Elly and Veronica dive into the mystical, the magical, and the downright “woo woo” in this expansive episode. From reflections on religion to the science of energetics, they explore the infinite possibilities available when we’re open to more.
Veronica kicks off with a vulnerable share about using her relationship with Will to keep herself safe and grounded in the material world. Growing up in the church, she was taught the binary of good vs. bad, right vs. wrong, and reflects on how stepping out of that framework opened her to feeling energy and noticing “signs” from the Universe—like a whale’s tale that nudged her to make a life-changing decision.
Elly laughs at Veronica’s begrudging acceptance of the “woo,” but also grounds the conversation with her own experiences. She explains how unintegrated emotions can block us from receiving intuitive messages and shares her belief that science and spirituality are simply two sides of the same coin. What if they’re not opposing forces, but the same truth expressed differently?
Veronica opens up about her fears of embracing the mystical, wondering, “How do I not feel crazy?” Elly reminds us of the power in asking, What if there’s more available to us? Together, they unpack the idea of infinite possibilities, sharing their personal stories of transformation—Veronica through her sexual empowerment journey and Elly through plant medicine and emotional healing.
The conversation gets deeply personal as Veronica recounts an experience of what can only be explained as a past-life regression where she connected with the energy of what it felt like to be a witch and Elly reflects on how her first ayahuasca journey gave her the resource of commitment and the safety of unconditional love. Both emphasize the importance of doing the deep emotional work before exploring tools like plant medicine to ensure you’re ready to integrate the lessons without retraumatization.
This episode is a soulful invitation to expand your perspective, embrace what feels magical, and lean into the unknown. Whether you’re curious about energetics, signs from the Universe, or the intersection of science and spirituality, Elly and Veronica leave you inspired to explore what’s possible.
Tune in, and as always, let the ladies know what woo woo magic has shown up for you! 🌟✨

The gals wanna know, “Why are people so addicted to suffering?” Do you know you don’t have to hang out there for so long? Elly and V are all juiced up over this one! Because they want you to know life gets to be so much more than survival and that you actually get to thrive!
What if your mind has been programmed to believe it should be harder and take longer, and you can actually do it FAST? Time for a new perspective on this one? That’s right, it doesn't have to take so long to heal! The mind creates your reality! So will you allow yourself to see it could be fast and easier than you have heard?
What if staying in your suffering is a CHOICE? (Unconsciously of course, unless you're consciously masochistic!?)
The tools offered through the coaching these goddesses do can allow you to recreate a new reality NOW! The work is to stop dissociating, to feel and embody ALL of yourself. (Yup, that means feeling all the pain, to go THROUGH it!)
In this episode, V also shares how being so busy lately has had her forget to feel. Relate? And a reminder of how important nervous system tools truly are.
So, how do you suffer fast?
The key is to look at your beliefs, because your beliefs create your experience. What are you BELIEVING about what is occurring? What if you chose the belief that it’s all happening THROUGH me and FOR me? Then you could go to the depths of the emotions, feel it, honour yourself when it comes up and anchor into your vision for the future to keep moving towards that, couldn’t you? No more hanging onto the memories of the past, wondering “What if?” instead focus the mind forward!
V and Elly equip you with these and many more beliefs to keep you moving forward. They also give you tips to focus on the depths of these emotions in your body. They remind you, it can feel easier to blame others instead of deal with it, though ultimately it’s a painful and disempowering place to live from. Elly encourages you to rizz yourself up and be your biggest cheerleader!
The ladies then share new ways you can look at and speak to yourself with deep compassion, speaking as: your highest self, an old lady, a loving parent or as your own best lover.
These chickas are calling you out, so you can see if you may be addicted to suffering, and remind you to be here and now (present in the moment), as a way to get out of suffering from past pain or future anxiety.
This episode also shares ways to get out of your head and stop the overthinking that’s causing your suffering, by coming back into your body.
The relationship helpline wraps things up by offering advice to someone who unsuccessfully welcomed back an old flame (you all saw that coming, right?) and now wants to figure out how to stop making it mean things about herself.
A practical episode with tons of great tips to suffer fast! Reminding you, to look forward, just ONE step at a time.

Elly and Veronica are back with another raw, heartfelt episode that digs deep into the delicate terrain of heartbreak and healing.
Right from the start, they bring their signature humour, even as Elly bravely shares the bittersweet news that “The Guy” just wasn’t the guy. It’s a tough realisation, one that brings up tears, reflections, and a lot of insight. Veronica is right there by her side, offering loving support and reminding us that everything is a teacher and every connection is feedback, taking us one step closer to what we actually desire.
Elly opens up about the internal struggle of knowing deep down that things with “The Guy” would have been an uphill battle. She speaks to the compassion she feels for him, as he navigates his own challenges and reflects on the growing sense of limbo that emerged, leaving her feeling disconnected and unfulfilled. This isn’t the first time she’s felt this – and the déjà vu of it all has her thinking about past situationships and how far she’s come.
Veronica and Elly unpack the subtleties of how we, as women, sometimes fall into overly nurturing or “mothering” roles, wondering if it ends up pushing men away. Veronica reminds Elly that she wasn’t “too much” – she was just so ready. Ready to let someone in, ready for real connection. They also explore the sometimes addictive nature of suffering and the question of whether letting go has to be so hard?
With honesty and a dose of laughter, they share their personal experiences with heartbreak, anger, and how it can be channelled into a force for growth. Veronica speaks passionately about using anger to fuel her mission, while Elly reflects on how her self-love practices have helped her move forward without lingering too long in pain.
The gals also shed light on how men often lack safe spaces to express their emotions, reflecting on the heavy mental load many carry. Veronica opens up about her relationship with Will, sharing how there was never a doubt that he wanted her – a stark reminder that when someone truly wants you, it’s clear.
In this powerful episode, Elly and Veronica leave you with a reminder: heartbreak, as painful as it can be, is just another step on the journey to finding yourself – and the right partner. They share tips on how to honour your emotions, stay grounded, and lean into the process without getting stuck. From asking yourself “What do I need right now?” to leaning on support systems, they offer tools to navigate the complex path of healing.
So if you’re healing from a breakup or just looking for some real, soulful talk, this one’s for you. Tune in and be reminded that every connection, every tear, and every lesson brings you closer to the love and life you truly deserve.

Have you explored the connection in beliefs towards love and money?
Join Elly and V as they get real about the beliefs surfacing when it comes to money. As Elly’s inner voice yells, “Rich people are wankers!” the ladies openly explore the origin of this belief. Both ladies share their past and present beliefs around money and how it links to their sense of worthiness.
V shares a story of her childhood that explains her resistance to creating wealth and the shifts she has made in her perspective to allow herself to grow wealth. She also shares the values she discovered she had to live by to allow herself to not simply feel ok about money, instead to feel GREAT allowing money to welcome itself into her life.
What if the reason you haven’t been allowing both love or money in is because you hold an unconscious belief it will cause you to be someone you don’t want to be? Elly and V look deeply at this for Elly and expose her truest desire to be of service as she creates more wealth.
These ladies aren’t just digging up the past; they’re uncovering the unconscious values that dictate how we let love and cash flow into our lives. What if all it takes to level up your bank account and your love life is redefining your worth?!
The relationship helpline guides you through what you can do if you want to invest in yourself and haven’t yet felt you’re worthy, by reminding us all of how resourceful we can truly be, when we decide to be.
Get ready for some eye-opening insights and a few laughs as Elly and V challenge you to examine your own beliefs about money and love. It’s time to embrace your worth, adopt new beliefs, take action and welcome abundance like the fabulous queen you are. Tune in and remember, girl, you’re worth every dollar and every kiss.

Take it from us! A man’s dick is NOT the way to his heart. V and Elly talk love, lust and the often misguided belief that jumping in the sack and pleasing a man’s “anatomy” is a sure-fire way to his heart!
The episode launches in with the ladies sharing some exciting news, “Reclaiming Love” is here to stay (for a little while longer at least)! The ladies commit to more of this awesomeness with more exciting developments in the works.
Once you’ve calmed yourself back down from all the squeals of excitement, you’ll hear Veronica share the strategy that she saw she was running when it came to the podcast. It may be worth exploring if you too have had a pattern of running when things get hard? Veronica leads by example to remind you to lean into that uncomfortable edge and allow yourself to go all in as you grow.
Elly jumps on the topic of strategies and shares how her and the guy have decided to use a different strategy when it comes to intimacy (things took a turn after the last episode). Elly and “the guy” have agreed to slow things right down, creating little pockets of love, going on romantic dates and truly get to know each other's minds before diving into each other's bodies.
Veronica gets all sciency and shares about a recent episode of the Mark Groves podcast (we love you Mark!) which explains the neurochemistry occurring for those with an avoidant attachment style. They also explore how this likely contributed to their past relationship choices when it comes to overly objectifying themselves, looking to attain a “hit” from the validation of a sexual connection. Your science lesson for the day includes some loose explanations of the neurotransmitter involved in sex, you’re welcome!
They then tackle the topic at hand, reminding everyone (including past versions of themselves) that the way to someone's heart is simply NOT through their genitals. They hash out the nuances of this often hard learned truth (no pun intended) to explore why taking it slow is the ultimate power move!
Elly then shares how she's been stepping into vulnerability with “the guy” by asking for what she needs, communicating even when it feels wickedly uncomfortable! She tells of how she keeps opening and sharing her heart, even when it's scary. And the result of her vulnerability led to the sweetest little date that she shared with one lucky “the guy”.
The gals then break down some ideas for what a listener can do with a problem she brought to the “relationship helpline”: what to do when you continually feel unmet and not good enough for your parents. A reminder that as you do the work it’s important to “reparent” yourself, rather than rely on anyone else to change for you to feel great again.
Get ready for some sassy insights and eye-opening revelations that'll have you redefining your dating game so you can “swipe left” to unmet expectations and broken hearts. Another powerful episode which reminds you to love, respect and care for yourself as the top priority!
Let the ladies know if you’re on this journey too, to stop objectifying yourself—because love is a marathon, not a sprint (and definitely not a sprint to the bedroom)!

Ever found yourself in a moment where you realised, "This isn't me!" and saw you were ready for the next version of yourself?
That's what This Isnt Me podcast is all about! Reframing limiting beliefs, letting go of the past and stepping into the future, one YOU desire and deserve!
It's practical and playful, scientific and spiritual, with right and wrong left at the door! Full of imperfection and messiness! Full of breakthroughs and transformations!
Let's go on a journey into the world of all things embodiment, empowerment and relationships!
Let’s talk about sex AND celibacy, shall we?
Long time listeners already know that Elly has been on a journey of self love and creating a deep relationship with ALL parts of herself. Along the way, she has chosen to refrain from having sex. “But WHY?!” you ask? Elly shares why she has chosen not to have sex and the reasons why you might choose this for a time to, including avoiding a somewhat false emotional bond that generally occurs when you become sexually intimate.
The discussion leads to how the ladies see self pleasure as an extremely valuable practice, especially along the journey to deep self acceptance and love. From body image, to love from and within yourself, to allowing “him” to see, touch and love on ALL of you. Elly shares how she has found these practices allow her to connect more deeply with herself, create feelings of safety and a willingness to fully accept herself, empowered to ensure she's making great choices for herself. Self pleasure offers a way to explore what loving touch feels like for you and a deeper connection to yourself, which allows you to become more discerning. That’s hot, ya?!
The convo also dishes on how your fantasies can be used to focus on and create what you want. All these tools allow you to explore, and perhaps shift, how much pleasure you allow in your life!
As the flip side is shared, Elly recalls how she used to unconsciously make herself feel powerful by objectifying herself. Because you can’t get hurt, if you hold the power, right? Wrong! Yet it’s a common illusion and the reason so many women discover they’ve been lying to themselves for quite a while.
This episode also explores how intimate circumstances can often leave people dysregulated; with playful insights to identify when this is happening along with tools to regulate. With a reminder that you get to approach and discuss your relationship problems as opportunities to make things even better!
With an actual rotary phone in tow, this week’s relationship helpline offers ideas on how to “keep things spicy” in your relationship to add new aliveness to your sex life.
Listen in for this saucy and sensible episode to help you explore what’s right for you when it comes to the world of s-e-x.
