Mehari grew up in the notorious Glengarry projects, one of Windsor's most crime riddled neighbourhood's.
Like many of his friends he was groomed from a young age to deal drugs, a run in with the law helped him to turn it all around. Now he is the owner of the MH 100 fitness and youth program. He is providing hundreds of at risk children a safe place to get fit, study and find mentorship. MH shares some pretty incredible stories from the Glengarry projects, and how his long time friendship with Tony has helped both men to become better community leaders, and break down the divide between the black community and the police.
Mehari's story is as inspiring as it is and eye opening. You can find this episode on all major platforms.
