This week has been a lesson for me... aren't they all? Last week I talked about clearing old energy and being aware of when you are. It is powerful times right now. Some of us are being forced to release faster than others. Some of us are aware that it is a clearing and some of us find ourselves getting drawn into the drama that is going on around us.   Believe me...I have been through it all...actually still going through it. Sometimes it feels like every day is a test - more than likely is. Spiritually we are being tested to see just where we are consciously! The strange thing is...that we are testing ourselves. Whatever happens is for our growth and you can usually figure that out. For me, I have been tested left, right & centre. I have had someone say something to me that my human self thought was very cruel... it sent me on a 2 day crying binge. I had friends go right into the drama part of it...they shouldn't have said that etc. However, it came to me on the second day that my Soul wanted that person to say what they did, so that I would experience the 'letting go'. I could have continued to have the perception that it was a cruel thing to say...OR I could realize that I was able to let go of so much stuff. Some of what I let go was just stored emotions...waiting for someone to say or do something to clear that energy out of my body. It did take me 2 days to clear it however, when I was done...I felt amazing!   It was actually empowering to KNOW that this is what happened. How many times to we get stuck in the he said that or she said that? And we remain upset and hold onto it? What if we could have a different perception every single time someone does anything to us? I know that I have mentioned perceptions in the past and after this week, I think it is important that I mention it again. BEING aware is the key...and once you are watching for different things in your life, you can piece it together much easier. The fact that I am focusing on perception etc, I am noticing it all around me. Let me give you a few examples:   When it is raining...you have people that complain that it is raining and yet...the farmer needs the rain for the seeds in his field.   When I have trouble getting online when I would like to check something out, I take it as a sign that I am supposed to do something else...something different. I don't get upset, I simple figure it just wasn't meant to be in this moment. This would not be how I would react years ago...I probably would have thrown something and been very angry.   Let's talk about other perceptions:   ~ when a person pulls out in front of you ~ when you see someone crying ~ you get a rusty nail in your foot ~ mosquito spray ~ any disease including cancer...buy into or not accept it   What if...we could let go of all our perceptions and beliefs and simply allow things to BE as they are? Loving what is...no matter what? Our Soul will bring to us everything we are to experience to grow. I have been getting quite a few messages to talk about our intuition...our guidance, only I was told to call it Divine Guidance. The thing is that we have the answer to everything within us ~ how many times have you read that, and yet, study and read to get the answers outside of you? We have an entire system within us that can give us the answer to just about anything. I say just about because it is information that is within us... regarding the present moment. The last 2 podcasts have been about BEING in the present moment and the fact that when we are practicing simply BEING...we have all our power.   Connecting to our Inner Child is very important to do ~ just for the releasing part that comes with that. I have mentioned my 'story' many times...my Mother left when I was 5 years old - leaving me and 2 younger brothers with my Father that she feared. After 1 & 1/2 years, she got custody of all of us - and that was after quite a few back and forths and some very emotional events. The reason I am sharing this 'story' and THAT is all that it is - is to explain that we download some very powerful programs during our childhood. As soon as we witness something...it becomes a program. Can you see how many programs could have been downloaded during this very powerful time in my life? Is it possible that you have many programs installed during your childhood?   All it takes is one time for a child to not feel worthy to install this program to run during your entire life. When you are an adult, it only takes one person to say something hurtful to remind you that you are NOT worthy. You have these moments in life where your Inner Child comes to the surface and the only thing to help you is to have a good cry. What I would like to remind you, is that if you are listening to this podcast...YOU ARE WORTHY... even those that are not listening are WORTHY. Listen to no one - when you are standing in your own power (which is in this present moment) ...totally connected to Source (your True Self) you KNOW within your heart of hearts... YOU ARE WORTHY. At least our conscious mind knows this to be true. We are still running that Inner Child program and today, I am being guided to take you on a journey to release ALL of those programs.   Remember, we are LIGHT BEINGS and fully capable of releasing any and ALL programs with our command. It really is THAT easy - no matter what it is, all you have to say is: "I ask that ALL programs that are not serving me to be dissolved for the greater good of ALL. I ask that this happens easily with my breath...and as I exhale, I release ALL of what is not serving my Highest Good."   Take a deep breath and exhale everything that no longer serves you. Easy right? Now I would like to follow that up with a beautiful declaration that I wrote down from one of Paul Selig's books:   "I now set the intention to align my frequency up to the highest level and octave available to me in my consciousness at this time. And I set the intention that I will monitor my consciousness through my feelings & through my expressions as the day goes on, so that I may become accountable to my experience as an energy being operating in consciousness & through frequency. I am Word through this intention...WORD I AM WORD."   Take another deep breath...can you feel how powerful that is? I invite you to copy both the command and the declaration to repeat daily ~ it is typed out in the description. Do you feel the buzzing? I feel very buzzy right now. When you can feel the buzz, you are FEELING the energy of a high vibration around you. If you don't FEEL the buzz, no worries, it will come...just keep using energy and you will eventually feel it.   It is when you are FEELING the buzz of the frequency around you that you are connected to YOUR Divine Guidance. You can tell when you are in there and when you are in what I now call the muck. For example, someone says something to completely deflate you...totally bring you down and slams you in the muck. First of all, if that happens, you were not standing in your power. And second of all, perhaps that person had a role to play in bring you to a higher awareness. When you are stuck in the muck - don't you just love how that sounds??? When you feel very low, that is when you have a choice to allow what was said or done to you to keep you stuck...OR you can fly out of the muck and remember WHO YOU ARE! You are a LIGHT BEING and you are sparkling your LIGHT to all those around you. When you are in the muck...how does it FEEL? Heavy right?   And when you are in the LIGHT...you FEEL buzzy right? You FEEL the LIGHT around you!!!! This is actually how you can connect with your Divine Guidance...by paying attention to your body and how it FEELS in the moment. Your body will tell you...simply ASK for that LIGHT feeling for a YES and a heavy, stuck feeling for a NO. Are you ready to practice that? Think of something that you plan on doing within the week...something you would like to know if it is right for you. Could be going to the doctors... going on a trip... meditating... doing yoga...whatever it is, simply ask your body if this is right for you in this moment. NOW...go within and pay attention to how you FEEL. Do you feel LIGHT or do you feel HEAVY? This may take some time to feel confident about the answers you are receiving. Play with this and you will master the FEEL of the answer. It is a fun thing although, some of the answers may surprise you.   You will get to a point where you won't have to wait to FEEL the answer, you will KNOW the answer very quickly. This is about tuning into your own Divine Guidance system and we all have it.   Let's go back to our programming we download as children. In the past, I spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out my 'programs' ~ almost like I needed to know each and every one of them. When it comes right down to it, it doesn't matter!!! We could have thousands of programs running in our subconscious minds! Can you imagine wiping them all clean in one statement? That clearing statement above will do just that! You don't have to know what program it is and especially how it is running your life. All you need to have now is TRUST...trust that they are gone! Every single time you TRUST yourself...especially your Divine Guidance, you are getting stronger and stronger standing in your own power.   For those of you that prefer a conscious mind release ~ by that I mean that you THINK it has to be harder than the declaration... let's do an Inner Child Journey! Take a couple of very deep breaths and with every inhale...you are breathing in golden LIGHT energy from the Sun. With every exhale, you are exhaling everything that no longer serves you. Visualize cutting your grounding cord...and with a very deep breath...visualize a bigger grounding cord attached to your root chakra and going deep into the planet...bring it down to the centre of the earth...into a crystal cave. Locate within this cave a crystal that resonates with you and attach your grounding cord to it. FEEL the power of having your grounding cord attached to this crystal. Now, travel back in time to when you wee a child. It doesn't have to be any particular moment...just SEE yourself as a child standing in front of you. Have a conversation with your child you... your inner child. Let it know that he or she is safe in the world. Take a moment to telepathically communicate with this child and explain the power of energy...the energy of your heart... the energy around you! Tell this child very quickly of angels and guides and that it is protected... allow them to SEE within you... it's entire future so that they can see that there is nothing to fear...it is safe. The one thing you would like this child to KNOW is the feeling of WORTHINESS. When you are completely satisfied you were able to communicate with your Inner Child...and pass along information that will assist it in no longer having programs that are effecting you in this moment, thank them and assure them that you will return another time.   Take a deep breath and KNOWING that you have erased ALL programs with this conversation...place your left hand on your heart and FEEL your Soul speaking to you through your heart. When you are connected to Source...you will FEEL your Soul and you will have a complete understanding of the messages coming from your Soul. You don't need me to speak in our Soul Language, your Soul speaks to you...FEEL the codes that your Soul is unlocking in your body!   These codes are going to lead you to a path that your Soul would like you to experience. Whether you choose the easy declaration or a relaxing connection with your Inner Child, you have Divine Guidance within you. When you learn to pay attention to how you FEEL ~ LIGHT or Heavy, you will be checking in with your own guidance system.
