Peter Mutabazi is an extraordinary man who has taken it upon himself to become a foster parent. Having childhood trauma of his own, Peter wanted to ensure children the foster care system had a safe and loving home while waiting to be unified with their parents. Rebecca and Peter discuss the tragic reality that many kids face in the foster care system, and how a program meant to help many kids is ultimately failing so many of them.
