What stories do you tell yourself? In this episode, I explore a few of the major story lines I've carried with me that aren't true and how those stories became my reality and held me back, and created a negative and limiting mindset in my life. Your thoughts become your beliefs, your beliefs become your actions, and your actions become your life. So, what kind of life are you living?
