  • The origins of BeMe project
This was great to speak to the ladies who are behind the BeMe project, it was interesting to get their views and perspectives on what Mental Health is to them and what they do to help people.

The BeMe project helps those with low self esteem find themselves and find their confidence, value and purpose which as a Mental Health advocate i highly resonate with.

They talk about the work they did during the lockdown period to help people coping with the pandemic.

They also go into what their values are as a charity organisation and encouraging creativity!
