Nichola Ivy is one of a kind for many reasons. She is beautiful and full of energy and her and her family are the Greek counterparts to our Co Hosts with her family also having Mafia connections.
Her Dad is a Greek Mafia Playboy that courted her German Mom back in the day in Chicago and swept her off her feet.

Nichola is a gifted singer that was destined to be famous and never got in trouble in her younger years. She grew up as an only child dancing competitively at Dana's Studio in Southlake, Tx.
When she was in 2nd grade she was already En Pointe.
At 7 years old she entered the talent contest in the city of Southlake, TX as a singer and was the star of the show instantly. She performed "Together Again" by Janet Jackson which has a very
special meaning to her about her grandmother. She knew at that moment that she was born to be a singer. She sang with a group called God's Country Kids and did a lot of community service when she
then got hired by Disney and signed a contract with them, performing at tons of events.

Nichola always liked the finer things in life and her parents told her that she would have to figure out how to buy all those designer things.

She tells us that the show Hannah Montana was written about her and that she was supposed to be the lead in that show, but because she didn't have a contract Billy Ray Cyrus came in and paid for Miley Cyrus
to get the part. It is still upsetting to Nichola to have missed out on that million dollar opportunity and she tells everyone to always make sure you have your contracts in order.

Nichola's singing career got her to a point where she got paid $ 5000 just to perform one song at age 13 and was able to pay all her bills and even paid for a car in cash.
She was called to perform at the White House for President George W Bush and was featured in Tokyo for a very long time and the face and influencer of a girl guitar company. She was singing all over the nation.
She loved her life and relives it in her dreams all the time.

Nichola shares her story about being born without her right hand which is due to her grandmother taking the drug DES that was used to conceive children back in the day. The after effects of this drug were that the
offspring of those children suffer many birth defects.
Nichola's Mom participated in a class action lawsuit against the manufacturers of that drug.

Nichola was raised to never know the difference and she doesn't see herself different from anyone else. She was lucky that she
was never bullied, just the opposite - everyone loves her and everyone thought that she was going to be a huge celebrity. How she handles this is incredibly inspirational.

She didn't know what real life was like and had a bit of a culture shock when she took a real job at age 16.

At age 17 Nichola tried out for American Idol and Nigel Lythgow crushed her dream and it completely defeated her - so much so that she put down the microphone and has never sang again.
For the first time in her life she found rejection in her hand.
It is her deepest regret and it crushed her parents.

Nichola vows to never fail at anything ever again. Missy and her new podcast "Don't Call Us Pretty" feels like a replacement for her singing career and she absolutely loves being in the studio.

She has also started a new apartment locater company called "Money Move Locating" where she is an operating partner. The company was started in January 2020 right before Covid 19 hit, but they are thriving and have
12 agents.

Then we have an absolute hilarious time talking about dating and we were secretly trying to set Nichola up with Marcella's brother Gino who is single.

Part 2 of David Westerfield's extraordinary life takes us to the time after he sold his successful dance competitions, Showbiz Dance and Prime Time Dance. He moved from the most sought after address in Dallas,
the Vendome on Turtle Creek to his Lake House in Cedar Creek Lake, where he found peace and wakes up listening to the birds every day.
Not one to sit still for long he decided to buy a tacky building and before long he and Thomas, David's husband created an upscale boutique WHaus Décor and more that was like nothing that has ever been in the Cedar Creek Lake Area.
The Community embraced them immediately and the boutique was thriving and soon after they built a beautiful garden and gallery where they hold special events, weddings, Baby showers, Birthday Parties, Anniversary Parties etc.
They found a niche in the market that nobody else had and then bought the adjoining building and built a 5 star restaurant W456.
It is important to note, that David has zero experience in the boutique and restaurant industries, and it is so beyond impressive to see him create enormous success.
He talks about having 7 seating's for Valentine's dinner, which was an experience they will not soon forget.
David and Thomas thrive of the support of their clients, because they bring them so much joy.

Both Thomas and David have a gift to make each and every person feel special, which David believes is the key to success. They compare each other to the Pinky and the Brain. Blush
Thomas is an artist, creating unbelievable displays and David is in charge of all the administrative jobs.

When they first created all those businesses they could not have imagined that the world would be thrown into a pandemic and a lot of wealthy Dallas people migrated to the lake for peace and freedom from Covid 19.
W456 and WHaus provides their guests with the same excellence and high standards they are accustomed to in Dallas.

The restaurant was supposed to open 1 week before the mandated shutdown due to Covid 19. With a hefty payroll and the head Chef of the Hilton Anatole Hotel, David had the brilliant idea to create a take out market menu,
like a grocery store. He says that God gave him those words and he just followed them.
He tells us about one of the most heartful, emotional experiences that he has ever had in his life during this time.
After opening at limited capacity with a mask mandate the restaurant began to thrive and today has a staff of 58 people, just the restaurant alone.
David is proud of the staff as they take such pride in their work. He says that they depend on them to make the experience special and successful.
We talk about Thomas surprise 50th birthday party David produced.

David talks about what an amazing, talented, incredible human being Thomas is and how proud he is of him and that they have figured out how to run a business together, by always encouraging each other.

They do a lot of charity work for the Humane Society of Cedar Creek Lake because of their love for dogs.
We learn about their new endeavor which is going to be a piano lounge which will add just the right touch. David wants to thank the people of Cedar Creek Lake for believing in them and trusting and supporting them.

David feels blessed to be alive - he is a cancer survivor of 16 years. He is on clinical trials and had to go through chemo last year which was really hard on him. He praises his oncologist Dr. Amy Cripps who gave him permission
to quit, but he never did. He completed his 6 treatments with her amazing guidance. What a fighter he is. He believes in "I GET UP, I SUIT UP, I SHOW UP" He believes it is the best thing you can do every single day.
You would never know that David fights cancer, he isn't the poor me kind of person. What an inspiration he is. He is not going to allow his diagnosis to get the best of him. He says that every day you have a choice to either live or die.
His oncologist gave him the opportunity to live. There are so many people complaining over mundane things, while David is fighting stage 4 cancer and has built 2 incredibly successful businesses. This gives him a reason to live.

This particular episode we take you all the way back to the beginning of David's unique life story from being born in Waco Texas, going to Baylor University and realizing he wanted to see the country and the world.
With $50 in his pocket he left Waco, bought a poodle puppy and went to Denver Colorado. Even though he excelled in the fashion world there, he left to move to New York City, where he was discovered as a model by the
prestigious Ford Modeling Agency.
He was immediately booked and whisked away to San Juan, Puerto Rico for a shooting for a National Commercial for Bacardi Rum.

His next stop took him to Louisiana where he had the opportunity to work for International Production Publications, which ran a pageant organization. He traveled worldwide with the Miss Universe Organization
searching for venues. He loved the travel and the experience.

He was in his early 20's and the entrepreneurial spirit kicked in when he found himself at a dance competition with an auditorium full of thousands of people and a terrible MC.
With zero dance background of his own he decided that he could do this way better and SHOWBIZ DANCE TALENT COMPETITION was born.
He talks about how difficult it was and that there were only 4 solos at the very first competition. However it grew every single year, because the production value was so special.
At one point he had 2500 acts in one single weekend from Thursday to Sunday night.

He was inspired by 3 major dance competitions in the USA at the time and his dream was to make Showbiz Dance Talent Competition a Nationally Acclaimed Dance Competition
and he achieved that and more. He started a sister Competition called Prime Time Dance and traveled the country for 25 years.

Marcella and David talk about the incredible demands a dance competition weekend brings, with only 3 hours of sleep a night, dealing with airlines, setting up at the venues but it was such an energy rush to see the people lining up at the
doors and watching the kids under the bright lights.

He credits his experience with Miss Universe and the production quality to his 5 star, black tie Nationals he would put on in several cities across the US.
That is why they attracted the best of the best and the quality of the dancers was incredible.
David became friends with dance studio owners across the country.

He says that is the secret and foundation to success in any business - is forming relationships.
David still cherishes all the people that supported them then and he appreciates their support to this day.
David Westerfield is a man full of persistence with a determination to never quit that is very inspiring to watch. David says the day you stop learning is the day you die.

We talk about staff, the IDC - International Dance Competition, his craziest dance Mom and dance studio owner moments. We talk about all the human emotions you are dealing with in the dance world.
After all you are dealing with peoples most prized possession - their precious child.
After 25 years David sold both competitions and said it was very hard for him to hear that the new people didn't continue the way he had set it up.
David says that he knows who he is without dance and that is a VERY HAPPY PERSON.

Sean Cribbin has been able to heal a tremendous amount over the last couple of years since he escaped the most notorious serial killer in Canada, Bruce McArthur.

This episode gives the executive producers, Tami Rydall, Craig Huckerby as well as producer Bill Greer and musical director Steve Sauder and of course Sean Cribbin an opportunity to really talk about how they came together to make this amazing team and produce their first full documentary.

Tami, a single mother of 5 daughters says that it is such an important story to be told and she is so honored and grateful that Sean trusted her with his story and her passion for this documentary is far beyond what she can explain.

It was most important for Billy that the person that would interview Sean would have a big heart and not judge in order to make Sean have setbacks since you are talking about a lot of really far out stuff.
Tami was perfect for the job.

Billy remembers the time when he was homeless 25 years ago and Sean and his partner at the time took him in and that changed the course of his life and got him back on his feet.

About 3/4 way through filming Sean had a bacterial pneumonia that went septic. He was dying. The hospital told his partner Steve that Sean would not be coming home and to get his family together. The sepsis had gone into his
bloodstream. His organs were shutting down and he almost was put into a medical induced coma. By some miracle he survived, but was in the hospital for 6 weeks.

At the same time executive producer Craig experienced severe heart trouble and had to have open heart surgery.

Sean is using this documentary as a catalyst to spread Internet Safety Awareness for everyone. He wants the hashtag #tellsomeone to trend everywhere so people always tell someone they know where they are going and with whom.

"HEALING, EMPATHY, UNDERSTANDING, LOVE AND PEACE" is what they want to spread across the world with this documentary.

We talk about the touching scenes from the celebration called Illumination Night which honored all the victims and Sean got to plant a tree and hug lots of people.
Sean says that was a cathartic moment for him and he was able to let a lot of stuff go.

At the time of this recording the documentary has won over 50 awards worldwide from film festivals.

Billy's biggest dream for the documentary was to make sure that their friend was totally healed and taken care of.

There were many critical moments during filming, but they pulled it off.

Sean felt very lost after almost becoming the 9th victim and he wanted to make sure to have his story heard and that "HE MATTERS".

We welcome Sean Cribbin and the entire film crew of the highly anticipated, award winning documentary "WAS I NEXT?" from Toronto Canada, produced by iCogitate Productions.
Sean starts the show by telling us details of his date with the most notorious serial killer in Canada of all times Bruce Mc Arthur.
All evidence points towards Sean being the next victim and the terrifying revelations of what McArthur was planning for him, that was discovered after he was arrested.

It all started with Sean communicating with McArthur over dating apps for 3 years. He groomed him for that long.
Everyone knew there was a serial killer in the gay village neighborhood - 8 men had gone missing.

Sean tells us that McArthur had been married with 2 children before he was outed as gay. He was a landscaper and a Mall Santa, who also did community service. There was no reason
for Sean to be alarmed.
Sean got in Bruce's car for their first date and Sean did not get any weird feelings at all. He even made some jokes about there being a serial killer on the loose.

Sean talks in detail about going to Bruce's 19th floor corner unit apartment and about him taking the drug GHB that he likes to use when engaging in sexual relations and when done in proper
doses relaxes him and heightens his senses but if given too much can make you unconscious. This is precisely what happened as Sean later learns. Bruce had mixed too much of the drug in his drink.

By a lucky coincidence Bruce McArthur's roommate came home early totally unexpected and that stopped what was going to be Sean's murder by the hands of Bruce. This saved his life.
The details Sean gives give you chills. At the time he had no idea.

We talk about the day when Bruce McArthur got arrested and caught with the murder of 8 victims.

When Sean was speaking to an investigator to give information she told him that there were photos of him on Bruce's computer. The same staged photos as he had taken of his other victims.
Photos of him handcuffed to the bed, a hood over his head, his eyes duck taped and the murder weapon, a pipe pushed up against his throat.
The investigator got teary and told Sean she was glad he was here.

A PHD in criminology labeled Bruce a sexual sadist. We talk about Bruce dismembering the bodies and hiding them in planters. When the forensic pathologist peeled the planters back she found a head, arms and legs.
Sean says that was a very hard day for him, because that would have been his final resting place and the reality of it hit him very hard.

Bruce McArthur is in prison, not eligible for parole until he is 91 years old. He lived a double life, a cunning, manipulative lying murderer. The only time he has spoken since his arrest was he said GUILTY 8 times in court.
The belief is that there are way more victims.

Sean tells us about the moment he went to court to face Bruce and sitting with all the victims families and how he felt horribly guilty and has since struggled with survivors guilt.

He is writing a book which is very difficult emotionally and he is on the very last chapter and we cannot wait for it's release.

Sean says that speaking about his experience and making the documentary has been extremely important for his healing. Every time he speaks it gets easier.
It is a miracle he is alive and we think he is so beyond brave to share his story.

At this moment the documentary is awaiting an official release date but so far has won over 50 awards worldwide from different film festivals.

We all agree to not take on anyone else's debt and that it causes issues.
2. Would you share all money with your spouse or split money to different accounts?
Patrick shares how he and Gabrielle handle this question.
3. What are your views on saving money?
Patrick is a huge believer in saving money to have reserves to be prepared and to always have something to fall back on.
He talks about when he and Gabrielle almost lost everything when they owned Prestige Dance and Performing Arts Centre.
Patrick believes you need money to make money.
4. What are your views on spending money?
We all agree that traveling is the best money spent.
Gabrielle is annoyed that Patrick never buys anything for himself, because he says he doesn't need anything.
5. If we both want something, but we can't afford it, what would we do?
Patrick gives the absolute perfect answer Wink
6. How well do you budget?
Patrick is not a big budgeting person. He believes it is more important to always be aware of your hard costs and stay on top of your bills immediately.
Gabrielle talks about how important it is to be on "THE SAME TEAM" when it comes to finances in a marriage and she does not believe in credit cards.
7. Do you feel it is important to save for retirement?
None of us believe in retirement.
8.Would you be willing to get a second job if we had financial problems?
We talk about that pride comes before the fall and that you have to follow your pride, do whatever you have to. Remember that it is not permanent, but a temporary situation
until you get back on your feet.
9. What if a family member wants to borrow a large amount of money?
Patrick talks about how on the day you lend the money you are the greatest guy in the world and the day you want the money back you are the enemy and the biggest a**hole.
He says it is really easy for them looking at you as your crutch and using you as your bank account.
He talks about this is also important to put your foot down when raising children to not make them into spoiled brats.
10.Who will take care of the financial matters of the household?
Patrick believes that a good foundation for any marriage is about talking openly about everything, most important finances.
