We are in the midst of closing arguments, and the prosecution is putting together all the pieces of the Comb’s Enterprises puzzle.
Before closing began, the defense attempted to get an acquittal, which was denied by the judge, but did sway the prosecution just a bit.
Kayla and Luke will break down what this all means for Diddy’s fate and give some insight into the opening of the prosecution’s closing.

We are almost at the finish line, and things are getting very real for Sean “Diddy” Combs.
With all of the jury matters settled, for now, the court heard from Brendan Paul, the former Syracuse athlete and Combs Enterprises assistant, who has been marked as Diddy’s “drug mule.”
We have word-for-word Brendan’s testimony of what it was like working for Diddy, up until the very last day of his employment, which was also the day he was arrested.
The jury also gets an up-close and personal view of messages showing how Diddy organized freak-offs for not just Jane, but other women as well.

We are in week six of the US vs. Sean “Diddy” Combs, and it’s been interesting to say the least.
There have been multiple juror issues this week with juror #6 being dismissed for inconsistencies, and juror #7 being questioned. In addition, there was a juror who was too sick to make it to trial, so the court was adjourned.
So, in our 6th week, we are missing two days of trial, but that doesn’t mean that listeners are missing any parts of the Trial of Diddy.
This episode brings an exclusive interview with attorney Lisa Bloom, who is representing Dawn Richard and John Doe in civil cases against Diddy.
On Tuesday, we will be bringing you the word-for-word court account of Brendan Paul, Diddy’s “Drug Dealer.”
Tune in to hear the word-for-word testimony from these witnesses and so much more.

We are in week six of the US vs. Sean “Diddy” Combs; and the jury members are getting an up-close and personal glimpse into the notorious freak-offs, aka “King Nights.”
The court hears from Diddy’s former assistant, Jonathan Perez, who gives very specific information on what the setup and clean up were like for the King Nights.
We hear all about what happened when one of the King Night videos was leaked to employees and how Diddy’s right-hand woman, Kristina Khorram, recorded conversations with Perez to find out who saw the video!
We also give exclusive info on how the constant jury debacles, Diddy’s in-court reactions, and Kanye West’s random appearance in court!
Tune in to hear the word-for-word testimony from these witnesses and so much more.

At the tail end of week 5 of the US vs. Sean “Diddy” Combs, Diddy’s defense lawyer, Teny Geragos, is holding Jane’s feet to the fire on written proof that she orchestrated and suggested freak-offs multiple times in their relationship.
We get a first-hand glimpse into the chemistry between Jane and Diddy, as he refers to her as his “crack pipe,” in a voice note that we play in the episode.
It comes as no surprise that Diddy is/was addicted, because Jane admits to the court that she STILL LOVES HIM, after everything.
We also get a little bit of tea and speculation as another unnamed rapper comes up in court for having a freak off with the rapper’s girlfriend, Jane, and a favorite male escort of Diddy's.
Tune in to hear the word-for-word testimony from these witnesses and so much more.

At the tail end of week 4 of the US vs. Sean “Diddy” Combs, with only a few weeks left, we have learned so much about the man they call “Puff.” We even learn that Puff believes that he is the “...devil” himself!
Cassie’s friend Bryanna Bongolan took the stand this week to give her account of Diddy dangling her from a 17th-floor balcony.
While Bryanna had heart-pounding testimony, the defense team did not take any of her words as law!
Tune in to hear the word-for-word testimony from these witnesses and so much more.
