Carrie Minter tells all about how she grew up, how she became a model, moved to Los Angeles, became a Playmate, moved into the Playboy Mansion, married, divorced and became an entrepreneur running
her own empire called Carrie's Pilates Plus.

Carrie grew up in Mesquite, Dallas with a severely autistic brother who is non verbal, which was very hard on the family. Her parents divorced when she was 15 years old. Carrie started modeling at age 15, entered a
local modeling competition and won it. She signed with Elite Agency in New York, NOW Agency and Kim Dawson agency.
She got to Los Angeles at age 18 and with a very conservative Mom who she didn't get along with in her teen years, she immediately felt at home in LA because she didn't feel judged. Her dream was always to become an
actress, but after she started auditioning she realized she was a terrible actress and concentrated solely on modeling.

We then learn how Carrie ended up living in the Playboy mansion and being one of Hugh Hefner's girls. We find out all the steps from topless Polaroid day to move in day.
She moved into the mansion when Holly Madison was Hef's main girlfriend and she tells us all the details when she first arrived at the mansion. She tells us about her first dinner with Hef.
Carrie lived there right before the reality show "The Girls Next Door" premiered on E.

At any given moment there could be 12 girls living in the mansion, then he cut it down to 7 and eventually to 3 girls.
As expected we find out that there was always a lot of drama, and everyone was always trying to get Hef.
We find out who actually gets paychecks and how the other girls lived.
After a while Carrie couldn't take it anymore because she wasn't liked and her sensitive heart and soul could no longer take it. It just got too much with all of the girls.
She just wasn't prepared for this kind of world.

After moving out she did always love going back to the mansion for weekends or holidays because Hef always wanted to make sure the girls had a place to come to.
She tells us that it was so sad when Hef's Alzheimer's progressed and he couldn't remember her or some of the other girls.
She told us that Crystal, his last wife stopped the dinner and movie night weekends.

Carrie was 23 years old when she left the mansion and moved into an apartment in Hollywood. She started modeling again and we find out how she met her husband.
After their very first date they hit it off and got married 6 weeks later in Las Vegas. When she married him he had 1 Pilates studio in West Hollywood - today he has over 600 locations worldwide maybe more.

They were married for about 6 years, and even though she doesn't have many nice things to say about her ex husband, she does give him credit for being her mentor and teaching her work ethic and taught her a lot.
She tells us that the divorce was very hard on her, even though her marriage was very toxic, but passionate at the same time. It was very unstable.
She felt like she no longer had her own identity and felt very lost.
Even though recently divorced they were still going to couples counseling trying to work on their relationship when she found out that he had married a porn star in Las Vegas.
He ended up giving her the flagship location of the Pilates studio, but she found out later that it was losing money. She felt lost and depressed with no motivation.

One day she got it together and the studio became her safe place and saved her life. Today it is Carries Pilates Plus and a thriving studio with many celebrities and a very impressive client base.
She praises her incredible team, especially her right hand Alyssa and her family.
During Covid 19 they have rented a parking lot and created an outside workout experience second to none. They created a successful virtual program so Carrie's clients can work out from home during these trying times.
She has even created her own Pilates machine called "THE MINTER METHOD" and that is available for purchase for your home or if you want to open your own studio. She also holds recurring teacher trainings.
Her brand is unique, one of a kind, exquisite with high powered music and lots of energy.
Her Merch line is classy, beautiful and one of a kind.

Carrie is a big believer and supporter of the women empowerment movement.

We talk about how Carrie and Marcella met and how they have become best friends and are like twins. Marcella has recently gotten certified with the Carries Pilates Plus method and teaches on the virtual program.

Carrie has an unsurmountable love for dogs and has 5 dogs right now.

Carrie just recently got engaged to her fiancé Toni who surprised her with an incredible 10.5 carat engagement ring, and they are planning a wedding in 2021 in Dallas.

We talk about the new pop up workout that Carrie and Marcella are going to bring to Dallas in 2021, to expand Carrie's brand to the DFW area. They are very excited about that.

He says that all of this is in our hands and they are trying to create this future but they cannot do it without our permission.
They want us to think we are running out of fuel, food, water and global warming etc. He says this is the mind matrix. They are all controlling us with lies and creating fear.
Once you wake up from it you have no more fear because they feed off our fear. We are in a spiritual warfare.
Once you wake up you unplug. Once you see you cannot unsee.

When you wake up to the flat Earth you can never unsee it. Things change for you in great ways.

David talks about his feelings about the healthcare in this country. He says he would never go to a doctor unless it was for an accident. He says there is no disease just levels of toxicity and
that they want to keep you sick.
Rockefellers changed everything and took the healing plants away and created synthetic pills instead.

America messes with our food supply. He says it is horrifying and we have to try the best we can to eat as healthy as possible. A 10 X 10 space is all you need to grow your own garden.

Then we talk about the planes that mess with our climate. He says that he has been screaming about that for years and that they now actually admit it, even though it used to be conspiracy a few
years ago.

We welcome the incredible David Weiss from the Flat Earth Podcast and he tells us that he walked away from a very successful company at the beginning of 2020, right before Covid to spread the truth and to help get our freedoms back.

God gave him a message and he walked away from what he worked for his entire life and making more money that he could have ever dreamed of to be ridiculed about his beliefs about the Earth being flat.

He says that you don't just wake up one morning and believe the Earth is flat, but that we are so programmed to not seeing that most people just cannot see it.
He says the worst thing you can do is to google Flat Earth because the controllers of the world will lead you to the Flat Earth Society, which is controlled and a bunch of garbage.

If we are not a pancake floating in space then what are we? He says we are more like a pond. The edge of our world pond is Antarctica.

Flat Earth Dave used to have a podcast called "Deep Inside The Rabbit Hole", which was a conspiracy podcast looking at all sorts of conspiracies and people were sending him flat earth stuff all the time and he was forced
to really look at it, after banning them on his social media for being so stupid to believe that.

Cruz asks David what proof he has to support his belief that the Earth is flat. While David is proofing his points, Cruz then questions David on the Netflix Show "Behind The Curve" which he says is deception created by
people that were not fair and edited the film and they are in the process of suing them right now. He explains why...... don't miss this - it is unbelievable. When the YouTube video comes out you can actually see all the proof that
David brings.
"What is the point of telling people the earth is round if it is not?" Marcella asks.....
Cruz says there are still a lot of unanswered questions.

David says that actually in the end the shape of the earth doesn't matter, but the lie matters. He says that our history is very different from what we have been taught. He says that the non stop dividing, dividing, dividing on all
levels that is being done to us is so that the leaders do not lose authority over us. He says, that if we all would no longer listen to the dumb governments they couldn't do anything about it.
He says the only power they have over us is in our HEADS. They are trying to control our minds and want us to live in FEAR.

Miss Polly asks if all the space pictures she grew up with are a lie. Immediately David and Cruz vehemently agree that NASA is a lie.

We are told that nobody is allowed to visit Antarctica or do any kind of exploring there or you will be intercepted by war planes and ships. This is all part of the Antarctic Treaty.

We learn all about how fake the original moon landing was and David says that NASA literally lies about everything. He shows all the proof that NASA is faking all of it. It is mind boggling that with the technology we have
today we have not been able to go back to the moon. Definitely makes you think.

David says that all countries are in this together and the division of countries is fake.

He tells us that in the 1920's everyone was taught that the Earth was flat. He interviewed a woman that was taught in a Connecticut public Elementary School that the Earth was flat. He says to go find people that are over 100 years old that still
have their wits about them and they will prove this.

He then teaches us about the founder of NASA, what his grave stone says and NASA's connection with helium companies that prove that rockets are just balloons and how unbelievable the deception truly is.

We discuss the Challenger catastrophe and how the explosion was all edited and intended to traumatize children.

In this Part 2 episode with our special guest Alex TinyB she tells us how timing was perfect to create the Texas Lonestar Dancers.
It all started with her judging the Miami Dolphins Cheerleader tryouts. She loves Miami culture and tries to bring some of that energy to the Dallas area.

When the Dallas Mavericks dancers were cancelled the only other team left was the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
All this happened right around the time Texas Live built their entertainment venue in the middle of the new Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys Stadiums in Arlington, Texas.

Alex says the Dallas Cowboys have always had everything and the Texas Rangers really have never had anything for entertainment, and especially dancers. That is how the idea was born.
She met the marketing manager of Texas Live and the rest is history.

2021 is their first "real year" since Covid put a damper on so many things in 2020. Her goal is to actually perform in the Texas Rangers stadium, but Texas Live is their safe haven and it
gives them the opportunity to cheer for all sports events and not just baseball.

Alex is a super fair but very strict director and we ask her the struggles she has for the girls to respect her.

Alex has so much confidence in her dancers that she will put them up against any of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and they will "outdance" them.
Her girls are all strong dancers, full of talent and she loves to help and mold them and not just have someone on the team because they look hot.

Alex is also the director of the Dallas Flygirls.

Then we learn about Alex TinyB's love life and how happy she is with her baseball player boyfriend.

Alex is currently in the process of putting out a country song in memory of her beloved grandfather who just recently passed away from ALS.

Alex tells us about being from Odessa originally and how she moved to Texas to study dance and started working at Dallas Powerhouse of Dance before she ended up at our studio.

We talk all about Alex's incredible Hip Hop Style and how she taught the kids and they were killing it and won Hip Hop Fest and performed at World Of Dance and Good Morning Texas.

Alex says that she started her music career when Selena's ended. That is why she has the number 23 tattooed on her. She still keeps in touch with Selena's family and opens for her brothers bands on many occasions.

Alex also has a huge connection to Play n Skillz who are big time now.

The most exciting news in Alex's life is her dream coming true and she is opening her own dance studio called M8. They are holding auditions now and the studio should be ready by fall.

The show was so natural and Cruz didn't miss a beat. He makes an amazing co host and we are super excited about our future together.

We learn all about Cruz's new salon The Society and how far it has come since they opened during Covid in 2020.
Everything that is beauty industry based is represented in the salon. You can spend your entire day there and get pampered.

Then we talk about our plans to take the podcast to the next level.

Miss Polly tells us about strangers recognizing her and she felt famous and was so excited.

Cruz is super excited to be a part of the show because it is a Joe Rogan type show and he can't wait to dive in and get down deep with the guests.

We welcome Sean Cribbin and the entire film crew of the highly anticipated, award winning documentary "WAS I NEXT?" from Toronto Canada, produced by iCogitate Productions.
Sean starts the show by telling us details of his date with the most notorious serial killer in Canada of all times Bruce Mc Arthur.
All evidence points towards Sean being the next victim and the terrifying revelations of what McArthur was planning for him, that was discovered after he was arrested.

It all started with Sean communicating with McArthur over dating apps for 3 years. He groomed him for that long.
Everyone knew there was a serial killer in the gay village neighborhood - 8 men had gone missing.

Sean tells us that McArthur had been married with 2 children before he was outed as gay. He was a landscaper and a Mall Santa, who also did community service. There was no reason
for Sean to be alarmed.
Sean got in Bruce's car for their first date and Sean did not get any weird feelings at all. He even made some jokes about there being a serial killer on the loose.

Sean talks in detail about going to Bruce's 19th floor corner unit apartment and about him taking the drug GHB that he likes to use when engaging in sexual relations and when done in proper
doses relaxes him and heightens his senses but if given too much can make you unconscious. This is precisely what happened as Sean later learns. Bruce had mixed too much of the drug in his drink.

By a lucky coincidence Bruce McArthur's roommate came home early totally unexpected and that stopped what was going to be Sean's murder by the hands of Bruce. This saved his life.
The details Sean gives give you chills. At the time he had no idea.

We talk about the day when Bruce McArthur got arrested and caught with the murder of 8 victims.

When Sean was speaking to an investigator to give information she told him that there were photos of him on Bruce's computer. The same staged photos as he had taken of his other victims.
Photos of him handcuffed to the bed, a hood over his head, his eyes duck taped and the murder weapon, a pipe pushed up against his throat.
The investigator got teary and told Sean she was glad he was here.

A PHD in criminology labeled Bruce a sexual sadist. We talk about Bruce dismembering the bodies and hiding them in planters. When the forensic pathologist peeled the planters back she found a head, arms and legs.
Sean says that was a very hard day for him, because that would have been his final resting place and the reality of it hit him very hard.

Bruce McArthur is in prison, not eligible for parole until he is 91 years old. He lived a double life, a cunning, manipulative lying murderer. The only time he has spoken since his arrest was he said GUILTY 8 times in court.
The belief is that there are way more victims.

Sean tells us about the moment he went to court to face Bruce and sitting with all the victims families and how he felt horribly guilty and has since struggled with survivors guilt.

He is writing a book which is very difficult emotionally and he is on the very last chapter and we cannot wait for it's release.

Sean says that speaking about his experience and making the documentary has been extremely important for his healing. Every time he speaks it gets easier.
It is a miracle he is alive and we think he is so beyond brave to share his story.

At this moment the documentary is awaiting an official release date but so far has won over 50 awards worldwide from different film festivals.
