I have learned a few things on my journey and learning to manage myself in a way that prevents burnout, overwhelm, and anxiety is probably one of the most useful ways for me to practically help myself. There is no greater gift to my family, friends, and people I work with than for me to show up as my best self. Managing my mind in a way that prevents me from spiraling into overwhelm is key to this outcome.
