Today I talk with Regan Walsh, who I connected with over Instagram, and instantly knew we would be great friends because the first thing she did was send me a personal video to introduce herself. I appreciated so much that she got personal with me in such a virtual world and knew she would bring a "keep it real" attitude to our conversation and allow herself to be honest and vulnerable.
In our conversation, Regan walks us through why her truth is wrapped up in shame and how it relates to her current business and brand that she's worked so hard to build.
Regan Walsh is an NYU-certified executive and life coach who focuses on helping women who are overprogrammed and underwhelmed to reclaim their lives, both personally and professionally. She contributes to Harvard Business Review and Forbes, and has been featured in Fast Company, NBC.com, Today, and Real Simple.
She has coached thousands of women through her one-on-one and group coaching programs, and she is regularly asked to give keynotes, facilitate workshops, and speak on panels for Fortune 500 companies. She has done so for clients like Freddie Mac, Nike, Intuit, and JPMorgan.
Heart Boss, her first book, was published earlier this year.
Regan is located in Columbus, Ohio, and coaches people from all over the world.
