It's Friday and The Tobin & Leroy show get you ready for the weekend. The Miami Heat have won 3 in a row after beating the Atlanta Hawks last night at the Kaseya Center. Tyler Herro drop 36 points for Miami who seem to be clicking at the right time? We go over the Miami Marlins walk off victory on opening day 5-4 over the Pittsburgh Pirates. Cant eh Scrappy, no name bunch make some headway in this market? We recap night 1 of the sweet 16 as Duke, Alabama, Florida and Texas Tech advanced to the Elite 8. We also previews tonight's Sweet 16 games. We preview the Florida Panthers who are back on the ice tonight after 4 days off to take on the Utah Hockey club where we may get to see the Brad Marchand for the first time in an Panthers uniform.

In this last hour, we discuss the Heat's play of late and how the team seems more connected and how Erik Spoelstra words of not letting go of the rope, that bother many in the fan base is now winging truthful. In the first hour of the show, we recap the Miami Heat winning their 3rd game in a row with a 122-112 win over the Atlanta Hawks. Tyler Herro drop 36 points to lead the Heat who are playing some of their best basketball all season at the right time of the season. The Major League Baseball season opened yesterday and the Marlins began their 2025 campaign in dramatic fashion winning 5-4 in the bottom of the 9th on a Kevin Stowers walk-off single to give manager Clayton McCullough his 1st win in his career. The Sweet 16 kicked off last night with Duke and Alabama set to meet in Elite 8 on Saturday while Florida advanced beating Maryland while Texas Tech stormed back to beat Arkansas in overtime. The Florida Panthers are back on ice tonight to host the Utah Hockey Club. Tonight might be the night we see Brad Marchand Panthers debut.
