If you’re ready to burn it all down or say fuck it and throw in the towel - this episode is for you.

Most people think they need more confidence before they can be seen. They think they have to have everything sorted out, all their ducks in a row and THEN they’ll do the thing.
You don’t get confident by not doing something, you get confident by doing it. And before you take action, you need to trust yourself.
In this episode I’m breaking down:
If you’re fed up with your own excuses and want some support from me and an incredible community of people, I’d love you to join me for The Unveiling.
3 weeks of masterclasses, support and growth so you can start taking action.

Come and join me for a really personal, honest and real conversation with the incredible Elizabeth Banks.
In this episode we talk about Elizabeth’s journey from an abusive marriage to learning to trust herself again. We talk about the cycles she had to break, the conditioning, her survival and how she rebuilt.
Elizabeth is a counsellor, speaker, and the founder of The Village Health.
She spends her days sitting with women as they rebuild themselves after trauma and abuse. She spent years before that doing the same work in her own life. Elizabeth is a victim survivor of family violence. She knows the loneliness of not being believed, and the long, unglamorous work of learning to trust yourself again.
She speaks on coercive control, the hidden reality of high-functioning survivors, parenting through trauma and the path back to yourself after abuse.
This episode does come with a trigger warning as we do talk about domestic violence, mental health and abusive families. Beyond that though, this episode is an incredibly liberating and inspiring conversation.

I had an entire episode mapped out for this week, and then I woke up at 3am with a very clear message that this is what needs to be shared.
There’s a myth that growth is always effortless and easy… It’s not.
This week I’m sharing some very exciting news, but also the mess that I’ve had to go through to get to where I’m at.

The biggest reason trauma survivors don’t go after their big dreams is because of the fear of “What if it doesn’t work?”
But it’s deeper than that, because what if it doesn’t work has so many more layers. Tune in to this weeks episode to learn more.
Here’s the practice to move through your fear of “What if it doesn’t work?”
(This is where you need to go deep. This isn’t a one line answer - this is a deep dive into what’s actually happening internally)
(Examples: upgrade IG bio, plan what it looks like, write 100 words, research something)

I’ve shared my personal journey, my trauma, my wobbly moments and everything in between.
But as I was sitting on the plane coming home from my Bali wedding - I want to say honeymoon, but let’s be real - a honeymoon to me does not involve children haha - when I realised, I’ve never really shared my journey to becoming a coach, or why I chose to.
It wasn’t an overnight decision.
It wasn’t an overnight success.
But it was a process that allowed me to work out what’s really important to me and find my passion.

Coming in with another Q&A this week, where I was asked a series of questions about dealing with narcissistic parents and family members, while also navigating parenthood at the same time.
These are deep and complex questions, and while I am not an expert, have shared my thoughts the best I can.
I know this episode will be helpful in some way.

Recently I was asked these 3 questions. They were so good that I wanted to create a separate episode for them, so here it is.
The questions were:
~ Any tips for those who don't quite feel aligned in life, happy but perhaps missing a sense of purpose?
~ Is it common to not feel like you have reached your final destination, like there is so much more to life, yet to find, to explore and engage in?
~ Or is it just a feeling for those that constantly want more out of life?
Tune in to this episode to hear my thoughts… and some not so subtle truth bombs.

200 episodes! I / we did it.
This week, my incredible friend Tahryn Bolt took over the mic and interviewed me to ask me questions about my podcast, business, life and so much more.
We share my evolution over the last 5 years.
We share tears.. A number of times.
But most of all, we sit down and reflect on how incredibly meaningful this podcast is to me, what I have learnt, how I’ve grown and who I am.
I’d love for you to share your thoughts and any takeaways from this episode.
