A lot of buyers don't know what they want. 🤔

Or, they're locked in on a certain neighborhood, school district, area of town, etc. 🔒

So, when you're setting up property drips for your potential buyers so they can see what is out there, maybe include some areas outside of their original parameters. 👀

Mortgage applications are up 3% from the previous week. 📈 This is due to the lower rate bringing some demand back!
