Heard of the sister wound? Episode 3 of Reclaiming Love takes us on a transformative journey through Elly's recent experience at a women's retreat facilitated by The Women's Space and EAWTC which loves women through just that!

Elly shares some intimate reflections from the retreat including the deep connections and healing it allowed, both with herself and with her “sisters” (including her ACTUAL sister, Becky who was also there!)

They dive into the power of the mind-body connection, the “onion-like effect” of personal growth and how each layer we peel back brings us closer to our authentic selves. They also touch on how the limiting beliefs formed in childhood often come from subtle fractures, rather than a major trauma, and how we can now consciously choose to disagree with any societal expectations and conditioning that isn’t working for us, to create our own path.

If you’ve ever heard yourself resignedly say, “It is what it is” and believe it, this episode is for you!

This is a defeatist way of looking at things. It’s resigned and permissive. It’s what people say when they haven’t yet been shown there is another way, or are afraid to do what it takes to create things a different way.

I know I'm NOT supposed to say this but... I REGRET my sexual past.

Why is it somehow wrong in our culture to admit regret?

Regret is a feeling of sadness, repentance or disappointment over something that you have done or failed to do.

I failed BAD in my relationships of the past.

I hurt myself and others. And I regret that!

The thing is, those mistakes are "failure" that gave me feedback!

I get to feel the guilt and shame of this and CHANGE!

I get to deeply FEEL the regret, the guilt, the shame, release it to feel it, gain wisdom and move forward in NEW ways!

I still make mistakes in my current relationships.

When guilt and shame come up, I see there's something I need to look at, feel and CHANGE!

The guilt and shame ARE the feedback so that you FEEL what's not working and IMPROVE! You get to BE better!

So I will boldly say, what I haven't perhaps ever said,

"I regret being a $lut"

A pocket sized episode filled with punch! The ladies start this one off with Elly answering, “What’s going to be different now?” If you’ve never seen a woman claim what she wants with a deep knowing of her worthiness, you’re about to, in Episode 10 of Reclaiming Love!

Elly proclaims clearly how much she deeply feels and knows that she WILL have what she desires! Through all of the deep inner work she has done, she has cleared out the illusion of fear and now holds such a deep “knowing”.

Elly and V are back together, back on the mics, back sharing their stories, their sass, their truths and their magic with you in Episode 9 of Reclaiming Love.

Elly is back from Master Prac to share the updates on her recent energetic level up. (Oops, did we forget to tell you this was recorded at the end of 2023?)! Elly also quietly drops what she decided about the knife wielding, pasta making, open hearted guy we all affectionately know as Gym Guy. 

This powerhouse episode is all about choosing to see life as a game. The ladies invite you to step into your “main character energy”, delete any supporting characters that are no longer serving you and demolish any remaining “villians” from your story. The gals also remind you that NOTHING is “real”, and to recognise that ALL beliefs are limiting beliefs, so choose yours carefully! Elly offers a tip to tap deeper into your intuition, learning to speak directly to your unconscious mind.

The framework of Values Levels takes the focus of this episode.
