There's a problem in society - we label women (and men) as "too much" or "a lot" just for being their full selves. In this episode, I talk about why people use these phrases, what they might really mean, and why you shouldn't take it personally. You're not "too much," you are just enough and if anyone can't handle you at your full self - that's their problem!

And I'm here to talk about what it really means to be "nice," how overusing these terms can be extremely detrimental (to all beings but especially women in our society), and why we need to get more specific about what we really mean (no pun intended). I talk causes of getting into toxic relationships, what makes them so difficult to get out of, and tips for letting them go.
