We need to get inside of our team's head, find out:

  • what their motivations are?
  • Where they’re lacking confidence?

    What we need to focus on is:

    • Why are you working so hard in your life
    • Is there something that you are really striving for that you desire and your life professionally and personally.

      • Leadership

      1. Set Boundaries
      2. Coach for improvements
      3. Cheer for the wins
      4. Be ok if some members are ok with where they are 
      5. You can't make everyone happy so stick with your vision and goals
      6. Spend time onboarding your new hires: learn their motives, desires, and establish a relationship
