Today I talk to my friend, Jessica Faath who shares how she had to lean into her own intuition when her priorities shifted. In our conversation, we discuss what it's like to advocate for yourself in corporate America in order to be better aligned with your life's greatest desires.
A bit more about Jessica in her own words:
Hi, I’m Jessica Faath (she/her pronouns) and I hold space for women to grow into leadership roles, to put their talent to work and move their life into the next level.
At the age of 17, I was given a second chance. As I watched my body recover from near death, I became aware that each day was a new chance to be a leader in my own life.
With 20 years in a corporate management role and a lifetime of volunteer experience coaching and mentoring young women, I serve women by helping them learn to use their voices as change agents. My clients benefit from a Masters in Business education, professional project management & sales experience as well as many lessons learned living and working in Europe.
In my personal life, I am the mother of two boys, living with my family in Michigan. Aside from career and family, I am also a living example of how when you get out of your own way and share your story, you give your gifts to others.
“You’re not a victim for sharing your story, you are a survivor setting the world on fire with your truth. And you never know who needs your light, your warmth and your courage.”
