This is a recording of a call we had with our Origin Strength Athlete team. This group was expecting to compete In Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting meets in May/June of this year.
On the call we talked about re-defining competing under today's circumstances and how to physically and mentally prepare to compete without access to a gym.
Now that we have settled into quarantine and accepted that this is reality for the foreseeable future, we want to help you set and achieve goals that are appropriate for these times.
