Aries Full Moon October 17. This week I discuss the Aries full moon, its fiery, burning quality ready to dissolve whatever no longer serves so that we can step forward freer to be our authentic selves. “The old must be released so that the new can enter.”

In this episode I talk about intellectualising the problem and/ or embodying the solution, and touch on a few tools I am finding help me be more present, release old habits and create new pathways.
