Let's talk social norms in this post-pandemic world we currently inhabit. Should we just blindly accept the same old social norms we once did? The world has changed immensely and we've all had a long time out to delve inward and really consider ourselves, our boundaries and what we want out of life. So why shouldn't we, upon re-integration into society, be questioning certain aspects of how our society operates? Well, in this episode, I start a discussion about certain social norms that I think we ought to call into question. With that said, let's just dive in!

Happy Spring, Trendsetters! It's my fave season (also my birthday season) and I'm SO excited about this warmer weather AND that we are moving in the direction of our world officially re-opening. In this episode, Matt and I sit down to talk to you guys about our feelings entering life post-pandemic. I discuss a theme I'm seeing with my patients, which is this overall panic setting in now that the vaccines are really rolling out about what that signifies moving forward. In other words, I'm talking about the vaccine and mental health. We talk strategies for re-entering the world in a mindful way and how to tune inwards to figure out which things you might be worried about (and what to do about those things once you identify them).
