Last episode we got to know the follicular phase, or what I like to call the ‘Firing Up’ phase, and now we take a look at the next phase of the menstrual cycle that I dub ‘Time to Shine’. Our ovulation time is like our own personal summertime, with all the good feels and high vibes that go with it.

I explain why so many of us feel so darn good during this phase, and how we can use our natural superpowers to get the most out of this time in our work, relationships, movement and self-care.

Not a menstruator? No probs. This time correlates with the full moon phase and you can apply the same principles.
