Kathi and her husband Roger Lipp are at the Red House today looking back on how this ministry began and the unique way in which they have built their team over the years. By combining their own individual strengths and tapping into what Kathi describes as “Resources vs. Resourcefulness,” the Red House ministry has grown from one outside contractor a few hours a month into a team of diverse talent comprised of interns and contractors.
