Channel 10 have released the lineup for their new realtiy TV show 'The Challenge' which is set to be a mixture of SAS, Survivor and Ninja Warrior. 
So you just know we're itching to talk about the who's who on the show and what we think they might all be getting up to... Including some of our mates! 

Plus we've got a roundup of some big stories from the week including 'The Hills' star Spencer Pratt absolutely dragging our very own Lisa Kudrow (aka Phoebe from Friends).

And The Veronicas are apparently splitting and going solo, and we check out their preview of the new songs... We might actually be on board!
