THE THESIS: The Party intends to make the capital markets utterly irrational so they THEY--not the profit and loss statements--determine which businesses get loans. I believe The Party will do the same thing to us, where they replace our fairly rational credit ratings with completely irrational ESG scores. So, is housing a safe investment
