How many times have I mentioned the importance of BEING in the present moment? It really feels like I talk about all the time! Do I practice it? NO...do I know how important it is? YES. Basing my entire podcast on the importance of BEING in the present moment is no doubt, going to be an eye opening experience for us both. I really look forward to what is going to come out of this!   Ok so...the way it was explained to me ~ by Dr. Joe Dispenza, is that when you can put yourself in a circle...actually it would be much easier to explain if you visualize drawing a circle around you. YOU are standing in the middle of the circle...this IS the present moment. When you have a thought outside of the present moment...whether it is work, money, any kind of worries at all...you are going outside of the circle you just drew around yourself. I have read so many books and watched videos, all with the information about the importance of BEING in the present moment however, this circle explanation was the best!!! It helped me to understand what happens when you think about something outside of the present moment.   Think about this...when you are replaying something that happened yesterday...you are in the past. I love what Louise Hay says about the past...it is over and done with. Whatever it is... it is done and something to consider is that you are giving your energy away every time you are replaying it. I have had things happen that I didn't like one bit and for days...some even weeks, I replayed it. The more I thought about it, the more emotions would come up. It was like I couldn't get past that point where I could let it go. What happens when you get into this replay mode, is that you are connecting a cord to the person, place or thing that has happened. This cord is now exchanging energy with you...taking your energy and feeding you that lower vibration energy. It becomes a cycle...something that only YOU can break. Is it easy? YES...however, it takes persistence sometimes. First you STOP replaying whatever happened ~ sometimes whatever it is, has nothing to do with you.   Just recently something happened that I thought was unfair to another person. I didn't like how that person was treated at all. I replayed it over and over again. It got so far that I had 2 days of anger and even tears. How I snapped out of it is reminding myself that each and every one of us is attracting what we need to experience for our growth. Who am I to say that it wasn't fair? It is not MY creation and therefore, not my concern. That entire experience was to show me just how much energy you give away when you are focusing on something that happens. My frequency level dropped so low that I was angry about something that I had nothing to do with???? THAT is when I was guided to do this podcast. As we stick our noses into someone else's creation, we are NOT in the present moment. Not only that...we may very well be interfering in what they are here to experience. When we are interfering in what I now call...someone else's creation, we are NOT in the present moment. When we are NOT in the present moment, we are giving our power away. Any time we are giving our power away, we are weakening our vibration...lowering our frequency.   The same thing goes to when you are thinking about something that is that hasn't even happened yet...an interview for a new job...a doctors appointment ~ when it hasn't happened yet and you are focusing on it... you are in the future. What you are actually doing is creating what could very well happen! I am being reminded that every single thought we have, is heard by the Divine and with every single thought a seed is planted...that will lead to our potential future.   My mother is a perfect example... for years I would tease her about always having to worry about something. We would laugh at her worry and I would say to her that I swear she looked for something...anything to worry about. That is what it felt like to me at the time. If she wasn't worrying about something....she didn't feel right. She is passed on now, however, for around a year before she died...she constantly wanted to die. She thought about her smoking and she worried about having emphysema ~ she wouldn't quiet smoking because in her belief system, she would get sick. Anyways, she died of double lung cancer - she was never diagnosed with cancer, she went into the hospital with pneumonia and found out that she had cancer. By the time we found out, one lung had completely shut down and the other was quitting as well. She was taken off the machine that was breathing for her and she died later that night. She completely convinced herself that she was dying...she wanted to die. She looked at me and said...'it is time...I am tired' ~ which is something she had said before. I simply sat there with her, knowing fully well that she choose this, for whatever reason.   This is where my belief that allowing another's choice is important too. My mother had her path...she had incredible lessons on her path and she choose all of them ~ to grow from. She had a difficult life for a reason - and it is NOT my place to know what that reason was. Our human mind simply can't figure the why's out. As a spiritual being, we know...without a doubt that everything is happening for a reason...that we chose this path for a reason!!!   The reason I am sharing this story with you...and that is all it is...is a story....is to give you an example of creating your life. You can actually think yourself to death. Another example and I know that I have told this story before is of a young man that got locked in a freezer car while working on the railroad. They found his body in the morning...he had frozen to death. In the meantime, the cooling system was broken and it shouldn't have killed him. He even left a note for his family knowing he was going to freeze to death!!! He totally convinced his body that he was freezing - and he did. I have always thought that was an incredible story. The question is, if he would have remained in the present moment instead of giving his energy way to the thought of the future and that he was going to freeze to death ~ would he have survived?   This is actually something we will never know. Our business is our frequency...our vibration and when we can simply remain in the present moment, we have all our power. I have been toying with this thought for awhile and then, while listening to Louise Hay and the 101 power thoughts - which is affirmations, I hear her say "The Power is in the Present Moment". It was a confirmation for me, at least that is how I took it. Let's think about the circle that we drew around ourselves earlier. What would happen if we simply lived our lives in that circle? I put a question out to the Beings of Light ~ "how would we expand our consciousness if we were simply in this moment?" They answered me with "in the present moment you ARE expanding your consciousness". As humans we will continue to question, so my next question was... "are we supposed to be DOING something?" and this time, I heard laughter and the comeback of "BEING...is doing something".   As a spiritual being in the present moment we have ALL our energies ~ since we are not giving it away by focusing on the past or the future. When we have ALL our energies ~ we have ALL our power, we are simply BEING...who we truly are. When our True Self requires us to experience something, that experience will be drawn to us...Can you imagine??? You can simply BE in the present moment and everything will come to YOU. Sounds easy ~ and yet for our human minds...one of the most difficult things to do...so let's call upon the assistance of the Beings of LIGHT for this challenge that we are facing.   Take a couple of very deep breaths...cut all the cords to everyone and everything you have given your power away. Ask that the cords be cut for ALL of your lives...Seal these cords and ask that they no longer reattach! Keep breathing deeply. Focus on a golden orb above you and ask that it shower you with the purest WHITE LIGHT to cleanse your body and your space. Let's bring in our power animal...the first animal that comes to your mind is YOUR power animal. Ask that this animal circle around you... where you have drawn the line earlier...ask that it protect your space from anything outside of the present moment. Let's ask that a holographic shield be installed...activating a merkaba that acts as a shield ~ make sure that this shield you are installing allows WHITE LIGHT and anything of high vibration to come to you. If you don't know what a merkaba is... it is 2 - 3D pyramids one pointed toward the stars and one pointed to the earth ~ they overlap each other. When they are spinning, one goes clockwise and the other will go counter clockwise ~ it is the spinning of the merkaba that will create a shield around you. Don't over think this - simply allow and just FEEL that the spinning is happening. FEEL the vortex that it is producing around you. YOU are the vortex! This is who you are when you are practicing BEING in the present moment. Focus on this for a moment, while I speak in our Soul language....FEEL this with your heart...in this moment.   Soul Language Message   Take very deep cleansing breath and exhale very quickly...sending out anything that doesn't serve you in this moment! This is a big one for me ~ beliefs have been the most difficult thing to let go of and yet, the most important one you can do. I love what Abraham says - that a belief is just a thought that you had repeatedly. If you don't know who Abraham is... Esther Hicks channels Abraham and I highly recommend listening to some of the channels or reading any of the books written by them. It is high vibration information.   Anyways, when I heard Abraham describe what a belief was, it made sense to me. You repeatedly tell yourself something until you have a belief about it. A perfect example is when I was a rawfoodist. I read books and watched videos until one day, I decided that I was going to experiment with my body...that I was going to practice BEING a rawfoodist. I practiced this lifestyle until one day, I realized that I was having digestive issues! My body was telling me that this was NOT what it wanted any more. It took me a long time to LET GO of my belief that rawfood was better for me...that it could only BE rawfood going into my body. My belief was so strong that it took quite a few years to let go of it. It wasn't until recently when I heard one of our local naturopathic doctors say "a diet is only good until it is not"! That made total sense to me, after all, rawfood was great in my body in the beginning and then, it was not.   What being a rawfoodist taught me, was that there is an energy to every food you put in your body. I think that was an important thing to learn and I continue to practice that KNOWINGNESS. What I am practicing now is the Ketogenic Lifestyle ~ which is a complete turn around from being a rawfoodist. I do eat meat however, it HAS to be organic and grass fed ~ which has a higher vibration than any animal kept in a feed mill. These animals are packed into one area, fed corn and other genetically grown grains to fatten them up faster and then, suffer before they are slaughtered. All the hormones they were pumped up with and the stress that they went through is in their flesh...the energy of all of that going into your body when you eat it. Is this a belief I can let go of, the Beings of LIGHT are asking me?   It's weird, I feel the resistance coming up immediately that I really have a hold on that belief. Can I let it go? I think the question should be WILL I? My first thought is that I CAN let it go and then, I would turn to blessing my food and yet, that too is a belief. LOL I did tell you that this was going to be a BIG one for me. I think that having the choice, I can simply choose the higher vibration food and LET GO of the belief itself. Apparently, holding onto the belief is putting a judgement out there...which is a lower vibration. Have I lost you yet? Sometimes we tend to over analyze things and when we catch ourselves doing that...it is time to move on. I am going to move onto a belief that is in our unconscious mind ~ that is an easier thing to LET GO.   I have mentioned in previous podcasts & videos about our "I AM NOT ENOUGH" belief. This was a huge one that I was not aware of at all. I had watched a couple of videos about our subconscious mind and that we have this hidden belief that we carry around with us. This of course, intrigued me. Knowing that I could muscle test this belief, I tested my body and sure enough, I had that hidden belief. I was NOT enough. I will put a link in the description so that you can check out my video on muscle testing. It is pretty cool...you can ask your body anything and you will get an answer.   Anyways, I watched another video with Marisa Peer that really inspired me. I did what she recommended and I put signs up around my home. Each one of them making the powerful statement of I AM ENOUGH ~ she actually recommended writing on your mirrors. I made the decision that I would print big beautiful signs. I put one on my mirror in the bedroom and another on my fridge. Now I can test myself and get a positive answer...I AM ENOUGH. This is actually a great way to change any what I call 'hidden beliefs'. The trick is to find the belief and I found the easiest way for me was to muscle test.   I am being told that using LIGHT is even easier. Isn't funny how our human mind chooses to do something more difficult than what is available to us? We or at least I have...always thought I had to do this hard process...over and over again to change something in my life. LIGHT is the highest frequency and has an electrical charge to it, that it can wipe anything clear from us. Imagine yourself cleaning a window. You spray a cleaner on the glass and you polish it...leaving no streaks and making it very clear to look through. This is what they are saying is the powerful process to clear and polish our energy up.   All our beliefs, including my rant about food...is all just an energy that may or may not be causing resistance around us. It is our hidden beliefs ~ especially having one like you are NOT enough, that is causing the most resistance. It is pretty much any belief that we hold onto has this judgement energy to it and is clinging onto us ~ these are the beliefs that we would like to let go of. The energy shower I have used in the past is exactly what I am being told is all we need. It is pretty simple to use and that is likely why we tend to not trust that it is cleared. Let's do this powerful energy shower together.   Take a couple of very deep breaths. Inhale deeply and exhale all the air in your lungs. Feel your shoulders drop with your exhale as your body relaxes with every breath. Visualize a golden orb above your body and SEE this orb open up and start showering you with the purest WHITE LIGHT you have ever seen. Inhale the WHITE LIGHT and notice how bright you become with every breath. Now notice that the WHITE LIGHT has changed to PURPLE LIGHT and breath that colour into your body. As you are experiencing this beautiful shower, notice that there is a drain below your feet and that there is all kinds of energy that no longer serves you being washed down the drain. You don't have to know what it is...just trust that it is clearing. Now change the colour to every colour in the RAINBOW ~ as it is washing over you, all your chakras are clearing and aligning. Breath in this RAINBOW LIGHT and witness the drain taking more energy that is cleared. Now change the colour to the first colour that comes to your mind ~ what colour do you need to experience in this moment. It will be different for all of you. Breath this colour in. Bring back the pure WHITE LIGHT and complete your energy clearing shower with it. Take a BIG cleansing breath....breathing in this powerful WHITE LIGHT. While you are in this light, I will speak in our Soul Language for our hearts to hear the message and experience the activation. Continue to breathe the WHITE LIGHT in.   Soul Language Message   Take another deep breath and visualize the golden orb shutting the door that it opened for our shower to begin. Leave the drain open throughout your day and allow the energies that no longer serve you to simply go down the drain...you no longer need them. Open your eyes when you are ready. WOW... that was a powerful clearing! Did you feel it? Can you feel the difference already? Trust that the orb is with you and there for you to open at any time. Have an energy shower every day if you like...you are the master of your energy. When you need it...do it. Choose whatever colour you are drawn to and simply wash away any energy - which includes beliefs. This will clear our body of resistance. We all tend to hold onto something that someone once did to us deep within our bodies. This very act, is not only holding US back, it is holding them back as well. When you are able to give yourself permission, you are freeing yourself to go that much higher in frequency. It also brings you into alignment with your Soul and the enlightened path that you are here to be on. We get caught up in the drama of this human life - going into what I would call the blame game. When you look at life in a spiritual way, there is no right or wrong...everything just IS. It is what it IS....it is just that simple.   Everything you have been through, has gotten you to just this moment. It is in this moment that you have a choice to give yourself permission to forgive...letting go of that energy you have been holding onto, or you can continue to hold onto the lower vibration that is actually holding you back. Life is supposed to be like a river...flowing with ease. YOU are supposed to be flowing down that river...with ease and with no resistance. The energy of blame the he did that...or she did that energy...is of a lower frequency. You could go even deeper to understand that you put the event there to bring you to this point in your life. The point where you choose which direction to take...the path of ease ~ thus going with the flow, or the path of holding onto energy that no longer serves you.   No one really knows what will happen down the path that you choose. Each path leads to a different future...and different experiences! The magic occurs when you choose to BE in the moment, which is also a challenge. Let's take this to a spiritual level... we choose our life and all our experiences. This is something that is a difficult thing to wrap our human mind around. We immediately say 'what the hell would I choose such a path...what was I thinking?'. I have mentioned it before in other podcasts...seeing myself sitting around a table with other BEINGs of LIGHT and we are having a discussion of what we would like to experience this round. YEP...we have been here before. Every time we come to this dimension, it is with the goal of ascension and with every life...learning and growing. This is the life that we are actually ascending ~ at least learning about it.   From what I understand, we are ascending in waves...some will be in the first wave...then they are able to teach others...then they will be able to teach more people and so on. The whole thing started with the earth vibrating at a higher frequency ~ which is kinda cool. We are standing on a planet that is ascending too! So the earth vibrating at a different frequency is sending this higher frequency through our body! This is assisting us in being able to hold more LIGHT. We can speed up the process by doing things that our human mind thinks should happen. What I am saying is that as a spiritual being, we have nothing to forgive ~ every single thing happened as it should have...as we planned.   This may upset some of you, however, when you are able to SEE how you have grown from it and expanded your LIGHT from it, or even to KNOW that you are LIGHT...you will understand. It is only our human mind...our ego mind that needs desperately to hold onto the lower vibration...the lower frequency. THAT is the hold it has on our LIGHT....our TRUE SELF. That is why actually that I decided to introduce you to a process that I learned from a book by Paul Selig...to be honest, I am not sure which book this process was in. I recommend all of his books. Before we do the process, I would like to say that somewhere in you KNOWS that you are LIGHT...somewhere in you KNOWS that we are ALL one and somewhere in you KNOWS that you have nothing to fear... because of the TRUTH of who you really are! How about we ask that somewhere to tell the rest of you now!!! That knowingness within you...is sharing that energetic message with the rest of your body...through your cells...through your DNA... clearing any energy of doubt along its way. Take a deep breath. Take another deep breath. That was a clearing I was not expecting to come through just yet.   WOW...let's take a moment to focus on this process. We are only doing this process for your human mind. The clearing we just did was powerful enough that we KNOW that we are simply energy... and that we are all ONE in this moment in time. Our human mind will always want more...and thinks that everything needs to be harder to clear. So for THAT part of you, we will do this process. Simply visualize yourself standing on the bank of a beautiful, flowing river. Witness how the current is gently flowing and how easy the water is moving by you. Turn your back on the water and visualize everyone that has ever done anything to you...or that you have done things to them. One by one, ask that they step forward and have a conversation with them. Make it a loving conversation, after all, everything happened as it should have to bring you to this moment in time. Tell them that you forgive them and hear them forgive you...now watch them get into a canoe and gently float down the water. With every person, you do the same thing...talk to them...forgive them and allow them to get into the water. Not everyone will get into a canoe, some may prefer to simply walk into the water and float away. This is just a process to allow their energy to float away on their journey. With you forgiving them, you are no longer holding them back. With every one that you forgive, you are feeling lighter and lighter. Continue until there is no one left to forgive and you are standing on the edge. Now is the time to forgive yourself. No matter what has happened...it was all for the greater good. Forgive yourself and allow yourself to go into the water...it is your choice to simply walk in or to climb into a canoe or use a paddle board. It is your visualization and the power is in simply allowing yourself to go down the river...allowing the current to take you. Continue to take some very deep breaths while I speak in Soul Language for this ceremony of giving yourself permission to forgive.   Soul Language Message   Take a deep breath. KNOW that you can do this process at any time. It is simply a visualization to let go ~ one for your human mind to process. You are a spiritual being and as the LIGHT that you are...there is no forgiveness even needed. As the LIGHT, you are totally aware of the fact that every single thing that happened, was to get you exactly where you are today. Your human self is welcome to repeat this process as many times as needed. It is only our human self that feels the need to repeat it. Our spiritual self may very well repeat the process of saying "somewhere in me...I KNOW who I am...and that somewhere is telling the rest of me NOW" ~ which is a 5th dimension clearing. Last week we experienced the energies of the PINK FULL MOON. As a matter of fact, I recorded a SPECIAL BROADCAST that included the Surrendering meditation that we did in last weeks podcast. During the SPECIAL BROADCAST, we connected with the energy from the PINK MOON which seemed to have made the surrendering meditation that much more powerful. It is the highest possible frequency and the most powerful to experience. It was right after I posted that the title of this week's topic and I went for a walk with my dog. I was amazed at the beautiful sunset...I was blessed to witness the beautiful pink sky as the sun went down. It lit up the entire sky ~ almost like the Universe was showing me THAT much LOVE! It truly left me feeling very calm and filled with LOVE throughout my body.   Tell me...what is the first thing that you think about when you hear the word LOVE? I used to think of LOVE as being in love with someone...we love our parents...our family...we literally think of LOVE as an emotion. Consider this...is it possible that the LOVE we feel for the people in our lives could be called conditional LOVE? This question came to me when I considered my dog. Her name is Zadie and she has brought me so much LOVE...the look she gives me and her actions around me...THAT is unconditional LOVE. All of our animals have unconditional LOVE for us. In our human experience, we have taken LOVE and turned it into a conditional emotion. We LOVE them...when they do something special for us...when they act in a certain way...a way that pleases us. What happens when they do NOT do that something special, or they act in a way that is NOT pleasing? There are times where we walk away from relationships...married or otherwise, because they were NOT the person we thought they were. Wouldn't you think that it makes sense then to call that conditional LOVE? We have all been there...we would like to have people in our lives that are positive and makes us feel alive...and most of all...FEEL the LOVE.   Our entire life was built on the fact that we had this desire within us to be LOVED. We would like to BE LOVED and we would like to BE in LOVE with others. Knowing that LOVE goes beyond the emotions that we know and desire, I started asking questions. After all...what if...this was part of a distraction to keep us from knowing about the frequency of LOVE? What if...this desire for LOVE is the very part of the resistance that actually holds us within this illusion? By illusion, I mean that we think we are helpless and need something from others ~ when in reality, we ARE the creators...we ARE magical... WE ARE who we have been waiting for. We have so much power within us that we ARE the electricity! That spark of life that has the power to transform anything and everything. We ARE the frequency that will completely change our lives!   I have been focusing on frequency and vibration and what we are broadcasting to the world around us. THIS IS the secret... this IS the magic and when you focus on raising your vibration and keeping that frequency at the highest level possible...THAT is when you are surrounded by the LOVE energy we are talking about today. Life is about choices... you choose the mood you are in... you choose whether or not you are going to allow someone to upset you ~ this was actually a BIG hurtle for me to get over. That person did NOT make you angry...they may have pushed your buttons that got you to the state of mind, but they did not make you react that way. THAT was your choice... your reaction has always been your choice. Like I said, this was the most difficult thing for me to understand. There are still times where I react... and it happens so quickly when it does. When it does happen now, I am able to understand that it is deep programming that is causing me to react in such a way. I then go into clearing that programming ~ knowing that there is a choice really helps! I can hold onto the anger or I can do what it takes to remove it. It doesn't belong in me any longer...I want no part of it. My NEW way of living is to raise my vibration and to reach the highest frequency...which is choosing LOVE energy above ALL else. That is my choice... and I hope that you choose to come with me on this journey to the Quantum Field ~ which is where ALL THERE IS resides.   Once we make the decision to release all our programming ~ which is removing anything that is holding us back, our life will unfold in a very magical way. I am told that when we change our focus from the illusion we are living, to our vibration and what frequency we are broadcasting, everything changes! When something comes up...and it does...it is coming to your awareness for YOU to release it. Whatever has gone on in your past, there may be a vibration within you that is just waiting to be released. When you start bringing in LIGHT and especially the LOVE ENERGY, some things may come to the surface.   It, therefore becomes very important for us to be conscious of what is coming up. When you are observing what comes up, you can very quickly let it go. It doesn't necessarily mean that a situation is going to happen to get your attention ~ it may be just a thought or a feeling that comes up. If you pay attention to that thought and take action to release it, it won't have to escalate into something more serious to get our attention. I find the same thing occurs with pain in our body, we would have received signs that something was out of balance. If we ignored the signs, pain would have started...our bodies way of really getting our attention.   When you make your focus on bringing in LOVE energy, you are erasing every imbalance in your body...which is also releasing the pain in your body. There is no room for lower density 'stuff' in our bodies when we surround ourselves with LOVE Energy. When you bring in the LIGHT, pay attention to your thoughts...they may be messages on what you can do to release whatever imbalance you are experiencing. As some of you know, I have been working with LIGHT for quite some time now. There are still things coming up in me... just today something came up regarding money. I am thankful that I knew that my reaction wasn't of a high vibration. I was aware of the fact that it was a thought that doesn't usually come up. I simply asked...'where does that thought belong?' and I immediately requested that it go. I was having doubt about receiving money... it was what I will call a crazy thought about deserving. YES...I deserve the money coming to me and YES... I accept all monies coming to me.   When you are wearing LOVE ENERGY, you will attract everything you require in this life. It is about connecting to your True Self ~ your Soul, and BEING that LIGHT, you will attract a match to that frequency...period!!! When you feel any resistance in receiving, LET IT GO, and you will be releasing the lower density that is holding you back.   Meditation Let's take a couple of very deep breaths. Inhale WHITE LIGHT and exhale WHITE LIGHT into your surroundings. Keep breathing deeply, your breath is very important to raise your vibration to that of the Quantum Field. The Quantum Field is where everything exists - it is literally a place of infinite possibilities! SEE a WHITE beam of LIGHT coming from the cosmos and going directly into your body. SEE it connected to your crown chakra at the top of your head...keep breathing and continue bringing in the purest of WHITE LIGHT. Let's move onto our grounding cords! CUT the grounding cord coming from your root chakra... and visualize a stronger, wider grounding cord - one that is hollow and bring it deep into the earth...all the way down to the centre of the earth, there is a cave of crystals and THAT is where you are going to attach your NEW grounding cord. Keep breathing deeply... and connect your grounding cord to whatever crystal you feel drawn to. Inhale the frequency of that crystal and visualize the energy of the crystal going up your grounding cord. Now you are connected to the cosmos and connected to the earth... as above and so below. Visualize your grounding cord becoming crystaline...as you continue to breath in the energies from above and from below. SEE the light coming down into your body and going up to your body as you are connected above & below. Believe me when I say, this is going to be a lesson for me too. No matter what is going on in our lives, we tend to have this need to 'control the situation'. We step into this 'fix it' roll and do whatever we can to completely change the situation. When I am told the title is 'learning how to surrender', I immediately went into feeling defensive emotions. What is there to surrender? Why? Now that I am talking about it, my reaction was very funny. It just shows me that I don't know how to surrender.   It doesn't matter what the situation is, when we learn how to surrender, it will all unfold the way it is supposed to. We learn from some situations and some actually have to repeat the situations to learn from them. Let's back it up a bit...we are spiritual beings having a human experience right? As a spiritual being, we know that everything is LIGHT and that there is a flow with our LIGHT. As humans, we tend to over analyze situations and we also think we have to work hard to change what we are going through. In reality, the only thing that needs to change is our perception. What if...we were to simple surrender and allow the situations to come to us and resolve around us, without interfering at all?   Our Soul...our True Self... we like to say "Higher Self" is going to bring to us, situations to learn from and it then becomes our job to pay attention. I know people that are repeating the same lessons over and over again. It is frustrating when you do your best to explain that they haven't yet learned what they need to learn. Actually in most cases, I don't say anything at all. It is not my place to say anything. I think that was my biggest AH-AH moment... to actually stay out of the way. When someone comes to me, the first thing that I have the desire to do is help them. That is what most humans do...go into fix-it mode. When this happens to you, ask yourself...'is this assisting them in learning what they are here to learn?'. When there is a lesson involved, it was usually prearranged by our LIGHT before we came into this human experience.   I find that very interesting...I can picture our Spiritual Selves, sitting around a table and actually creating a contract. Can you picture it? I would like to experience this...and this... and you do this to me....oh...and I will do this to you. It is all something that is really hard to imagine that we would actually choose to experience some of the things we have. When you think of the energy part of it, it is for growth...I can only guess that is why I have been through what I have been through. Knowing that it is all about choices though, what if...I chose differently? I could have remained with the man that was beating me... or I could have stayed on the path of destruction with the drugs & alcohol I was on.   Maybe that is what surrendering really is? I made the decision to transform my life and I surrendered that path to go down a path that I was not familiar with. One of health...health of the mind, body and spirit. To be honest, I never once thought of it as surrendering until now. My Higher Self...my Soul, brought to me what I had to experience...and it became a step by step process. My awareness was to focus on food and getting the best nutrition possible...which lead me to Law of Attraction and the fact that your thoughts are creating your life. Then...to find out about energy and angels and healing... it all fits together like a book. Turning the pages of life as it all unfolds   I am sure there was a quicker way to go through what I did and that would be to fully surrender. For me...I was reading every self help book I could find. Something out there was going to change my life. Something out there was going to help me to BE a different person. What have I learned from all of that? That when you can surrender and allow things to unfold, it is so much easier. There is nothing outside of you that can change your life. There is no book, no course, not even better food ~ the only thing that you can do to assist your growth is to surrender and see what comes next. Going within is a powerful way to do that. Connecting & expanding your heart and focusing on the LIGHT of who you really are is the only thing that will change your life.   For years, I have made my focus on LIGHT. The LIGHT of your food (all food has a frequency ~ an aura around it), the LIGHT of your thoughts...the LIGHT you are wearing to the world... sometimes I call that broadcasting. What do you think would happen if we were to surrender to the LIGHT of who we are? If instead of working so hard at changing our lives, that we surrendered and simply allowed our life to unfold? Our LIGHT would be what was attracting people and situations to our experience...and when our LIGHT...our frequency is attracting like a magnet, we would only be attracting our LIGHT back to us.   I don't know about you...I am LOVING the idea of this. Can you imagine how freeing it would feel like? We would have to BE AWARE and talk to who was brought to us...listen to a conversation going on for the messages or the signs. Last week I mentioned the affirmation from Louise Hay...did you start saying that? I AM AWARE. Three simple words and yet, very powerful. I have been repeating it throughout my day. As for surrendering, that can sometimes be a difficult thing to do ~ take getting more clients as an example. In the past, I have taken courses on how to get more clients... more people signing up for what you are offering and all the work you do to do that. Just this past weekend, I went to a health show. I stood there all day...collecting emails & talking to people. All day I questioned about this 'surrendering' that I was supposed to be talking about. Here I was in a situation where I paid for the table and I was doing the work and yet, it wasn't surrendering...not even a little bit. I made the decision right there and then, that I would surrender.   What will be ...will be. I will continue to do my own Expo's ~ I have one coming up at the end of April, however, I will no longer 'chase' down people to sign up and all that comes with it. When you are wearing the frequency of LIGHT, you will attract to you the clients that are right for you. THAT is how energy works. It goes even deeper than that when you KNOW that your Soul will bring to you what you are supposed to experience. There is no need to chase and to do alot of work...not unless you are guided to do that. BEING the observer, you will be able to witness your life unfold before you. The people will come to you that are supposed to - some may be to answer questions you have had and others will come to you for a message they need to hear.   When you begin your day, KNOW that as the observer, you will be paying attention to the signs that come to you. It could be a person speaking near you, a friend talking to you, a sign you noticed...even a set of numbers or an animal that comes to you... they are all signs. Observing can be so much fun... when you are observing, you are free of resistance and when you are free of resistance, you are surrendering. One question I asked the Beings of Light regarding this, was what if someone around us was over reacting about something? The answer I got back was "to always remember that it's not about you" ~ we are to remember that everyone has there own path. We all have lessons and we all have experiences that we have yet to learn. That is when we go into allowing them to experience what they need to.   Our only 'job' if you call it that, is to surrender and allow our own life to unfold. We have control over our thoughts & emotions and we also have control over letting go our resistance. We either hold onto resistance and BE uncomfortable or we LET GO and surrender to allow all resistance to dissolve. You see, that resistance cannot be part of you when you are shinning your LIGHT. The LIGHT you bring into your body and your space clears all of that away. Knowing that...will you bring in more LIGHT into your life? You are the master and you have total control ~ as soon as you step into that mastery the better your life will be. Stepping into the mastery is surrendering. With total surrender, you are giving your life to your Soul...your Higher Self! That even sounds powerful just saying that!   Aren't you just a little bit curious about what will come to you? When you surrender to allow your Soul to bring to you what you are meant to experience, there is a trust there that seems like the most powerful thing you have ever done. I know I haven't ever done anything like it. I am totally willing to allow it now...just hand over my entire life. Then, it is my job to expect everything for my highest good to unfold. Sounds exciting doesn't it? I am being guided to take you on a journey ~ a meditation to step into this mastery and surrender to your Soul.   Take a couple of deep breaths. As you normally do, inhale the purest WHITE LIGHT into your body. Exhale this beautiful LIGHT into your space...completely surround yourself with this WHITE LIGHT. Visualize a golden LIGHT above your body and witness it sprinkling golden LIGHT over you ~ totally cleansing your body and space with this high frequency LIGHT. Keep breathing deeply and allowing the LIGHT to flow through you and around you. Notice that there is a mountain with a pathway going up in the distance. Allow yourself to go towards the mountain and start following the pathway up the mountain. When you arrive at the top of the mountain, notice that the Beings of Light have gathered at the top. You will see Masters, Archangels, Guides... all the Beings of Light together. They seem to be celebrating something...you can't seem to make out what they are saying just yet. Something really bright gets your attention. You start heading towards this bright LIGHT...through the crowds that have gathered. When you arrive at this bright LIGHT, you notice that it is YOU... your Soul...who you have called your HIGHER SELF. Your Soul now explains to you that this celebration is about YOU and the fact that you are ready to surrender. Your Soul explains that you have nothing to fear that everything will unfold for your highest good. As part of this ceremony there is a process that is being asked of you... something that will allow the complete surrender to take place. You are asked to simply allow yourself to fall...backwards off the mountain. You can feel that there is no fear in this request. You are surrounded by the highest of frequency with all these Beings of LIGHT. Now you understand what they are celebrating and you are ready to take the leap...to surrender. Standing at the edge of the mountain, you stare into the eyes of your Soul and you see nothing but TRUST. You say the words "I completely surrender and allow you to show me my mastery...for my HIGHEST GOOD." Now, you allow yourself to fall off the mountain. You are now gently falling...with no fear and you can still FEEL all the Beings of LIGHT around you. They are falling with you... completely following you as you LET GO. You are NOT ALONE and you have never been ALONE. Keep breathing deeply and I will speak in our Soul Language.   Soul Language Message   Take a deep breath and visualize yourself BEING the master of your life. KNOW that this surrendering ceremony has taken place and you are now stepping into the mastery of allowing your life to unfold. This has been a very powerful meditation. This may come as a shock to some of you...YOU are creating your life with the very thought you are having this very moment. Sometimes, that thought can actually scare the be-jeebies out of you. There are times where I catch myself having a thought that does NOT serve my highest interest. I will actually say out loud - "destroy and uncreate THAT thought". It is my perception that if we are creating our life with our thoughts, we can certainly destroy that creation too. So if I find myself having a thought that I under no circumstances have the desire of it coming true - I will demand that it be 'destroyed'!!!   The interesting thing is that we have over 60,000 to 70,000 thoughts in a day ~ not only that...90% of those thoughts are the same thoughts we had the day before. Think about this for a moment...if we ARE creating our life with our thoughts and we are having the same thoughts every day...doesn't it make sense then, that when we change our thoughts, we will be changing our life? Dr. Joe Dispenza breaks this down even further by explaining that our thoughts that are repeated daily, is what will turn into a memorized state of being. Our behaviour is who we are and it is based on these repeated thoughts. Our brain actually fires and wires neurons together and this is what becomes our behaviour... all memorized from these thoughts we have throughout our day.   Dr. Joe Dispenza goes on to explain that when we change our personality ~ which is our behaviour, the first thing that happens in our mind is hearing thoughts of 'this is too much...let's start tomorrow'. Your mind convinces you that change is not a good thing so that it can keep you in the same experience - which is a comfortable memorized state. We have the power to change all of that...using our mind to create the life we would like to be experiencing. It will be uncomfortable at first and this is actually a good thing! When we are on a mission to transform our lives, we will do what it takes. In this case, it is to fire & wire different brain neurones and BE a different person...a different behaviour ...a different personality. This is information that I read years ago and when I think of it now, I realize that back then, I fought every bit of it. My subconscious mind didn't want me to do any of the recommended processes... remember, your subconscious mind is a programmed, memorized state of mind.   I am interested in anything subconscious mind and lately, seem to be drawn to even more information about it. How many times have I said to BE the observer in your life? To observe your thoughts and to KNOW when to change your thoughts? I have also repeatedly told stories of how your body can heal your body by changing your thoughts. I was blessed this week to watch a Joe Dispenza video and was reminded of how we got into teaching others about the power of thoughts. He was in a very serious accident ~ one where he broke his spine in 6 different vertebras. Things didn't look good for him at all. He opted to not have the surgery that was recommended. His thought was the 'power that made the body heals the body' ~ and although at the time, he really didn't understand the thought, he went on to heal his body.   There is alot more to that story and I highly recommend checking out any of his videos and books. The point that I would like to make is the fact that you have the power to change anything in your life. When you start your journey of BEING the observer and you realize the thoughts you have are creating your outside world. Meditation is one of the biggest ways to change your life. Not only does it a calming effect for your life, it is also a perfect way to do what is called 'firing & wiring' your own neurones, which will be changing your programming ~ your memorized state of mind. Meditation is something I stayed away from for years and yet, it is the one thing that has been documented to transform a number of lives. Pay attention to your thoughts while I am talking about this. Some of you will be defensive and have thoughts like...I just don't have time for that. It is this very thought that is coming from your subconscious mind. Remember, it will do whatever it can to convince you that you shouldn't do it. I was one of those people that repeatedly said "I don't have time for that" and yet, here I am...actually setting my alarm to make sure I do the meditation before I start my day. Which is a behavioural change for me!   Another thing that got my attention this week, was positive affirmations. I have the recording called 101 Power Thoughts by Louise Hay and have had it for years. I decided to listen to it for the first time in ages and what a beautiful, frequency raising thing to listen to. Whether I am walking my dog or walking to work, I have my headphones in and I am listening to meditations ~ usually positive affirmations. Most of the time, when you see someone walking down the street with headphones, you automatically think they are listening to music. For myself, it is all something that will raise my vibration...my frequency.   It is my intention to pay attention and observe how I am feeling throughout my day. Last week, I shared that I could feel myself BEING numb...almost scared to show my emotions to others. That is the state that I prefer not to be in ever again. Listening to my thoughts and paying attention to how I am feeling is what 'observing your creations' is all about. All we have to do is remember that we are magnets and creating our lives with every thought and emotion at any given time. THAT is the most important AH-AH moment you can have! The complete awareness that you are creating your life and that YOU have the power to create from a place of LOVE...a high frequency vibration.   I mentioned that I listened to 101 Power Thoughts...and one affirmation that I have been repeating throughout my day is "I AM AWARE". Although there are so many more affirmations that I love, this one stayed with me! It is about being aware of your creations...observing your creations... aware of your thoughts and aware of your emotions. I invite you to begin saying to yourself, I AM AWARE and see where that will lead you. For me, I feel empowered... I feel like it will lead me to places that are such a high frequency, I have yet to experience it. THAT is a fun thought.   Let's do a meditation about BEING AWARE... take a couple of deep breaths and feel your body relax with every exhale. Focus on the LIGHT around you and the golden LIGHT above you. With every inhale, focus on that golden LIGHT entering your body and with every exhale, visualize the golden LIGHT filling your body and the room you are in. Visualize your heart filling up with this golden LIGHT and focus on your heart breathing deeply with you. Ask that the Beings of LIGHT come to you and clear the lower density energy from your space...cut all cords to everyone and everything...taking back your energy. Keep breathing while I do some Holographic Healing along with our Soul Language activations...place your hand on your heart and FEEL the message within your heart.   Soul Language Message   Take a deep breath and ask the Beings of Light to stay with you as long as they need to. It has come to my attention quite a few people having trouble with their health and with their state of mind. This is a HUGE issue and I would like to remind you that everything is energy. I probably say that every week...everything is energy and energy CAN be changed. With all the rainbow energy and photon energy coming at us... which is doing so to assist us in holding more LIGHT, there is no room....ABSOLUTELY NO ROOM for any density energy in our bodies. By density, I am talking about the lower frequency emotions... THAT is what is causing an imbalance in our body. If you are FEELING on top of the world with excitement throughout your day...you are experiencing the LIGHT in your body. If you are experiencing anything other than that, you have imbalanced energy within your body. I can't tell you how important that you learn to LET GO of the lower realm energies... THAT is the only thing that will give you relief.   You can go into FEAR and head to the doctor's office however, if you actually learned how to find balance in your body ~ would there be a need for that? I can FEEL fear right this very moment as I say that... I can hear my thoughts saying "you can't say that!" or "you are going to get into trouble saying that!". THAT is going into FEAR and there is no room in our bodies for that kind of energy. Yet I feel my EGO mind telling me to say something like "check with your doctor or pharmacist before doing this". I think that the most important thing we can do is to listen to our body. If we are NOT feeling on top of the world with excitement for our day - then, something is out of balance.   I personally have experienced days where I feel numb - I am not excited and yet, I know something is not right...cause I am NOT feeling anything. I also know that I can get myself in an excited state of mind by thinking about a trip I am planning. I am blessed with the opportunity to go to Hawaii later this year. I turn 60 this year...which by the way is just a number! I feel amazing and jumped at the opportunity to celebrate this 'milestone' I will call it. Going to Hawaii seemed like a great place to celebrate. This trip can cause a couple of totally different energy shifts in my body. I can either focus on how much money I need to have saved - or how much I decided that I needed... which causes a lower vibration in my body as I go into worry and stress over it. Or I can go into my high vibration excited beyond words thoughts. I have incredible accommodations... I found a cheaper car rental place AND had enough airmails to pay for part of my flight!!! Honestly, how can it get any better than that???   I will be honest with you...I find myself not showing my excitement around some people because I don't want to upset them. THAT is NOT a good thing to do either. Everyone is in charge of their own energy....and that includes their thoughts. I guess what I am saying is that it is very important to BE excited about life... and not to shut that off because the people around you may be upset. I actually felt myself having thoughts of 'yes, but you don't want to go around bragging either!'... again that is programmed within me to feel. This is about FEELING that excited energy...I don't have to go around talking about my trip all around me. I just need to hold onto the FEELINGS ~ that frequency. If anyone asks me...I could say "I am just excited about LIFE" and continue about my day.   The reason I am telling you all this is to give you a perfect example about 'making room for YOUR Light'. My choice and it is a choice... is to either go about my day with the numb FEELING or choose to be excited about life. I am so lucky that everything is working out and that is nothing to be 'numb' about. I am manifesting a dream of a lifetime... what would you like to manifest?   THAT is why removing all the density in our body is very important. We are manifesting to our lives a match to the frequency we are wearing. We are literally a magnet!!!! What do YOU desire to come to you in your experience? Allow the density to go... just LET IT GO and you will be making room for YOUR Light. Once you can hold onto more LIGHT, you will be manifesting a match to that LIGHT. Cool right?   Let's talk a bit about the symptoms of density ~ it is basically anything leaving your body... at least that is what I read last week. If you get a cold... it is density leaving your body. When you become the observer in your life, you begin to realize that everything is a sign. If you FEEL pain in your knee... your body is telling you that there is stuck energy there. If you FEEL a sore throat (which I did just this past weekend), our body is telling you there is an imbalance - which is stuck energy. No matter what it is, you can assist your body in moving it out. I absolutely LOVE doing EFT ~ emotional freedom technique to move energy along. It is easy to do and works very quickly. I have used it on emotions, on pain and even for flexibility. I have videos on youtube if you would like to tap along there however, I would like to do a very quick session with you now.   The first thing to do is rate your pain or whatever you are doing (using a 1-10 scale with 10 being the strongest). For myself, I would say that my throat is sore and probably an 8 ~ it's not the worst I felt, but it is uncomfortable for sure. Beginning to tap on the side of your hand ~ doesn't matter which one, just keep tapping and say "Even though I feel this pain (or whatever you are wishing to move out of you)...I deeply and completely LOVE and accept myself anyways" and say this 3 times as you continue to tap on the side of your hand. Now we can tap all the other points and use short form just to remind your body what you are tapping on. Tapping on your eyebrow point - which is at the top of the bridge of your nose... say 'this pain'; now tap on the side of your eye...'this pain'... under your eye (just above your cheekbone) 'this pain'...under your nose... 'this pain'...on your chin... 'this pain' and tapping on your collarbone (I usually use both hands here, but you don't have to)...'this pain'... under your arm (about where a bra would be)...'this pain' and finish off the round by tapping on the top of your head...'this pain'. At this point, you would take a deep breath and rate how you are feeling now. You can repeat with more rounds - it has been my experience that I need to do 3 or 4 rounds...which really doesn't take very long, to clear the energy I am working on. I encourage you to repeat with a few more rounds. For now, I would like to guide you on a powerful meditation to clear what no longer serves you....another energy moving process.   Take a few deep breaths ~ of course, with the tapping we just did, you should be totally relaxed. Keep breathing deeply and focus on golden light at the top of your head. Watch this LIGHT as it pours over your body...as if it were a shower cleansing your body. Watch how everything is turning into that golden light as you visualize it flowing all around you...breath that golden light into your body. Now...visualize high above you the SUN and focus on the fact that the SUN is now sending a photonic beam of light to the top of your head. This is rainbow energy coming into your body now. Allow this LIGHT to fill your body and watch how the LIGHT moves around inside and outside of your body. Continue to breath deeply as we ask that the Beings of Light come into our space and eliminate what no longer serves us. Give them permission to remove energy that is preventing your light to shine. Ask that they continue to remove the energy as you focus on bringing golden light and rainbow energy into your body and your space. Place your hands on your heart and close your eyes if you haven't already done so...FEEL this Soul Language with your heart.   Soul Language Message   Take a deep breath and ask the Beings of Light to stay with you as long as they need to. Explain that your mission is to shine your LIGHT brightly and ask that they assist you with this in any way that they can. Ask if they can give you a sign that they have completed removing the energy that no longer serves you. Tell them what sign you would like to see. I personally am going to ask to see 3 orange cars... with 3 being a very powerful number. When I see 3 orange cars...in one day, I will know that they are done working on my energy. Thank them for all the work they have done. Know that you can do this at any time in your day. This will raise your frequency very quickly and you will be shining your LIGHT to the world around you. I had an experience recently that gave me the opportunity to observe myself reacting from my Higher Self. Actually, my first reaction was from my lower EGO mind and as I observed myself say what I did...I could see where it was coming from. We are programmed to respond immediately and yet, if we were to pause... breath deep and then respond from our Higher Realm self, we would be coming from a higher frequency.   This experience has made me look at how I react throughout the day. I spoke of observing our language and the vibration of it ~ even our thoughts have a vibration and this actually goes along with it. You could be having a conversation with someone and you make a comment... however, if you do the pause and breath, to come from your Higher Self...would the comment still be the same?   This takes a HUGE amount of observing to do this because most of us are reacting from a program running within us... our subconscious mind. That program immediately kicks in and we say whatever first comes to mind ~ most of which is not very nice. What I call 'program' is what is running our lives - in a unconscious way. We don't actually know what are program is until we become the observer we are meant to be.   Think about this for a moment - what if we reacted and responded as our Higher Self in every moment of our day. Can you FEEL the LOVE that would be coming from you? This may very well be the most difficult challenge that I put out there. I watch myself as I react right away - sometimes, being defensive and sometimes, just being helpful - at least that is my perception. Remember we will all have a different perception of what is going on around us ~ we will all have a totally different story to tell another - even ourselves.   Let's talk for minute on where this is all coming from. I have mentioned in the past that we have energy coming to us that is literally upgrading our cells and DNA. This is nothing to fear - it is only change. This change is only on a vibration level and with that upgrade, our thoughts will change...our actions will change. Not only that ...you will begin to notice that as you are talking about something...someone else will talk about it or you will read about it. I will give you a perfect example. I recently had an experience at a meditation. I saw myself laying on a crystal bed and this bed seemed to be glowing with rainbow colours. It was beautiful! There I was watching this beautiful display of the rainbow flowing as if it was going right through me. Then...I opened right up and became the SUN! I was shining bright and just glowed with the golden rays of the SUN. It was a beautiful experience.   When the group was sharing their experience, I was surprised by the fact that there was a couple of other people that had a rainbow in their meditation. It was later on in the day when I was reading a channeling that I follow ~ something got my attention immediately... it was about the rainbow energy coming at us! Of course, I read the entire article, after all...it was about rainbows! Then, in a conversation that I was having someone brought up seeing a rainbow and how beautiful it was. This took my breath away!!! Really???? This was all confirmation that what I experienced was the truth! The Universe moved other rainbow information into my awareness so that I would realize that I was shown a rainbow for a reason. Whatever the reason, it hasn't been clear to me however, it certainly got my attention. I am paying attention...being the observer and watching for more signs to come to me.   Could it be possible that the rainbow experience came from my Higher Self? Of course it is... I am not going to annualize why I was shown or even where the information came from. I am going to except it as a sign and pay attention. The rainbow experience was what woke me up to respond as my Higher Self and I would like to challenge you all to do just that yourself. Start by being aware of your reaction and how you are responding to others.   No matter what is going on in our lives...there is a better way to talk to people...to react to life in general. If we were to focus on reacting from our Higher Self...that intention on it's own will help us to remain in a higher frequency. I know that it will be challenging, I have experienced the EGO mind reacting...it happens so quickly! This will take a few times... for some, quite a few to begin reacting from our Higher Realm Selves. The fact that we are aware of this, will assist us...and of course, our intention is going to reprogram how we would normally react. Practice makes perfect right?   If you were to read some of the channels that are being posted lately on Facebook, you will be reading the same thing. Just this morning, I was sent a page to read and was blown away be what I read. It actually brought me to tears...it was about rainbows - a rainbow bridge to be exact and it mentioned golden energy. They are calling this the 'golden age' and it was just a few weeks ago that I started using golden light in my meditations. Then, it went on to talk about the fact that we are all in 5D energy now and there is no room for negative energy. Throw out the trash they said...and BE the Higher Version of YOURSELF! I think that is why I was brought to tears...it was everything I have already mentioned to you and everything I was feeling. That channeling helped me beyond words ~ it was by Michael Love and was called 'The Event'.   Let's do a meditation together: take a couple of very deep breaths and relax our bodies. Because we now know that there are rainbow energies coming to us, let's focus on the colours of the rainbow. Inhale these rainbow colours into your body ~ this will tell the Beings of Light that we are inviting these colours to come to us. Intention is everything and you simple focusing on the colours and inhaling them in, will give them permission to assist us. Ask that the Beings of Light bring to us even stronger rainbow frequencies for us to inhale into our body. FEEL the beautiful LIGHT coming into your body. Fill your body with this LIGHT...then, when you exhale...fill your space with this rainbow energy. Visualize a rainbow all around you.... YOU are the rainbow... expand your LIGHT to fill your home. Keep expanding this rainbow LIGHT to fill the city or town that you live in. Keep breathing... and visualize this rainbow energy to surround the entire world. With all of us connected and doing this together...we are spreading this energy around the world. Keep focusing on this rainbow energy and spreading it around the planet, place your hands on your heart and listen to the Soul Language message... FEEL what your heart feels. Keep breathing...     Light Language   Take a deep breath and know that YOU have spread this rainbow energy around the planet... assisting the Beings of Light with your intention. Open your eyes when you are ready! WOW - did that leave you all buzzy? I can totally FEEL how powerful that was. Let's do what we can to do this process as often as we can. I think with the energies coming at us and the fact that we are willing to except these energies...and even help spread them, would be a very powerful thing for us to do. Know that the power is within you.... and that with every breath you take, you can transform your life. We just passed through a period that there were quite a few things coming at us in the unseen world. We had solar flares from the Sun, planets in retrograde AND a beam of LIGHT coming from the Great Central Sun. Considering the amount of people that I have heard from, during this period, I thought it would be important for us all to do a process that will teach us how to FEEL the difference in our energy field. When I say that we just passed through doesn't mean it is over. We get a few days break and then, another stronger energy blast is coming our way.   There is a reason that this is happening. What people are calling ascension has been in the works for quite some time now. Some people call what we are going through 'ascension symptoms' ~ that is just a 'label' we decided to call it. Whatever 'label' you would like to put on it ~ it is important that you are aware of what is going on in your body and around you. We are being 'upgraded'...energetically. I have mentioned the Matrix in the past ~ it is one of my favourite movies since it relates to remembering who you are or just being plugged in and part of the illusion. In the movie, Neo was unplugged from the Matrix ~ where he become aware of his true surroundings and true self. With that awareness, he was ready to be 'upgraded' ...by 'upgraded', they uploaded a program into his body that gave him the knowledge of kung fu. They had the technology to upgrade any program that they needed ~ the strange thing is that we have that capability as well.   I have been told many times, we have the power to move mountains...with our minds! If our thoughts are so powerful that they create our lives... what is in the way? Why is it not working for some of us? Our energy field is the magnet of what is on its way for us to experience. I like to say that it is what you are wearing... what you are broadcasting to the world around you. I can give you a perfect example... this week I could FEEL the energies very strongly. It felt like every where I went the people were confronting me about something. I reacted in a very negative way...I yelled, I snapped, I even walked away. It actually wasn't until I reacted that I turned inside...honestly, what the heck was going on. I could FEEL the anger come to the surface due to what I call the confrontation! This is actually a perfect opportunity to FEEL it, ALLOW it and LET IT GO.   As soon as I became aware of the emotion, I was observing what was going on energetically within me. When that emotion comes up...it was already stored within your body ~ otherwise, it wouldn't have come to the surface. It then becomes our job to let it go... I like to 'thank it' and breathe it out of my body. YES, it can be just that simple. A couple of weeks ago I spoke about the children reacting...screaming and throwing a fit...they are letting it go. After their fit, they feel great...think about it...they allowed the emotion ~ the fit and after their outburst they have let it go. What happened to me lasted most of the day... first my husband, then a couple people in my workplace. The emotions just kept coming up....the best part was BEING aware that this was happening. I watched myself react....get angry...have words and walk away almost like I had no control in the moment. I actually went into the bathroom to calm myself down. I did some deep breathing and some positive affirmations before resurfacing out in public.   The amazing thing is that after I did that, everything seemed to have changed. It really is as simple as that...do some deep breathing and you are changing your vibration... BE aware of the emotions that come up in you and allow them to go... and the energy that you broadcast will change effecting the people around you. If I hadn't allowed that anger to go... I would have continued with the people around me reacting in a confrontational way...all with the purpose of releasing what I was wearing...what I was broadcasting.   Another thing to be aware of is that some people call this reaction as coming from your EGO. When you feel yourself going into a right or wrong mindset...know that this is your EGO mind. I reacted from my EGO mind... it was wrong for them to treat me this way kind of thoughts or even...it was wrong for me to react the way I did. The TRUTH is that energetically there was a huge shift... not just for me for everyone concerned. When I became aware of this, I come across something that Aaron Doughty wrote in one of his emails. He said "you may think thoughts.. but you are NOT your thoughts... when you observe them your vibration will raise to a high state...because that is your "natural state of being."   Amazing right? Observing the energy you are FEELing during your day, gives you an opportunity to LET GO of energies in your body that no longer serve you. Holding onto those energies will only cause you to go what could possibly be very uncomfortable situations. The choice is literally YOURs... be AWARE... be the OBSERVER and instead of reacting from the EGO mind... respond knowing that this energy is coming to the surface to be released. Responding rather than reacting may take some practice... I have yet to get there. What I am being told is that it is very important for us to BE our True Selves so that we will FEEL the difference when we are able to LET GO.   To be 'upgraded' we are raising our vibration - our frequency and by rising that frequency we are entering a different dimension. I have always had the belief that to go to a different dimension was to leave this space. What I have been reading and is confirmed by the Beings of Light ~ all dimensions are within us. A higher dimension is simply a different state of BEing ~ when you are observing how you are FEELING energetically, you are in a different state of BEING. As an observer of your thoughts and feelings, you are your TRUE SELF...your HIGHER SELF. When you are living your life as your HIGHER SELF...you will not be reacting, you will be responding. YOU are LIGHT and as LIGHT, there is no room for the lower frequency emotions in your experience.   Pay attention to your thoughts and your emotions and allow those emotions to come to the surface...allow them to go. Every single release brings you to a higher dimension. You can experience life filled with difficulties due to holding onto these emotions - remember they are energy and energy can be changed. Let's do a process together to ground ourselves and ask for assistance from our guides and angels - whom I lovingly call the Beings of Light. Take a couple of very deep breaths. Allow your body to relax while you continue to breath deeply. Focus on inhaling pure white light and exhaling golden light - or whatever colour you prefer. Fill your body with this light and exhale the light into your space...filling the entire room with LIGHT. This will clear out quite a bit of what no longer serves you. Visualize a grounding cord from your root chakra and cut that cord... see it returning back to Mother Earth and continue to breathe deep. Now, visualize another grounding cord and make it larger and stronger than your last one. Continue to breathe deeply...SEE the cord going deep into Mother Earth and into a crystal cave in the centre of the earth. Whatever the crystal you are drawn to...attach your grounding cord to it. FEEL the energy that comes from that crystal...through your cord into your body. Now focus on any emotion that is stored in your body and send it down your grounding cord into the planet. You may not know of an emotion in this moment...simply ask that any energies stored in your body to go down this cord...send it all the way down to the crystal. Watch as the crystal transforms the energy you sent it into something beautiful...something of high frequency. Take a deep breath and allow that transformed energy comes back to you. Place your hands on your heart and continue to breath while I speak in the Soul Language.     Light Language   Take another breath ~ WOW this was a powerful one! I am really hot right now and know that when your body heats up like this... it is burning off what is no longer needed! Know that you can do this at any time. We all have 'stories' we could tell...all experiences we have gone through...however, in the end...that is all it is...a 'story'. My story has always been that I came from what people would call a 'broken home'. My mother left my father when I was 5...and I had 2 younger brothers at the time. There was a custody battle that lasted a year & a half...and there are stories of what I went through during that so called battle. Then, Mom re-married and my step father was a cruel man. He drank and had a temper when he did. He didn't once hit us - aside from spanking...back then, getting a spanking was a normal thing. He was more about mental abuse...the way he spoke to us was very mean. When I was 17 years old...I left. I didn't have to put up with that any more. My younger brothers left at the ages of 13 & 15...they both have a different story to tell.   I went on to drink and carry on...I got into an abusive relationship where he beat me every time he was drinking...he was an alcoholic, so that was an interesting couple of years. When I left that relationship and came home, I hit the bottle myself and did drugs. I now call that self abuse. I went from being abused by someone else to abusing myself. What I now know is that I suffered with self esteem issues...no one would do that to themselves if they loved themselves.   Obviously, I completely changed my life. I now recommend loving yourself processes and do energy work - my main focus is healing the body and shifting our frequency. If I was to go back to my drunken self, and let her know that she would be doing energy work in the years to come...she would have had some choice words for me. What I am talking about today is the fact that IT IS JUST A STORY. It doesn't matter what you have been through to get to this point in life... it is just a story. For some, this will bring up some energy that you can LET GO of immediately as your body does what it can to hold onto 'that story'. We don't need the story any more. It is as simple as that. The past doesn't exist and the more we hold onto IT...and the 'story', the more we are stuck exactly where we are!!!   It is my intention to shift from the 'story' we tell ourselves, to our higher realm selves. When we are at THAT frequency, we do not need the story and without the story we will be able to rise to even higher levels. The higher we can go the more people we will effect. Remember ...we are LIGHT and as LIGHT we can effect the people around us energetically. All we have to do is walk by them and the vibration of our frequency will effect their vibration. It's almost like we are a spark and we ignite something within them... just by being near them.   We can't force anyone to change their life... however, we can certainly LIGHT that spark in them with our vibration. That is when we practice observing...by witnessing the changes in the people around us. Keep in mind, holding onto the 'story' of your experience of certain individuals around you, will not LIGHT that spark...or if it does, the spark will go out ~ just from our judgement of that person. It is therefore, very important to simply BE yourself and allow others to BE who they are. They will eventually either transform due to the LIGHT you are when you are around them, or they will stay stuck in their own story. That is the thing...we have FREE WILL and with that, comes allowance. You can advise someone 10 times to eat better, and yet, they choose something different ~ foods that will harm their body. THAT is when you step back and allow... their life is their choice.   Another thing to remember is that when we are telling others our 'stories' ~ which some of us are inclined to do, we are subjecting that person to the 'vibration' of the story. We are literally reeling them into the frequency ~ which may or may not be lowering their vibration. I LOVE to tell funny 'stories'... making people laugh is raising their vibrations... and this is especially important if they are wearing a low frequency. When it comes to your vibration, when I say 'wearing' I am talking about what you are broadcasting to the world around you. That is the interesting thing about this unseen world...we are all wearing a vibration and it is THAT vibration that is creating our next moment.   That is just another reason to let go of the 'stories' we tell ourselves. The actual vibration of the story itself is likely lowering our frequency. When we can LET GO of any story that we tell ourselves or others, we are opening ourselves up for a HUGE SHIFT...a total transformation ...a totally new experience. Isn't that the reason that we read the self-help books that we read? To change something in our lives... something we desire that we don't have now?   Here is a question for you...what if...by simply letting go of the stories, we are opening ourselves up to who we really are? What if... it was the stories we tell that keep us stuck? It makes sense to me that if we are holding onto the stories we tell...we are wearing the frequency of those stories! Therefore, the frequency is keeping our life exactly where it is. I will be honest, I find this topic interesting and I am curious if I am holding onto a story. Sometimes, my podcasts or videos are related to something I am experiencing and sometimes, it is for someone else to hear. My guess...and believe me, this is just a guess, that someone listening or reading my emails, needs to hear this information. I know that there are a few people I know that feel stuck... and they have stories and some of them they just don't want to let go of those stories. They have become part of their life...almost a part of who they are. In reality, it couldn't be further from the truth...it is NOT who they are. We are all the same LIGHT... we are all ONE. We are NOT our stores ...and that is why it is very important to let them go.   Let's take a few deep breaths and allow our bodies to relax. As you breathe in white LIGHT, exhale golden LIGHT to completely fill your space with this high vibration light.
