This contemplative method helps us recognize their own psychological patterns, so that we can shift our awareness into the several interior states that are available to ordinary people like ourselves. This conversation is a timely reminder on the importance of doing the deep and hard work to continue to grow and mature and become a more adaptable, and compassionate human.
