It's time once again to fill up your week with lots of fun events, activities and entertainment. We have details about this month's on the square events and the annual spring craft show. A new festival is coming your way later in the week, too. On the entertainment front, you can hear the sounds of Marvin Gaye, support The Villages News Horizons Band, dance away to the music of Jimmy Buffett and two musical legends are coming to The Villages, Paul Anka and Wayne Newton. We have information about all of these happenings and many more in this week's episode. 

The first week of March will include the grand re-opening of a renovated executive golf course, registration for The Villages Senior Games and Camp Villages Easter Week, along with an Electric Light Party and a BBQ Bash. And why not toss in the sounds of Queen, The Villages Hometown Band, the Bee Gees and a vocal impressionist. 

This is going to be a week filled with a polar plunge, an outdoor concert and movie, the three-day Brownwood Strawberry Festival, and a few resident lifestyle art clubs displaying their one-of-a-kind work. You can also add in a variety of musical entertainment, too. 

Get you and your dog ready for a Mardi Pup March and the annual Mardi Gras Festival, Villages-style. We have those details for you, as well as, information about a Valentine's Day Cruise and lots of musical entertainment options, too. 

Start your February off with the sounds of Ozzy Osbourne, add in Irish song and dance, then enjoy a comedian. This episode begins with shows available through The Villages Entertainment, including the latest production at The Studio, the sounds of Broadway, Cher, some opera, country and even a magician. The deadline to sign-up for Winter Recreation Social Leagues is on Wednesday and we have details about the next Enrichment Academy Speaker Series. Plus, you can add in some high school basketball action, too. 

The Villages Recreation has plenty of options for you this week ranging from a By the Sword Fencing Expo to and Outdoor Concert. Multiple resident lifestyle clubs are hosting shows and sales where you can purchase some unique sports memorabilia, photographs and antique pieces. If you want musical entertainment, there is lots to choose from, as well. Listen up and be ready to fill up your week with activities and entertainment. 

Keep the new year going strong with two cars shows, three cardio drumming on the square events and much more. Plus, add in dueling pianos, the sounds of Frank Sinatra, the evolution of dance, Tango After Dark and a cabaret, too. 

The first full week of 2026 brings a schedule of entertainment that will include the sounds of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Whitney Houston, rescue dogs performing a variety of tricks and stunts, and a few illusionists, too. The Lake Sumter Landing 5K Running of the Squares is happening on Saturday and there are several high school sports teams in action this week.  

It's time to close out 2025 and get ready to welcome in 2026! There are a few more opportunities to enjoy a lighted boat cruise aboard Lake Sumter Line, even with your pup, too. Camp Villages Holiday fun has several more activities for you and your grandchildren to enjoy together early in the week, as well.
