How do they do it… who started it all?
In Hollywood it’s easy to see an actress and think… “these ladies are in a great shape… it must be easy for them.”
Names like Angela Bassett, Jennifer Lopez, and Jennifer Aniston may come to mind.
Who started it all? One of my friends had a great picture of an actress lifting weights in his studio. The picture was circa the late 1950’s.
Who might this trail blazer be?
None other than Marilyn Monroe. Strength training, stretching, and cardio were all part of her routine. This is some 25 years before weights would go main stream with Arnold.
