This first episode is our host, Aisha Mchumo O'Reilly, was inspired by a podcast episode by Michelle Obama who interviewed her husband Barack Obama. In the conversation she shared how she had to let go of always doing everything for their children. She let go so she could rest, recover and her husband could be an engaged and hands on dad.
