Then right before the holidays, those are the junk that’s left over and get thrown at you. From a Qualified Written Response, which was the most expensive note that they’ve bought to date, to a 15-acre parcel in Arizona, they share some of the lessons they learned as well as some of the things they have done but wished they haven’t.
