is very well educated, and versed in genetic science, NOT in nutrition science.
Genetics is fascinating for sure, but how is this going to help the normal person on the street get healthier, lose/gain weight, and develop a better understanding of nutrition.
*Spoiler alert* it doesn't.
It just overcomplicates things, and contradicts itself. Anyway, enjoy the show! Hopefully we'll have been able to watch the whole episode by next week, and be able to run through more of the claims that are made. This podcast was based off an instagram video for the show.
