Fertility Education (FertilityEd) Podcast, To educate people about the subject of fertility, knowing empowers women to make an informed decision of their sex life and future family planning.  We felt the need for fertility education in schools for a better, healthier and brighter future.  The journey from infertility to fertility, from childlessness to a brand-new baby, can be long and arduous. It involves complicated medical diagnoses, a wide range of treatment options, a host of potential lifestyle changes, lots of emotional ups and downs.  Your doctors cannot decide everything for you, and that is why a good understanding of the subject to each one is essential.  We will cover the range of topics such as menstrual problems, pregnancy, fertility, menopause,  endometriosis, fibroids, IVF, IUI, PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome), tubal factor, male infertility, and other possible causes. We will also look at treatment options, not just medical interventions, but they also include lifestyle changes, sleep, diet, exercise, and other forms of self-care, ayurvedic and various other complementary treatment options.
