The ‘Influential Women Podcast’ discusses with Tracy how being imprisoned  compared to the lockdown which is happening across the world and what can we do to survive it. Tracy gives us tips on how she learnt new skills, read books and how her mantra on life got her through 7 years in prison and how that compares to isolation.
