Paul has been at the helm of Connors Sports Management for over 18 years. His passion and knowledge of the AFL industry is undisputed. As a Certified Practicing Accountant, he is excellently placed to provide Clients with strategic contract negotiation and long-term budgetary and financial advice and planning.
CSM was Established in 1999 after Paul parted ways with Ricky Nixon in the early days. Paul decided to target the 2001 National draft and managed to sign the top 4 picks in Luke Hodge, Luke Ball, Chris Judd & Graham Polak. He also signed Jimmy Bartel at pick 8! It's fair to say the big fella was off to a flying start...
