  • Bonus #17 Kristina's Updated Episode : Reflections on the Drama Triangle

We are taking a break between seasons three and four, but airing our favorite episodes of all time. This is Kristina's pick, which originally aired in Season Two, as Episode 12 on August 24, 2021.It is the final part of the drama triangle series. Feel free to go back to season two to hear the entire five part series.

    August 24

How has stepping back from the drama triangle changed your life? In today’s episode Anna and Kristina reflect upon the lessons presented in the drama triangle series and how this work has impacted their lives, personally, professionally, and romantically.

Also discussed in today’s episode: Dorito chip crumbs, next-level rescuing, and enhancing psychic abilities.

Anna & Kristina’s Hacks for Stepping Out of the Drama Triangle:

    1. Ask directly for your needs to be met.
    2. Before asking for your needs, make sure you are acting and not reacting (only bringing up the issue at hand).
    3. Address your needs as they arise (don’t wait and then explode).
    4. Address your inner drama triangle (your inner persecutor, inner victim, and inner rescuer).
    5. Practice self-love.
    6. When triggered, ask yourself, “Do I want to be the victim/persecutor/rescuer today?, “Is there really cheese at the end of this tunnel?” “How can I get my needs met without drama?”
    7. Practice forgiveness and love for the persecutor, rescuer, victim, and inner critic (that annoyed witness).

What do we all seek and what do we all fear? Intimacy. This week’s episode concludes season three, and dives into the topic of what does it mean to be intimate with ourselves, our friends, our family, our beloveds.

We hope you have enjoyed learning about the Root Chakra this season. We aired twenty-one episodes on its related topics, like the divine masculine & feminine, sexual arousal & behavior, the Motherwound, and past-life origins.
