First of all, I would like to point out that we all have this ability to activate our LIGHT BODY. It is part of who we really are...our TRUTH. Everything else you are experiencing...the limitations, the barriers, the pain, the doubt...frustrations, anger...any lower vibration frequency ~ is NOT who you really are... they are actually preventing you from your TRUTH!!! The truth...which is my truth...your truth and everyone on the planet's truth...is that we are all energetic beings...WE ARE 'ALL THAT IS'...and that is LIGHT. Within us, within this shell of a human ~ which I have sometimes called a suit, is all the codes, the keys...to unlock our hidden potential. The potential is that we are the entire Universe...all within this suit of a human form. Weird right?   I will be honest, every week I go with the flow and I simply wait to see what comes up for the topic the following week. That topic title is put into my emails ~ that go out every Monday morning. My Motivation Monday emails covers the very topic that I talk about in my podcast & video during the week. When that email is created, I take a deep breath and ask what the title is to be for the following week. When I announce that title in the emails, I have no idea what I am going to talk about...what will come out of it. I am just as amazed as you are when I sit down to create what will be said. I too, am learning right with you on some topics... and this one is the same.   I sit down and take a couple of deep breaths and start typing. I type what I hear and I add some of my own stories to the mix. I received an email last week, thanking me for the content that I send out and the fact that the information is so easy to understand. To be honest, it has to be easy to understand... this information is so important that we understand it and not just that, to actually implement it into our lives. Some of us, myself included, get so busy with this human experience, that we don't stop to consider what we know to be the truth ~ even though that truth can be difficult to understand.   In some cases, you just can't explain how you KNOW something and how you believe it to BE your truth. Sit down and ask yourself, what is YOUR truth? Is it your truth that you are 'not enough?'...and yet, most of us have THAT programming deep within our subconscious minds. Is it your truth that you are not loved?... although you may FEEL that you are not LOVED and yet, there is LOVE all around us. When we let go of all the expectations and the assumptions of what we believe our life is to BE... what will we find?   I think that we will find ourselves...our TRUTH... which is the fact that we are a LIGHT BEING... that we have a LIGHT BODY and within that LIGHT BODY we are ONE with ALL THERE IS. To activate this TRUTH that is within each and every one of us, we need to LET GO of all the resistance, the barriers, the walls... that we ourselves have put up. Take them ALL down and BE who we truly are. I am being told that we can simply ask for help and we will have our entire team of Beings of Light assist us in taking these barriers down. Can you just imagine what that would feel like? To be FREE of all the barriers, the resistance, the walls? That is letting go of all the human aspects beliefs ~ which is more or less like wiping the hard drive of your computer down. Clearing ALL programs and starting over with our LIGHT BODY activated.   I don't know about you, but that sounds amazing. I have been clearing and letting go now for years and still things come up. Just when you think you are done clearing... something else happens to stir more up. Maybe that is what is supposed to happen or maybe there is an easier way. That is what this is about today...for you & I both to find an easier way to deal with all this 'stuff'...this crap that keeps coming up. It is almost like we have opened a pandoras box and when we let go of something, another thing comes to the surface...we are constantly working on releasing and letting go.   I know that all I have to do is take a couple of really deep breaths and I am in the Quantum Field. It makes me feel dizzy and light headed...and opens me up to receive energy from the Beings of Light. It is when we are in the Quantum Field that we have access to the Beings of Light ~ we all do. This is where we can choose to go to and ask for help to release ALL of what no longer serves us.   I am guilty of always trying to do it myself. I have the tools and I am constantly using them to clear and clear again...and clear some more. What they are telling me now is that there is an easier way. Which by the way, is making me laugh...really? Why would we make our life so difficult? Do we actually believe that it has to be difficult? That it has to be a hard journey? If there is an easier path, why not take it? For some reason, we humans have a difficult time asking for help... I am being told that NOW is the time to ask for that help! It's time to remove ALL our barriers, our resistance - everything that no longer serves us. Take a few deep breaths and continue to breath deeply while we create a declaration together! You can repeat after me or simply understand that I am speaking for us all when I say this:   We would like to activate our truth and our LIGHT BODY. So together, let's put the intention out there to give permission to all Beings of LIGHT...and please, make sure you always ask for help from Beings of Light...we want the highest vibrational help that is available to us. We are intending to have the Beings of Light to remove any lower vibration & cords in our field that is preventing us from raising our vibration. Once that lower vibration is removed, we are requesting that our LIGHT BODY be activated and our TRUTH to be known to us. We ask for this with the highest good for all involved.   Keep breathing deeply while I speak with our Soul Language and this will have its own activation within it. Keep breathing deeply, left hand on your heart and FEEL with your heart.   Light Language   WOW, as usual, this was a very powerful activation. Becoming ONE has been our goal all along. That is why it is very important to cut the cords of attachment that are attached to YOU throughout your day...it will bring back your energy ~ which belongs to YOU! That is just one process that is important to do. I have never even thought of what I am going to talk about until recently when I heard one of Lisa Brown's recordings. She mentioned how we separated when we came into this human form and that caused me to start asking questions.   When we came into this human experience, we not only forgot who we really were, we separated into 4 bodies instead of ONE. I am not sure if you are even aware of the other bodies you have...we have a physical body ~ we are all aware of that...but we also have the mental body, the spiritual body and the emotional body. Each of them powerful in its own way and each of them needing attention. The goal of today's podcast is to eliminate THAT separation and become ONE. This process or I should say...this activation, is going to be a very powerful one.   I'll be honest, I don't completely understand the separation ~ only that I am supposed to talk about this so that YOU have an awareness and prepare you for the elimination of this separation. When we become ONE...we will have our memory back again. They say THAT is why we don't remember who we really are... because of this separation of our body's. Intention is everything and with our intention to BE ONE...the activation will be ALL that we need. When I asked if we can separate again, I was told that if we slip back into the human program, we will separate. That surprised me really...it is very easy to get wrapped up in the human programming and what is going on around us.   Our goal ~ I am told, is to practice BEING conscious of what opens our heart and what closes it...BEING conscious of our thoughts and emotions throughout the day is our challenge... at least it will be for me. I am very good at BEING conscious after I have reacted unconsciously ~ which is apparently the first step to BEING conscious all the time. We are ALL so used to allowing our life to unfold unconsciously...our programming running the show. It is my programming that causes me to react in anger before I consciously realize that my anger has surfaced. It is a perfect opportunity for me to let it go...the anger that surfaced is doing so with the intention of being eliminated from your body.   Today when we join all of our bodies as one, we are to look at our human form as a suit...we are literally wearing a costume... a human form to BE in this illusion. It has been a pretty wild ride for some of us and I am totally grateful that I got off the wild ride and began this journey of awakening. Did you know it was called that? Waking up!!! We are literally waking up from a dream state ~ an unconscious state to BE ONE in a conscious state. It is not an easy awakening for some and yet for others, it has been a breeze. Like I mentioned earlier, this is our challenge. I don't know how many of you are up for the challenge, I certainly am. I would like to get to a point where I don't fall into the human programming trap ~ that is what I like to call it. I am told we are so very close to getting there... and that we will be the teachers for others to follow. That is the think isn't it? Someone has to go first...of course, that sounds like a contest in itself but this is no contest...there is no winner crossing the line first... there is no trophy. We are simply waking up to who we truly are...an energy BEING and ...we are ALL ONE.   HOOOOO...I just had a thought, we are ONE energy BEING living this human experience through a billion of lives at the same time. Can you imagine what ONE BEING can learn about a human experience? Anyways, back to eliminating separation and becoming ONE. I am told that this will be as easy as instructing to cut our cords. All we have to do is have the intention to become ONE and say "BECOME ONE" while you are taking a few deep breaths. I LOVE visualization so what I am going to do when I instruct my body to "BECOME ONE" is visualize all four of my bodies merging into one very powerful BEING...as if my form just absorbed ALL the powers of the the four bodies. I welcome you to visualize this while taking a few deep breaths and I will speak our Soul Language. Continue to breath deeply throughout and pay attention to what you SEE and FEEL while I am doing this activation.   Light Language   This has been incredible! I visualized the FOUR BODIES becoming ONE and I became brighter and brighter with every body merging together. It was almost like I became the SUN ~ which is a very powerful feeder of our LIGHT BODY!!! I hope you found this beneficial and that you will practice BEING conscious throughout your day. It will eventually become a normal thing for us to be conscious rather than allow unconscious programming to run our lives. I have heard from many people about how my processes have helped them and I am eternally grateful to hear that. One of the most important processes you could ever do is to cut the cords. It is something that some of you think that you have done once and that is all that is needed. That couldn't be further from the truth. I actually do it throughout the day. It is a very powerful way to call back your energy...which is why I titled this podcast 'calling back all parts of you'. It is literally giving away parts of YOU when you are attached to someone or something.   A simple thought can re-attach the cord and therefore, it makes total sense to continue to cut those cords. We all know how many thoughts we have in a day and THAT is how many cords we are attaching every single day. That is crazy to think of it like that but I guarantee you have cords attached to me just listening to this. It not only helps me to cut my cords...it helps you as well. Every video you watch, every post on facebook you notice...you are attaching an energetic cord to.   I have mentioned this before, when we are sleeping we are being worked on energetically. I think it is pretty cool to know that when I wake up, there is something different going on within me. My cells are changing, my DNA is being upgraded...lots of energetic healing taking place. All this is going on to prepare us for the energy waves that get stronger and stronger every single day. I was excited to see something one morning as I was waking up. There was a black hole high up in my bedroom and this hole closed up slowly. It is really hard to explain how it looked. It was as if, I came back to my human reality ~ at least that is how I perceived it. Knowing that all this is an illusion ~ our very own Truman show playing out, this black hole was like something that I went through to get back to this illusion. It was a very cool experience.   It is while we are playing our part in this illusion that we need to protect our energy body. That is what cutting the cords can do for you. Not only does it call back ALL parts of YOU, it gives you back the energy that you are giving away. There is nothing more important than YOUR energy ~ everything else is simply part of the illusion. We have a LIGHT BODY being activated within us ~ which is what we are being prepared for, and in order for our LIGHT BODY to activate, we need ALL our energy.   When I mentioned that 'everything else is simply part of the illusion' ~ that is what I call 'drama'. We tend to get involved with what is going on in our human illusion, I do it too. There are times when someone in my life is acting out and I take it seriously ~ sometimes...personally. THAT is the most important time to cut the cords of attachments!!! The people acting out around you have their own energy to take care of and you have yours. When you are cutting the cords, you are detaching from them as well. They will no longer be receiving energy from you and will act out to get that cord of attachment reconnected. You are teaching them a very good lesson by repeatedly cutting the cords. They seriously have to figure out, how to live their lives ~ their energy without being attached to anyone.   In a way, you are bringing back your energy ~ all parts of YOU, and you are giving back their power as well. They may not yet know how to use their own power or even understand that they are a very powerful being of LIGHT. Their Soul purpose may very well BE to wake YOU up. We don't know anyone's Soul purpose and therefore, it becomes very important to not dwell on any of the why's ~ Why are they doing that? Why are they in my life? Why are they talking to me like that? etc. Just do your best to focus on your own energy and not on the other people in your life.   We can send them LOVE & LIGHT and wish them the best, but what they do with their life while they are having this human experience is their journey. I have given DVD's of healing to family members in the hope's that they would understand that they can heal their bodies. They didn't really 'get it' and didn't make the changes that could very well give them a better life - one of no pain and suffering. What I did was plant the seed and after that seed is planted, it became their job to grow the plant. It has to be their choice to grow or to stay on the path of pain & suffering. Once I planted the seed, I have to step away and allow them their journey. Is that easy? No, not at all. This is when cutting the cords gives them back their energy...as well as my own power back to me.   I am hoping that you understand the importance of cutting cords and doing it often. You are literally taking back ALL parts of YOU when you do this and giving back energy as well. I don't pay attention to who I am attached to...that doesn't matter. I love to keep things simple and to just say 'Cut the cords to everything and everyone I have connected to' is how I LOVE to do it. Sometimes, I close my eyes and take a couple of deep breaths to visualize ALL my energy coming back to me ~ just something fun I like to do from time to time. It doesn't matter how you do it, it is just important that you DO it.   The Light Language today is about the power we have within us. Everything we need is within us ~ and when you can access that power and BE ONE with it. YOU are the power horse running your life. They are telling me that when we can connect to our own power and TRUST that we are this power, our KNOWINGNESS of this fact can move mountains. Take a couple of really deep breaths, and keep breathing deep throughout this activation. Left hand on your heart...and while I am speaking, visualize ALL your cords of attachment being cut and ALL your energy coming back to you. Notice the colours and the beauty of the LIGHT that is coming back.   Light Language   WOW can you feel that? My heart feels like it just expanded to the size of this room...I hope that you found this beneficial and that you will KNOW without a doubt that you are a powerful BEING of LIGHT. Every time you go to bed, KNOW that you are being worked on and changed on a cellular way. Every week, I think that the LIGHT LANGUAGE is the most powerful yet. That is the thing isn't it? Either your life is unfolding with ease or you are experiencing struggle. If you ARE experiencing struggle, you are more than likely going against the flow. I can tell you that I have fought the current all the way. I have done my best to force the outcome...totally convinced that once I got that loan paid off, I would be happy. Once I got that new car...I would be happy! Once I started my own practice...I would have a ton of clients and so much money coming in...then, I would be happy.   All of what I just mentioned, is going against the current. It is a struggle and life, when unfolding in Divine Order, is not a struggle. There is a flow that will simply just happen. After I took the QSCA coaching course, I took courses on how to get clients. It became a struggle to get noticed...and to get clients. I got to a point that I STOPPED everything. It wasn't until I STOPPED and simply worked on myself that I realized that there is a flow to life.   I remember hearing about it from Abraham Hicks ~ if you haven't heard about them, it is Esther Hicks channeling 'Abraham'...which I highly recommend reading and listening to. That is where I first heard about 'going with the flow'. They refer to life as a flowing river and you are either floating along easily or you are fighting the current and struggling to anywhere.   Along my journey, I read books by Paul Selig and he too, mentioned the flow. There was an exercise where you step into the flowing river and allow yourself to simply float down the river. THAT is what life is suppose to be like. Simply floating down the river, noticing things and yet, still flowing along. I didn't really get that, until I STOPPED and did some internal work on myself. We tend to go around so busy with what we 'have to' do, that we miss the REAL work we get to experience. To find the REAL YOU...without the drama, without the material things we focus on...the REAL reason we are all here!   Life is a choice...we can choose to be busy and by BEING busy, we are missing the point of life. OR we can STOP and focus on ourselves...focus on expanding our heart ~ which by the way, holds the KEYS to every possible future you can think of. I have learned so much since I stopped trying so hard...trying to force a life that I thought I was here to have. When you are in the flow...you don't have to DO anything except to simply BE who you really are! OK - that is powerful enough to repeat...When you are in the flow...you don't have to DO anything except to simply BE who you really are!   Here is the thing...when you are BEING who you really are, something magical happens. Everything that is supposed to come to you will come to you. It is Law of Attraction at its best! LIKE attracts LIKE...a match to the frequency of who you are. On my journey, I started speaking Light Language ~ which blew my mind by the way, and the people around me were changing. My clients were getting incredible results, my videos were getting a ton of results...podcasts were being downloaded and I started getting a ton of emails telling me about the results they were having.   I am reminded that this is happening only because of the connection to Source that I have and the work I have done on myself ~ to connect to the real me. Who is the real me? We are all the same... we are all it...WE ARE ALL ONE...SOURCE ENERGY. When you break down the fact that everything is energy - we are all LIGHT... and we are ALL ONE. I say the same thing at the beginning of every podcast that I do...we are Divine Energy - I am, my I am presence & I am ONE with YOU. I have been saying that for quite some time and yet, didn't really get it until recently. We are LIGHT...there is no end and there is no beginning...just LIGHT. When we are not having this human experience, we go back to the LIGHT being that we are.   WOW - we are getting deep into this today! Let's go back to being in the flow. While we are having this human experience, we are all searching for more. We would like more money, we would like more furniture, more cars, more tools...there is always more. This is where we find struggle...cause than we fight to get more of everything we would like. The weird thing is...when you stop trying and just go with the flow...you are relaxing your body and you are raising your vibration. Once you raise your vibration, you become a match to what you were originally struggling to get...and then, it comes to you with ease. When you get it with ease, you realize that life is just like that...flowing and creating everything with ease.   I have a great meditation for you to experience. First of all, take a couple of deep breaths and relax your body. Visualize a WHITE LIGHT showering over your body...this WHITE LIGHT is cleansing away any toxic energies that are in your space...in your body. Visualize a drain just off to the side of where you are standing or sitting. This WHITE LIGHT is washing away all what no longer serves you and you are witnessing it go down this drain...all of it going deep within the planet to get transformed. Keep taking a few deep breaths and notice that the drain is now closing up ...you no longer have a need for it. You are shining bright...filled with WHITE LIGHT. Now visualize in front of you a huge slide...much like a water slide. Walk toward it and carefully get on the slide. Before you go down the slide...have a complete understanding that we will have ups and downs, and many turns throughout this journey. Also understand that you may choose to get off the slide once in awhile but KNOW that you can get right back on it at any time.   Start going down the slide slowly and keep breathing deep as you go. While you are going with the flow of the current, I am going to do a Light Language activation about TRUST. This is to unlock a KEY within your Heart that will allow you to TRUST the flow and to KNOW that no matter what is coming to you is there for a reason. Just keep going with the flow...   Light Language   Open your eyes when you are ready...I hope that you found this beneficial and that you will KNOW without a doubt that going with the flow has within it, a life of ease. Like I said, you may find some times in life where you get off the slide... just understand that you can get back on any time. The first high frequency thing you can do is to eat a high vibration food. In the past, I have been a rawfoodist and actually taught people how to eat this high vibration way of eating. That lifestyle is still strong within me as I am now feeling the pull to return to what I love to call "Spiritual Nutrition". When you keep in mind of the fact that everything you eat and drink is energy, what kind of 'energy' are you ingesting?   If this is making you uncomfortable, I can tell you that I feel the same way. Like I said, I was a rawfoodist for over 10 years ~ which means that I ate around 85-90% raw & living foods. I held informational classes about this highly, healing way of eating... my business was called Rawsome Nutrition. I began eating more & more cooked food when I started having digestive problems and have now completely changed my eating habits as I eat and teach about the Ketogenic Lifestyle. If you know anything about being 'keto', it is a high fat, low protein lifestyle. I don't eat meat as often as some do ~ I focus more on the good fats and the quality of what I am eating.   With this coming up for me to talk about, I will have to re-think my lifestyle once again. When we put our focus on the quality of the foods & drinks we are ingesting...and ONLY putting into our body the highest of frequency, we are practicing "Spiritual Nutrition". The idea of 'detoxing the body of ALL toxic energies' is to rid the body of the vibrations that are stuck in our body. Think of it this way...where does your food come from? The moment it is handled and all the way until you receive it and ingest it...there is energies going into that food.   If you are in a restaurant and you order what you think is healthy, the vibration of the chef, waitress and anyone else that handles the food is going into the food you are about to ingest. So... if whoever is handling your food is in a really bad mood, what kind of vibration do you think is going into the plate of food? Is it still healthy? Or did it get transformed into something toxic for your body?   Keeping in mind that everything is energy and energy can be changed ~ we have control over the vibration of what we will ingest. Have you heard of the research done by Dr. Masaru Emoto? He has written quite a few books on the fact that human consciousness has an effect on the molecular structure of water. His research showed that he found that water that you said or thought "I love you" or "Thank you" ~ basically anything positive, created a beautiful crystal. Yet, negative words and thoughts would create something totally different.   He also tested a toxic river before & after a buddhist said a prayer to it. The water before the prayer showed something horrible and ugly and yet, after the prayer, it showed an incredible snowflake like picture. The same toxic river produced two different pictures. Google to see the test results...there are all kinds of websites on it. I read his book years ago and I still remember the tests of before & after ~ they were incredible. My thoughts at the time and still actually, was that if the words and thoughts created such a change in water...what does it do to our body? There are times that someone will think badly about you and your body is going to react to that frequency. Even worse, if you look in the mirror and you don't think highly of the reflection, you are actually harming your body.   So...to detox our bodies of ALL toxic energies, we need to eat a high vibration food and when that is not what is in front of us, we need to bless it. Especially restaurant food ~ thank the farmer, the truck driver, the cook, the waitress...even keep it simple and quick by "thanking everyone that has had anything to do with this food before me". Take a couple of deep breaths and visualize the purest of WHITE LIGHT covering the food and going into the food. This is the simplest way to clear any toxic energy that the food has experienced before being put in front of you.   If a simple thought of 'thank you' or 'I appreciate you' can change the molecular structure of water, what do you think it will do for our food. It will raise the vibration to a high frequency that will clear any toxic energies within us. It will erase any negative energies it has experienced. It will add LIGHT to your body ~ which will erase any toxic, negative energies within your body. THAT is what ascension is all about right? BEING able to hold more LIGHT. We can't hold onto the toxic energies in our body and HOLD MORE LIGHT at the same time. The LIGHT that we are bringing into our bodies is going to push out all the toxic energies that no longer serve us. It is about activating our LIGHT BODY and shining our LIGHT to the entire world to see. THIS is what will effect the people around us. THIS is how you can help all those around you.   The Light Language today is to turn on that switch within every single one of us that will help us to REMEMBER to raise the frequency of everything we eat, drink and even put on our bodies. We are the only ones that can change our lives ~ the power of transformation is within each and every one of us. Take a couple of deep breaths and relax your body. Place your left hand on your heart and listen to this activation with your heart.   Light Language   I hope that you found this beneficial and that YOU will begin to raise the vibration of everything you eat and drink. We ALL have relationships that could use a make-over. We seem to have that one person that triggers our emotions to come up and in some cases, that is actually a good thing. Yes...I said it was a good thing. I am always recommending that you BE the observer in your life, and as the 'observer' you will notice that certain people trigger you. What I am talking about is the people that are able to 'push your buttons' causing you to react. They will bring up within you what I call a lower realm emotions ~ that could be anger, frustration, depression...whatever it is...it is NOT your usual way of living your life.   BEING aware of your reactions and the people that can easily cause you to react is the beginning of being able to release these emotions. These people that are upsetting you are actually your BIGGEST teachers! THEY are the ones that are showing you that you have an emotion within you that needs to be released. When I first heard this, I thought it was pretty weird...but consider this... if everything is energy and the emotions that are stuck somewhere in your body is energy...how are you going to find out about them? It is my belief that the emotion would not come up if it wasn't already in you from a previous event. It doesn't matter what happened to put it in your body...the only thing that matters is that it comes up to be released.   Therefore, it is a blessing that the people that are triggering you is in your life right? They actually serve their purpose ~ showing you what you need to release! This is something that you can always use...knowing that they energy of THAT emotion has come to your attention to be released from your body. It no longer serves you to hold onto it. When something comes up, simply allow the emotion and BE aware that it is there...say to yourself "WOW I am feeling anger right now"...then simply ask yourself if you are willing to let it go. I like to say "thank you ...am I willing to let this go now?". I say 'thank you' because I am grateful that the emotion has come up. Then the next step is to ask 'When?' and with that question...it has been released...just like that! That is the Sedona Method and is very easy to use and to remember. It doesn't have to be said in the exact words ~ just be aware...ask if you are willing to let it go and ask when...easy peasy right?   That is one way of clearing. What if...there was something else so simple and yet so powerful that you could heal any relationship in your life? This will take some work on your part BUT I highly recommending using it. When you first hear about it, you will dismiss it due to how simple it is... observe your body and your thoughts. You could be dismissing this process because your subconscious mind would like your life to remain exactly how it is.   Remember, I am always talking about how your body has a muscle memory ~ that is how your body is used to BEING a certain way. Your body is 'used' to you not getting along with so & so and therefore, do whatever it can to take your mind off of doing this simple process. YOU are the master of your life and when you begin to be consciously aware of what is going on in your life ~ by that I am talking about BEING an observer of your reactions to people, your thoughts and emotions that come up with certain people ~ that is when you can clear so much 'stuff' that no longer serves you.   Have you heard of the 'Book of Positive aspects' that Abraham Hicks speaks of? THAT is the process I am talking about. Get yourself a book and think of one person that you would like to transform the vibration between you...someone you are NOT getting along with right now. Now, write down as many things as you can think of that is positive about that person. For some people, that may be a difficult task however, with this being a powerful frequency changing process...FIND SOMETHING positive about them. It could be their hair, their eyes, the way they dress, how passionate they are about family, how dedicated they are about their work...anything you can possibly think of.   This is what is going to change your relationship! What happens is that it changes the frequency between you both...raises the vibration and THAT changes how you react to each other. I am not saying you have to like them...it's not about that...you can simply have a neutral feeling about them and have a better relationship! Like I said, this takes work on your part...if you like, make a list of everyone in your life that you would like to change your relationship and do this process. Watch the magic happen!   This week, the Light Language activation is about our awareness and how it will open us all up to pay attention to our reactions to the people around us. It is about a higher realm life ~ a multidimensional life and being that observer of the emotions that come to the surface. We all have the ability to heal...we do it every day. When we get a cut in our finger...it will heal and seal ~ most of the time without a scar. If it is a broken bone...it heals too. The healing takes time only because we BELIEVE that it does. When we activate our healing abilities...and LET GO of any belief that it will take days or weeks to heal - in some cases...months...miracles happen. All we have to do is BELIEVE that we are the miracle.   Remember...everything is energy and energy can be changed! That includes US!!! Our human body looks and acts the way it does because of our thoughts and our beliefs. When you can master your thoughts and eliminate any beliefs that are actually restricting you from BEING that miracle healer...can you imagine what you can do?   Think of all the healers that you know of in your life. You likely know someone that does Reiki...there are many types of Reiki and some practitioners will combine Reiki with another form of energy work. You go for a session and you can FEEL the heat coming from their hands right? YOU are a healer too! What is the first thing you do when you cut your finger...you slap your other hand over it ~ covering it with your hand. If you were to observe yourself doing THAT and FEEL the fact that there is heat coming from your hands. YOU are already healing that cut!   No matter what course you have taken...no matter how many certificates a person has...when it comes right down to it...we are ALL the same!!! We are ALL energy and fully capable of accessing that healing energy. When you can take a few cleansing breaths ~ which are simply very deep, relaxing breaths, you are taking yourself to the Quantum Field. You have heard me mention the Quantum Field...I sometimes call it the Quantum Realm... THIS is where the magic happens! This is where the Beings of LIGHT are...the higher vibration realms is where you can create miracles! NO MATTER WHAT IS GOING ON IN YOUR LIFE!!! Again...I remind you...everything is energy and energy can be changed.   What IF, you connected with that energy and WHAT IF, you cleaned up the energy that is causing your body to be unbalanced. Cleaning up your aura is something that I think is a preventative to your health. What is in your field hasn't yet reached your body...THAT is the perfect time to eliminate it. Even if you have something going on in your body as I speak...YOU can change that. Sure, you can go to all kinds of practitioners to help you out. They would give you some amazing sessions and it would FEEL fantastic. I totally recommend doing that just to treat yourself once in awhile. What I am suggesting is that YOU can be your own healer!!! YOU would be the best healer for yourself and others in your life.   The best part is when you heal part of yourself in this moment, you actually heal ALL parts of you...going back your entire life and the multiple lives you have lived. Cool right? I know that this might be stretching it a bit for some of you but consider this... they say that there is no such thing as time and that everything is happening in this moment. If that is the case, then my 5 year old self is healing in THIS moment....the moment that I am healing my wounds from that time period...I am healing her and making her stronger energetically. As long as I don't bring the experience to the surface again, everything is erased...everything is changed energetically.   As humans, we tend to bring things up ALL the time...'well this happened to me' and 'this person did this to me'...WHAT IF, you could let that go and trust that everything happens for a reason and that the work you are doing on yourself in this NOW moment, has already changed THAT situation. I think that it is very cool to be able to do that...and it gives my strength in that KNOWLEDGE that I can change anything.   Consider what your body does without your help...your nails are going ~ sometimes very quickly...your hair is growing AND changing colours... your heart is beating ~ sometimes faster than it is supposed to and your stomach is digesting food for you. All this is going on without us lifting a finger...all in the background while we go about our day. WHAT IF...we connected with our body and even helped out with all that it does for YOU and even more?   Let's do a bit of a meditation and connect with your heart. Do some deep breathing to relax your body and raise your vibration to the Quantum Field. Visualize yourself as a speck of LIGHT outside of your body ~ you are observing your body as you sit there. As this LIGHT, enter your body through the top of your head and travel down to your heart. Go inside your heart and fill it with the purest WHITE LIGHT as you can imagine. Observe how your heart is pumping...HEAR the pumping as it beats a soothing drum...talk to your heart...tell it that you LOVE IT and that you appreciate everything that it does for you. Explain that you would like to connect with it more often and that you would like it to know that you are connected in LOVE every day and in every moment. Tell it that you will fill it with LOVING LIGHT daily to give it the energy to keep doing what it is doing for you.   Stay connected with your heart and continue the conversation with it, while I do some Light Language to speak directly to your heart in Soul Language.   Light Language   I hope that you found this beneficial and that YOU will practice bringing WHITE LIGHT into your heart space daily. I have recently been shown a very good lesson! I have had a few clients that I would assist them to remove their heart walls and in the next few days their walls were back up. For those of you that do not know what Heart Walls are ~ they are something that our subconscious minds put up to protect us from getting hurt. They are simply an energetic wall that can be very thick BUT there is nothing simple about them.   I am being told the importance of expanding our hearts and allowing the light to enter our bodies ~ filling our heart space with the purest light available. The only thing standing in the way for some, is their Heart Wall OR the resistance that we actually put up ourselves. The Light Language and the Beings of Light can remove the walls and yet, for some, they were coming back. What I have been told is the fact that our human body has a muscle memory and when our body is used to FEELING a certain way, it will actually put the energy back the way it was. Crazy right?   This actually blew my mind and caused me to ask more questions. Which by the way, you can totally do...just ASK and the Beings of Light will send you the answer. Anyways, when you remove something that may have been there for years, there is a void...the energy of IT actually creates a void. From that moment on, when I am asked to clear a Heart Wall, I replace the energies with the purest of white light ~ actually filling the space that the wall once held. THAT way there is no void to experience...there is no reason to replace that wall.   You may be asking, "how do I know if I have a heart wall or resistance?". The easiest way I have found is by doing what I call a full body sway muscle test. To do that, stand tall without locking your knees. Close your eyes and breath deeply. Your body may start to sway...this is normal. To test this say or think "my name is ~ and then your name. Your body should sway forward for a YES. Now say or think "my name is ~ choose a different name that is not yours" and your body should sway backwards. You may need to practice this to get used to how it feels, but it honestly doesn't take long to master this. IF you happen to get the opposite answer with the name test - like you are getting a NO when it is your name, you may be what is called 'switched'. I highly recommend doing Donna Eden's daily energy routine to get your energies flowing the right way.   Now to test your body to find out if YOU have a heart wall or resistance in the way of your expansion, simply ask "Do I have a heart wall?" or "Do I have resistance holding back my heart expansion?" ~ however you would like to word it. This can be a question or even a statement (which would be "I have a heart wall" or "I have resistance holding me back from expanding"). The important part is to focus on the thought ~ be it the question or the statement. Your body will lean forward for a YES and backward for a NO - at least it should (like I said, if you are indeed switched, do Donna Eden's energy balancing routine and you should be able to reverse that). BE prepared...sometimes, it will lean backward very quickly and you will feel like you are falling.   Once you find out if you have resistance that is stopping you from evolving further in this life, now you know that you have some work to do on yourself. No one can do it for you...well, that is not exactly true. You could have a session with someone doing energy work - like a session with me may very well remove the resistance...the wall, whatever needs to be removed. Once you leave your session, your life is up to YOU. Your body may very well put it right back again - the muscle memory I mentioned. BUT this usually happens when we go back to our usual thoughts. IF you can master your thoughts and your vibration, YOU can change all of that.   DO something every day for yourself...to focus on YOUR vibration... YOUR frequency and you can change all of that. Your mind has more power than you can possibly imagine and yet, most of us don't utilize that power ~ myself included. For me, it is practicing and changing what I usually do every day. For me, it is to remember that 'everything is energy and energy can be changed'. THAT means that when we change our thoughts... we can change our reality. We will talk about reality changing another day ~ very powerful energy work there. For now, the importance of our present moment is to rid our body of resistance and to replace that space where the resistance was, with the purest of white light. THAT will fill the void that people feel ~ which causes the body to put that wall back where it once was.   Once we have that space filled with white light, it is now our job to energetically fill our body with white light. There are many things in this world that will rob our body of light BUT since WE are the MASTERS of our light, we have total control of our energy. It is like maintaining our cars...we fill it with gas when it is needed so that we can keep driving right? Our LIGHT needs to be filled as well. Every week before the Light Language transmission I ask that you breathe deeply and you bring in white light. What would happen if you made that your daily practice? What would happen if you breathed in white light every morning and every night?   I am being shown how bright the world would look! We would ALL be glowing with light ~ can you imagine what the Beings of Light would see? We would look amazing! So today, no matter what your body tested earlier...we are going to do a clearing of our resistance. Then, we will replace the energies with WHITE LIGHT to fill the space that once held the resistance. Then, I ask that you make it your daily practice to fill your body with WHITE LIGHT so that you will have a constant supply. THAT is the frequency that will change your life and keep you connected to ALL THERE IS!!   Let's begin this bright journey with a couple of really deep breaths. Focus on filling your body with WHITE LIGHT. The Light Language that I am about to do will ~ with your permission, remove any resistance that remains in your body. THEN, with you continuously filling your body with WHITE LIGHT, the Light Language will swirl in some sparkles that will assist you in holding onto the light. As usual, left hand on your heart and listen to these activations with your heart...FEELING the vibration of the codes.   Light Language Activation   I hope that you found this beneficial and that YOU will practice bringing WHITE LIGHT into your body and space daily. You can visualize the sparkles that just happened any time, simply using the power of your own mind. YOU have the power to release the resistance and to replace the energies with the purest white light. YOU have the power to increase the white light every day. I think that every podcast and video that I do is about BEING the master of your life really. Think about what BEING the Master of your life IS for a moment!!! I think that it is about BEING aware of the thoughts and emotions that come up within your body...and the ones that come to the surface are showing themselves to be released. It is about BEING the observer of your life...totally aware of what is going on around you and within you. It is about BEING so conscious of your vibration and the frequency that you are sending out ~ what I call 'broadcasting' ...and I think that when you can put all those processes into a daily practice...THAT is when YOU are the Master of your life.   I guess you could say it is everything that I have every talked about...that if you were to take every single podcast and video that I have ever done and you were to make every recommendation a part of your life ~ a daily practice ...YOU would totally BE the master of your life. It's not about doing one thing...it is about the WHOLE...it's about the fact that we are all one...just like I say at the beginning of every podcast...that like YOU...we are Divine Energy - I am, my I am presence & I am ONE with YOU.   If we were to consider the fact that when one of us changes our perception about something...then, it will benefit all of us. BEING the Master of your Life then, is BEING the Master of ALL. Sounds kind of weird when I put it that way ~ when you consider the fact that we are ALL energy and we are ALL ONE... then, BEING the Master of ALL...what does that mean. I can tell you that I can actually FEEL the barriers...the resistance coming up just saying that.   If you have had a childhood like mine, you were taught that God was our father...the Master of ALL. I can tell you that my religious background has had the BIGGEST barriers for me to get over. There is quite a bit of programming that goes very deep within any religious belief. I think that every organized religion ~ which is what I like to call it, they actually mean well. They dig deep within the bible and they choose something to belief in...then, they believe in it with all their might. What if you took what was in the bible and included the books that were taken out of the bible many decades ago? The Book of Thomas was a book said to BE the words of Jesus himself. It was in the Book of Thomas that Jesus told us that we could do what he was doing. We all have the ability to heal others! We all have the ability to change our belief!   This actually makes me very uncomfortable discussing ~ religion has always been an argument amongst the people. I have never understood the fighting ~ even the killing. It even says 'thou shalt not kill' right in the bible ~ it's as if people choose what they want to believe in and forget the rest of it. I question why this is coming up now and my answer is to go within and FEEL what is going on within my body. I can FEEL the resistance! I can FEEL the old beliefs coming up. Do you have the same coming up within you? Are you in tune with your body to know when something is coming up?   I always say that it is very important to ALLOW things to come up and ALLOW them to go. Any energy (and that is ALL any belief is) is NOT good for your body to hold onto! It is so important to ALLOW any hidden energies or what can be called buried emotions to come to the surface and get out of our bodies. We need to have a body that is FREE of ALL the resistance...FREE of all the barriers! The reason for this is so that our Soul can enter our body totally...actually merge with our human form. It can't come in until that resistance has been released!   It is like a runner having a cramp in their leg...they can't go on until that cramp has been massaged out. In this case, we are getting into what I call the most intense conversation ~ the subject that most of us do not even talk about. Consider this... we are all ONE...we are here to learn how to BE a master of our lives. What IF we are ALL here to BE the master...the one we have called ...GOD??? What IF that is the biggest & deepest program we have within us? And that once we learn how to LET GO of that very DEEP program...we will know without a doubt, that we are ALL ONE...that ALL THERE IS...is US. That the GOD we have always referred to is...US???   This actually makes my heart race even saying this, and yet, here I am channeling what may very well BE the most important podcast to date!!! I can FEEL the resistance coming up in me... can you FEEL it in you? Would you BE willing to acknowledge that you have resistance to this topic? Can YOU feel the barriers? Take a very deep breath on this.... would YOU be willing to LET GO of the barriers...the hidden beliefs...the buried emotions that this brings up? Now I am going to ask you...WHEN?   Let's together LET GO of all the resistance and fears...all the emotions that this brought up. The Light Language transmission that I am about to do is to help us ALL with these emotions coming up and getting out of our bodies once and for all. Let's ALLOW the energies that have been stored deep within our belief system...deep within our bodies...to come up and simply move out of our bodies. We no longer need them...we are Light Bodies and we are ALL ONE.   Take a couple of very deep breaths...this was a very DEEP subject and I am sure that it brought up ALL kinds of energies that need to be released...keep breathing deeply and give all the energies permission to be released. I have mentioned this topic a few times and to be honest, when THAT thought came to me and I was told that I would be talking about this ~ I kind of fought it a little bit. My human mind attempted to change the subject to something else - you know...let's talk about something we know more about. THAT is actually what happens when our ego mind - the human aspect, doesn't understand the topic.   I have been reading articles and told by videos I watch and my guides that there is no such thing as time. Time is a HUGE illusion for our human experience ~ probably the BIGGEST illusion we have. Time's whole purpose is to keep us playing the human game ~ the illusion and what I like to call our very own "Truman Show". Let's consider what the purpose of time is in the first place: - we wake up at a certain time - we eat breakfast at a certain time - we go to work at a certain time   Then there is taking a break at a scheduled time, eating lunch, going to the store after it opens and before it closes, and having dinner at a certain time...then there is not eating after a certain time and going to bed at a certain time. We are literally living our life around TIME. What IF, that was the secret of ascension? What IF, that was the secret key to getting out of the Matrix ~ separating yourself from the illusion all around us. What a fascinating concept!   I will be totally honest with you, I have NO IDEA how to do that. It's like we are stuck in this illusion with no way out. How do we disconnect from time? How do we live in this world without using time? This totally baffles me, but here I am ~ going with the flow and talking about this anyways. Let's annualize this for a moment:   ~ do some more 'WHAT IF's'. - with no time, we would sleep when we are tired...not when we are programmed to think it is bedtime. Sleeping is a very important thing to do to let go of all our resistance and barriers and allow our Higher Self...our True Self, to do some energy work on us. It is during sleep time that our cells are changes, our DNA is changed...every happens during our sleep time to transform our lives on a cellular level. That makes sense then to SLEEP when we are tired...cause it is when we are tired that our body is telling us that it is time for some cellular changes to take place.   - ok...so another one would be that if we had no time, we would eat when we are hungry and not allow a clock to tell us when it was time to eat. We are totally programmed to BE hungry at certain times of the day... breakfast when we get up...lunch at 12pm and dinner at 5pm. We actually eat whether we are hungry or not...which is fascinating. I have caught myself eating breakfast in the morning ~ even though I am not hungry, cause I will not be able to eat again until break. If we were to base our meals with no clock, we would be more connected to what our body requires to energize it - to be able to fuel it with amazing energy food...a high vibration food and ONLY when it is hungry.   - what about our jobs? This is all part of the illusion however, we need to work to make money to pay for our bills...which is also all part of the illusion!!! I actually find myself feeling frustrated with this topic...what about you? I know that they say and I am being told that there is no such thing as time...but we seem to be stuck in it!!! How do we get out of this illusion? How do we NOT live our life by using time?   There is going to be a 'time'...no pun intended, that we are NOT going to need to have 'time' anymore. With this program being deleted from our awareness, there will be some of us, not do very well with it! It's going to be like a computer that is used for designing and the design program is deleted. The programmer suddenly doesn't know how to use the computer to design what he/she wants to design. This will stress out the programmer and cause some major problems. THAT is why the guides are asking me to talk about this today. To plant the seed within you that it is a possibility and that in the very near future, there will be NO TIME.   I know that the ascension is happening and that the energy is strong and that we are all being worked on while we sleep BUT this is NOT something I can figure out at all. Think about what life would be like without it? I can easily figure out sleeping and eating when I want...but the rest of it...not even sure where to begin. We are all to consider the possibilities so that when it happens, we will remember this talk and we will KNOW without a doubt that we were indeed told that this will happen.   The Light Language activation is to assist us in handling the entire concept of NO TIME and how we will live our lives. Our Higher Selves know how to BE in a world with no time...it is our human aspect that is going to need some help for sure. Let's ask for all the help we can get...from the Beings of Light and all for the highest good for all concerned. Let's put the intention out there to make it an easier transition for US so that we can help the people around us. Take a couple of deep breaths and bring in the purest white light through your crown...keep breathing and allowing the white light to fill your body. Exhale the white light into your space and put your left hand on your heart...listen with your heart!     Light Language   I hope that you found this beneficial and that YOU will BE very aware that time is just part of the illusion...but not just that, it seems to be what is keeping us IN the illusion ~ almost trapped within it. This is obviously a topic that is very hard to wrap our human mind around - time has always been part of our lives. Maybe now with the awareness that it is what is keeping us in the illusion, we will do what we can to separate ourselves from time itself.
