MK ULTRA IN US PRESIDENCY
My 1995 testimony for Congress, censored under National Security, was
also censored before submission, omitting crucial information on mind
control in the Presidency.
George Bush, who claimed the Presidency was beneath him, manipulated
electronic voting machines since their inception when he and Dick Cheney
funded Diebold in the wake of the Kennedy Assassination to ensure
cooperative perpeTraitors were placed in positions of influence. As head of
the “Shadow Government” and CIA, Bush sold out our sovereignty to his
globalist New World Order slave society agenda while manipulating
Presidencies.
George Bush was power behind the ‘seen’, eliminating Kennedy, running
Ford’s Administration, attempting to direct Carter’s, running Reagan’s,
orchestrating Bush Jr’s, and directing his friend Bill Clinton’s. Those who
did not cooperate fully with Bush’s NWO aka Great Reset, Agenda 2030,
etc. were subjected to MK Ultra mind control both trauma base and
technological.
Voice of God programming used on President Jimmy Carter began failing
according to MK Ultra Voice of God programmer Senator Byrd. Byrd would
impose Voice of God to direct Carter, but it was failing due to Carter’s long
established innerpersonal relationship with the divine that was contradicting
program. It was decided he would be removed and Ronald Reagan would
be President.
Reagan ceased cooperating with the globalist agenda, favoring US
sovereignty. A 1979 secret meeting at “Southfork Ranch in Dallas” was
where Bush, Cheney, Ford among others met to discuss assassinating
Reagan so his Vice President would take over. Discussion was whether VP
would be Ford or Bush, and Bush reluctantly decided he would have to be
the one because they couldn’t risk putting Ford in again UNelected in the
wake of an assassination.
When the 1981 assassination attempt on Reagan failed, Bush still
maintained control through MK Ultra means throughout both terms. Bush

and Cheney horribly mistreated and belittled Reagan in my presence. Bush
and Cheney directed my White House/Pentagon activities, not Reagan,
which included using me as a sexual distraction to Reagan.
Bush Jr. was the ultimate Manchurian Candidate. Bush Sr. bragged that he
“reared his son to be President” and I witnessed Bush and Cheney using
MK Ultra manipulations while hunting Bush Jr. in a Most Dangerous Game
at Mt. Shasta compound. Bush and Clinton shared the goal of ushering in
NAFTA through free trade of drugs and slaves funded by child sex
trafficking/harvesting. It was discussed the New World Order plan would
require keeping the Presidency in Bush/Clinton dynasties until Hillary
ushered it in.
Obviously their plan failed when sheer numbers of US overrode rigged
electronic algorithms in voting machines 2016 to elect anyone who was not
Hillary Clinton and the New World Order.
As a healed MK Ultra survivor, I am aware that MK Ultra technology has
advanced beyond my experience as has genetic mutation/manipulation. I
only speak from experience, not research, while personally maintaining
critical discernment of individual actions rather than listen to political
rhetoric. Ultimately, I am acutely aware knowledge that is our defense
against mind control is the truth that must reach humankind on a global
scale. Politics is not the answer to change WE need to BE in light of mental
and spiritual evolution.
Our brains photographically record events surrounding trauma, which is
used in MK Ultra to program messages to and from government leaders
and/or for reciting speeches. Perpetraitors, like their Artificial Intelligence,
are flat thinking whereby they make crucial mistakes while failing to
consider wisdom or birthright resiliency of body, mind, and spirit. Therefore,
with full knowing that my brain was photographically recording,
perpeTraitors discussed plans in my presence erroneously believing I
would die with their secrets.
Insights gained from 30 years deep in the Wash DC swamp under CIA MK
Ultra mind control has provided me with discernment to better understand

the kaleidoscope of change that continues to date while perpeTraitors
desperately seek to complete their 100 year plan by 2030.
With increasing Great Awakening of conscious awareness disrupting the
New World Order plan, Barrack Obama was strategically placed to further
divide and conquer. My MK Ultra owner Senator Byrd, known for his long
winded recitations, had discussed MANufactured reserves of globalists for
placement if needed. This led me to follow the money behind Obama when
he was pulled from the shadows into power, and it ironically went straight to
former KKK leader Senator Byrd.
While this indicated perpePetraitors’ plan was failing, I also saw Obama
had devastating effect on personal and national sovereignty financially,
socially, and mentally.
I have also witnessed MK Ultra means imposed to regain control through
elections, especially 2020 when mind control masked as a virus was
unleashed while elections were blatantly stolen.
Whether you like President Trump or not, the most blatant media campaign
to assassinate the character of a president was launched against
Americans through CIA Mockingbird media. As a result, mass mind control,
relabeled as Trump Derangement Syndrome, perpetuated unreasonable
hate to divide the people as intended.
We must evolve with knowledge that is our defense against mind control so
that we do not continue to fall prey to MK Ultra means. It is wise to critically
analyze everything beyond media led perception, and think free of ‘leaders’
by learning to trust our own judgement. When people lead, leaders follow.
The only campaign button I ever wore read ‘Humanity for President’.
With that said, this is my testimony on Donald Trump that was censored
from TRANCE Formation of America. Ask yourself why:
It was my experience that perpeTraitors including Bush, Cheney, Clintons,
and Byrd feared Donald Trump. In 1985 I was instructed “Trump is not one
of us.” In my MK Ultra programming, anyone I was told was “not one of us”
meant I would be killed if I spoke with him. My testimony in TRANCE

Formation of America, Chapter 11, included meeting with Phil Habib in
Atlantic City New Jersey to deliver a message regarding Iran-Contra. My
testimony was censored from naming Trump’s casino, or that Bush told my
handler Alex Houston “Trump is publicly opposed to MK Ultra slaves being
used by the State Department.” The discussion went on to include that
Trump’s knowledge of MK Ultra provided him defense against it, that he
couldn’t be bought off because he had his own money, that his security was
impenetrable, and that he could not be blackmailed due to publicly
opposing pedophilia. Also censored from my testimony was White House
discussion about insider trading amidst the1987 stock market manipulated
crash intended to inflate the black budget. My handler Alex Houston
asserted that it was also intended to collapse Trump’s empire.
As we go forward with understanding that the US Presidency has long
been manipulated, consider, too, that leaders of sovereign nations
worldwide continue to endure the same thing. CIA boasts of overthrowing
governments. MK Ultra is their weapon, both on the population and global
leaders in conjunction with rigged electronic algorithms in voting machines.
Nations that fell first are sending their minions to infiltrate countries still
standing, imposing violence and de-evolution tactics like pedophilia.
Consider that MK Ultra tactics used on leaders of nations is also used on
Congress, government agencies, and even the Supreme Court.
Time to reclaim and retain your free thought, personal sovereignty, self
responsibility, and self governance When people lead, leaders follow.

Ultra TDS-Truth Derangement Syndrome
MK Ultra mind control was unleashed on the global population 2016 when
sheer numbers of us overrode rigged algorithms in electronic voting
machines to elect anyone who was not Hillary Clinton and her New World
Order.
Media failed to show the Great Awakening had reached critical mass
because they were too busy spinning polls for Hillary’s planned win.
A global union of intelligence operatives concerned with preserving the
sanctity of humanity’s free thought, of which Mark Phillips was part, had
long since determined that a change of government would be short lived
unless the people woke up. So when vast numbers of awake and aware
people became the change in 2016, it signaled a global movement to start
dismantling the New World Order.
The world rejoiced as the Washington DC human trafficking swamp was
exposed and its funding mechanism of drug and human trafficking across
open borders stifled.
Who remembers Hillary Clinton’s face when she lost the election? I
remember it as well as I remember the torturous MK Ultra abuses she
subjected me to along with her child sex trafficking/harvesting ops because
seeing her defeat felt like justice was finally being served. To me, the
ultimate justice is positive change through public awareness and the Great
Awakening began accelerating so fast Hillary and her cohorts became
frantic.
Character assassination of the people’s choice for President through
perpeTraitors’ controlled media voice would undermind confidence, create
division, and slow the dismantling of New World Order while shifting it to
Agenda 2030.
Repetition is the most basic form of mind control. How many times did you
hear the media say “Impeach”? While the conscious mind is frozen in fright
or fear, the subconscious is easily programmed with repetitive media
narrative. Since the subconscious drives conscious thought and ultimately

actions, we need to understand our own mind brain function in order to
safeguard our free thought!
2020 perpeTraitors went all in with mind control masked as a virus while
elections were blatantly stolen In front of all of us. How many times did you
hear “mask up” “social distance” “get the injection” while your conscious
mind was distracted by images of tickertapes of death numbers or violence
against MAGA supporters and burning of their livelihoods the media termed
‘peaceful demonstrations’.
People providing evidence that elections were stolen were arrested and
slandered by the media, while perpeTraitors who stole elections re-opened
borders to their funding mechanism of drug and human trafficking.
Remember the memes of Epstein with an “I voted” sticker despite his being
‘suicided’? Remember when Epstein and Fauci were deemed criminals
before media twisted focus and blame away from them?
TDS had undermind people’s subconscious so effectively that all it takes is
media’s repetitive narrative to point the finger away from perpeTraitors and
truth. This is exactly what global perpeTraitors need to keep their New
World Order from unraveling. Once the human mind falls prey to MK Ultra
means, suggestibility stays heightened and subconscious program feeds
thoughts and actions.
Remember how unmasked free thinkers tried to tell fearful programmed
people to take off their masks or not get the jab? They could not hear past
program screaming in their ears regardless of how loud logic was shared.
Our subconscious has no capacity for logic, reason, question, or critical
analysis of information without a conscious mind filter. Trauma and fear
are the basis of mind control because it renders our subconscious wide
open to manipulation through repetitive narrative or the language of the
subconscious NLP neuro linguistic programing.
Once the subconscious is bared, it will take in any information as fact-like
violence in our streets was peaceful demnstrations. In today’s
kaleidoscope of change, this creates confusion and lack of discernment of

truth. The most powerful form of MK Ultra mind control I have ever seen
unleashed on the global population is not mind control masked as a virus.
Mistakes were made with sheltering at home that ultimately woke up more
people.
The most damaging mass mind control I have seen in my lifetime is TDS.
Truth Derangement Syndrome. Because if you know the truth, you will stop
complying with a slave society agenda intended to undermind our humanity
to align us with DARPA generated AI. PerpeTraitors, their New World Order
Agenda 2030, their funding mechanism of child sex trafficking that has
become one of the most lucrative businesses on the planet and likely all of
human history, and their means of creating compliance through MK Ultra
mind control all dissipate in light of Truth. Truth really does make us free.
Our current duly elected President, like John F. Kennedy, purposefully
exposed the CIA, its shadowy Deep State, and its dark MK Ultra mind
control agenda. One President was assassinated for it on national tv while
the other was assassinated in character by repetitive media narrative. You
witnessed it. Now consciously deprogram the trauma because both forms
of assassination have given perpeTraitors control over the minds of the
people as planned.
Use pen and paper to write out your fear, trauma, hate, rage or whatever
inhibits your ability to think beyond what you are told. Deprogram your
imposed TDS, expand your perceptions and think free.

Ultra Survivors
MK Ultra hearings of June 30, 2026 brought the reality of mind control to
light, reaching far beyond US Congress. MK Ultra mind control is a global
agenda and therefore triggered survivors to emerge in rapidly increasing
numbers worldwide.
Mind control is a sliding scale from robotic servitude such as I experienced
on a White House/Pentagon level to information control. We all formulate
our thoughts, opinions, and actions based on what we know and we Need-
to-Know our knowledge base has been deliberately altered for generations
to create compliance.
Knowledge is our defense against mind control, which is why pertinent
information on mind brain function was buried under the 1947 National
Security Act when Project Paperclip imported Nazi scientists and their MK
Ultra formula into the US in the Wake of WWII. WWII was not won and still
rages on worldwide since the CIA was formed, also in 1947, to covertly
carry out what Hitler, Bush, and Biden termed New World Order. This 100
year plan was designed to create a multi-generational compliant society
intended to culminate with Agenda 2030.
MK Ultra survivors are breaking that genetic chain en masse to reclaim and
retain free thought, lighting a path forward to freedom for all. Their voices
need to heard for the betterment of humanity and above all, to stop what
has become one of the most lucrative businesses in the world-child sex
trafficking.
Child sex trafficking is the result of MK Ultra mind control, the funding
mechanism of it, and blackmail ops to keep it growing. The pedophile
agenda is a mind control agenda that is underMinding evolution. Survivors
hold the key to effectively stopping it while evolving with knowledge that is
our defense against mind control going forward.
With birthright information on mind brain function-our defense against mind
control- buried under National Security, and MK Ultra psychiatrists including
Dr. Ewen Cameron and Dr. Jolly West influencing mental health education
to inhibit healing from trauma, it is no wonder that the vast numbers of
emerging MK Ultra survivors are being mistreated.
MK Ultra hearings made a strong point of UCLA Psychiatrist Jolly West’s
influence on mental health and justice systems.
When MK Ultra Drs like Jolly West provide so-called expert testimony in
legal cases, victims become further enslaved while abusers and
programmers go free. This manipulation of justice and mental health
systems inhibit a sense of safety for survivors. Safety is the primary
component of reclaiming free thought and is crucial to exercising free
speech!
Consider that sexual abuse in infancy causes autogenic brain response to
compartmentalize trauma so the rest of the mind can develop normally.
This is the mind’s sane defense to trauma too horrible to comprehend.
Likewise, the brain knows when it is safe regardless of our perception. If
hypnosis is used on trauma victims, the brain senses intrusion and refuses
to open neuron pathways as is necessary for healing and defusing
programmed triggers.
Safety is key. MK Ultra Drs know this, and promote intrusive healing
methods such as talking rather than writing out memory, and the use of
hypnosis on survivors already in a trance!
To compound the felony, attorneys skilled in NLP, Neuro Linguistic
programming (language of the subconscious), manipulate minds of jurors,
judges, and even the public when trials are televised. Today’s UNjustice
system is still invoking National Security on MK Ultra mind control and child
sex trafficking cases.
With systems structured wrong by criminal design, and information on our
birthright to healing from within ourselves buried under National Security,
where is safety for the vast numbers of survivors currently emerging?
I am living proof it is within us all to heal by divine design. By healing from
within in a safe environment, neuron pathways open in the brain freeing MK

Ultra programming. Once freed, programming can no longer be triggered,
which is crucial to retaining reclaimed free thought.
National Security censorship hinders my voice, which I have been raising
for over 35 years so people gain knowledge that is our defense against
mind control, and survivors are empowered to heal from within free of the
corrupted system.
With so many survivors emerging into a world structured to silence them, it
is imperative that truth on MK Ultra mind control and healing from it is
brought to light.
One Congressional MK Ultra hearing is not sufficient to arm survivors with
their birthright to the ultimate justice of healing from within. It will take many
more hearings that give MK Ultra survivors voice before sufficient truth
spans the globe to undo decades of MK Ultra mind control conditioning. An
act of Congress is not enough to fix this widespread global menace. It is
going to take all of us uniting to BE the change and bring this truth to light
once and for all.
Humankind is in the midst of a mental and spiritual evolution. People are
remembering who they are, why they are here, and gathering their strength
of spirit to take a stand against those underMinding human evolution with
their MK Ultra mind control.
Together we can make this world a safer place. With safety comes healing.
With healing comes the ability to break the genetic chain of imposed
compliance. With free thought free will restored, our innate wisdom can
easily outthink criminal minds and their use of MK Ultra means to dumb us
down sufficiently to align us with their DARPA programmed AI.
Think about it. We are being dumbed down to align with Artificial
Intelligence.
Reclaim your free thought in light of the brilliance shown by MK Ultra
survivors who are lighting the path forward. Truth spreads faster by word of
mouth than any media repetitive narrative can reach. Ultra Survivors are
setting others free. Give them voice and raise yours.

Ultra National Security
Censorship under the guise of National Security has plagued my life from
earliest childhood to date.
When my pedophile father was caught sending child pornography of me
through the US mail in 1960, he was granted immunity from prosecution for
agreeing to sell me into CIA MK Ultra mind control. National Security was
invoked on the case and my father went free while I was sold into slavery.
CIA targets sexually abused children for MK Ultra servitude due to their
heightened suggestibility from trauma. The pedophile agenda is a mind
control agenda. My father’s immunity from prosecution in 1960 shows how
long our Justice system has been corrupted to allow for the proliferation of
pedophilia for so called “Reasons of National Security”!
Research for yourself Project Paperclip when we imported Nazi scientists
and their formula for MK Ultra mind control into the US. Knowledge is our
defense against mind control so the National Security Act was enacted in
1947 to ensure secrecy while the CIA formed the same year to impose it
worldwide.
National Security is threatening the security of human evolution by allowing
for the proliferation of pedophilia and child sex trafficking/harvesting.
When Mark Phillips rescued Kelly and me out of the Washington DC MK
Ultra swamp in 1988, over $3 million was confiscated from his bank
accounts with no due process for so-called “Reasons of National Security”.
My named abusers then Attorney General Dick Thornburgh and US
Senator Byrd said they “took Mark’s life savings for saving a life”. Mark’s
friends in Intelligence, including then US Customs Director William
VonRaab fought for return of his savings until they reportedly disappeared
under US Attorney General Janet Reno.
Mark was working the highest levels of Intelligence mind sciences to
preserve the sanctity of free thought when he found birthright information
on mind brain function-our defense against mind control and healing from
trauma-buried under National Security. Mark knew this knowledge is our

defense against mind control, yet was bound by laws of sedition from
releasing it. Mark reminded Kelly and me of our birthright to heal from
within, which we used to deprogram our traumatic past through journaling
by hand. Since it was my experience to heal with these methods and I am
not bound by laws of sedition, I released them in PTSD: Time to Heal.
The FBI/CPS child trafficking catch-net operation I witnessed being
structured by US Senator Byrd, who was my “owner” in MK Ultra since I
was 13 yrs old and subsequently Kelly’s “owner”, was the very system my
daughter was thrust into. Love for Kelly and outrage for her dire
incarceration compelled me to speak out on MK Ultra mind control and
healing from it. I spoke before the Tennessee Legislature April 13, 1992
resulting in a Bill being passed in Kelly’s name that was ultimately
overridden by National Security.
March 17, 1993 National Security was invoked in open court in my
daughter Kelly’s case by Judge Andrew Shookhoff in Nashville, Tennessee.
Kelly’s medical kidnapping by CPS in 1990 resulted in her being held
political prisoner by Tn. Department of Human Services aka Child
Protective Services 1990-1998. My ‘legal’ battle for Kelly’s freedom in a
corrupted court system resulted in Judge Shookhoff stating in open court
“laws do not apply in this case for Reasons of National Security.”
My 1995 testimony for US Congress was censored under National Security
by then President Bill Clinton due to overwhelming evidence against him,
Hillary, and numerous other perpeTraitors of their globalist slave society
agenda Bush Sr. termed New World Order aka Agenda 2030. Concerned
members of Congress, both Democrats and Republicans, who were
outraged at the National Security censorship, had my testimony printed in
book form TRANCE Formation of America, and hand distributed it to all
members of Congress, key agencies, and the Presidency. Despite this
effort, National Security remains on my testimony to date.
1947 National Security Act is threatening the security of our nation by
covering up crimes against humanity including MK Ultra and by allowing
perpeTraitors to remain free.

Nature’s Resiliency
Nature’s resiliency is an inspiration to all who have eyes to see, ears to
hear, and soul to know truth of the miracles that unfold around us every
day.
In the wake of the tornado that devastated our home, repairs to structures
drag on while nature bounces back in magnificent glory. Perhaps nature is
beautifully resilient because our home is on Cherokee Sacred Land. Or
perhaps it is due to all the good vibes Kelly and I emit nurturing wildlife,
while all the love, encouragement and support being sent from all of you
enhance miracles that continue to unfold.
Nature’s resiliency could have been another chapter in Align with the
Divine. Change is difficult for many people, especially trauma survivors.
When change is negatively imposed, it is harder to see beyond the moment
into possibilities that open as a result of one door closing.
Kelly and I are no strangers to negatively imposed change, and have
always shared a higher view to a clear path forward. The day the tornado
slammed our home, uprooting ancient oaks, redbuds, hardwoods--over 38
beautiful trees surrounding our house--we took a slow walk together with
Qi.
As we shared an overwhelming sense of miracle that no one was hurt and
the house was still standing despite extreme devastation, we began to
notice miracles of nature all around us.
Half way down our driveway, geese were walking their new goslings to the
pond for a swim. How did those tiny little fluffs not blow away? And yet,
here they were, peacefully making their way to the pond where they were
greeted by our resident heron and white peace dove.
The large white peace dove showed up one time before while drums beat
from a nearby Cherokee Pow Wow. Now, in the immediate aftermath of the
tornado, our peace dove was back again.
Willows surrounding the pond gently swayed in the residual breeze, and we
knew we would be alright. On the way back up the drive, we noticed our

hummingbird feeder standing amidst the falling trees. You can see it- it’s
the little red dot in our GoFundMe photo of trees piled on the house. As we
got closer, we saw hummingbirds feeding.
How can that be? How can anything as delicate as baby geese and
hummingbirds be going about their lives after such extreme devastation?
We were inspired.
Grass is re-growing thicker than ever. A volunteer pumpkin patch is
growing where our red oak once stood. Birds and animals play in downed
trees, apparently scattering seeds of new growth around the land.
Now, a month and a half later, we continue to experience nature’s miracles
while insurance stays tangled in their red tape. Our hearts overflow with
gratitude to all who continue to support us, empowering us to repair the
roof over our heads, rejuvenate earth beneath our feet, and manifest divine
resiliency.
Today Kelly excitedly called me to our front porch where the GoFundMe
photo is centered, to show me volunteer flowers have bloomed where one
of our ancient oaks had stood. In the midst of the flowers is a sunflower
nearly as tall as I am. While we gazed in gratitude and wonder, Kelly
pointed out a rare luna moth on one of the flowers.
Taking photos of this miracle of growth, nature’s creative resiliency, and
rare luna moth, it started sprinkling rain. Kelly, gentle nature spirit that she
is, took a large heart shaped leaf and placed it over the luna moth like an
umbrella.
With that, I came inside to share this miracle with you.
While an ever changing kaleidoscope of change occurs in our world and
attention is again distracted from MK Ultra hearings and bits of truth
emerging, nature keeps us aligned with the divine reflection of our own
resiliency and the nature of miracles.

Tornado ULTRA

‘Weather’ or not you believe in MANipulation of weather as so many have
been HAARPing on for decades, something certainly has mother nature
storming!

June 1 st while I was working in my office on requested MK Ultra documents,
my home was slammed by a tornado that literally appeared out of the blue.
No tornado warnings, no pressure changes, just one minute it started
raining and the next over 38 trees were on my house, porches, garage, and
retaining walls. There was no path like a tornado cuts, and neighbors at the
end of my driveway did not even have a leaf blow off their trees.

Oddly, trees from all four sides of my house fell on and toward the house.
My daughter Kelly was on her porch when she saw a tornado drop in the
field out front, spinning in clockwise backwards rotation. She ran in the
house just in time as trees began snapping and uprooting.

No one was hurt, and our brick home is for the most part standing despite
extreme devastation. Mark’s library of museum quality books pertaining to
MK Ultra and mind sciences also survived. A major crack runs down the
wall beside it, and our roof is still tarped a month later while we continue to
unbury from trees as our nation moves into our 4 th of July 250 year
anniversary of freedom.

Speaking out on MK Ultra mind control and healing from it for over 35
years, I am no stranger to censorship, threats, obstacles, and imposed
distraction- none of which have silenced nor will silence my voice. Despite
power outages and communication disruptions, I have already completed
my MK Ultra documents for submission.

After Congressional MK Ultra hearings scheduled for May 13 were
postponed, and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbord’s office was
raided of MK Ultra documents despite Presidential orders for
declassification, mind control survivors nationwide became disheartened
that their testimonies would never be heard.

With National Security invoked on my testimony all these years, my
compassion for the vast numbers of survivors just now experiencing
UNjustice is heartfelt. I continue to encourage survivors that the ultimate
justice is found in their healing and by positive change through public
awareness.

Requests for concise, comprehensive documentation on MK Ultra inspired
me to recompile my 1995 testimony complete with added information
censored from TRANCE Formation of America. Whether or not my
testimony is ever made public through Congressional MK Ultra hearings, it
is imperative that this knowledge that is our defense against mind control
reaches the people.

After all, it is up to us to be the change we seek since roots of corruption
run so deep in Wash DC it will take more than an act of Congress to
effectively clean it up and protect our children.
I will soon be releasing these MK Ultra documents, and will continue to
raise my voice for the children’s sake and the sake of survivors
everywhere.

Securing Midterm Elections

Elections are compromised and must be secured before Midterms. It is up
to We the People to get involved on local levels. Congress is not going to
fix rigged elections for us. Guess why?
Our current Congress will neither vote for term limits on themselves nor
restore election integrity when rigged algorithms keep them in office while
they complete selling out our Constitutional sovereignty to their globalist
Agenda 2030/Great Reset/New World Order slave society agenda. Mind
control is key to their success.
Deep in the Wash DC swamp among perpeTraitors, I was privy to their lack
of concern for ‘elections’ since they control the electronic voting machines
and minds of the voters through NLP, repetitive media narrative, and
socially engineered division.
Knowledge is our defense against mind control, which is why censorship
continues to reign supreme.
Following the money we clearly see who benefits from complicity in
globalist crimes against humanity including child sex trafficking/harvesting,
blackmail ops, drugs both “legal” and illegal, bioengineered foods,

Names in Epstein Files include victims, victimizers, whistleblowers, and

Save the Children!
Love for our children will unite the world in divine purpose.
Humanity innately knows rape of our children devastates their minds,
bodies, and soul freedom for the rest of their lives. It instills unconscionable
compliance with authority outside themselves rather than aligning with
divine authority within.
Self-appointed self-anointed authority is ready to lead these suggestible
children into their dark globalist slave society agenda as intended. The

“Why are you alive?” I am often asked.
By divine design is surely an answer as to why I am alive. It is an
abSOULute miracle that I survived my MK Ultra victimization to heal and
expose perpeTraitors and their nefarious crimes against humanity.
Especially Bushes and Clintons. I am acutely aware many did not survive
exposing half what I did in TRANCE Formation of America.
TRANCE Formation of America is a pivotal reason why I am alive for
several reasons.
Intelligence insider Mark Phillips is key. Mark was working the highest
levels of intelligence mind sciences to preserve the sanctity of free thought.
He was a spook, which meant he had Clearance to be any where he chose
wearing any disguise; FBI, CIA, DIA, NSA, Secret Service. Etc.
Mark had friends in high places who respected him deeply for his wisdom,
moral integrity, and fortitude. So when Mark lifted my daughter Kelly and
me out of the Washington DC human trafficking swamp in 1988, he was not
alone in his efforts to stop MK Ultra mind control, and the dark globalist
agenda that is funded by child sex trafficking/harvesting.
As quickly as I deprogrammed by writing out memory of my MK Ultra mind
control experience, Mark’s friends investigated my claims and gathered
evidence to support my testimony for Congress. National Security was
invoked on my testimony in 1995 due to validity and overwhelming
evidence… and because Bill Clinton was acting President.
The 1947 National Security Act reverberates with meaning, and concerns
for our survival were extreme. Upon advice, Mark and I quickly compiled
validated testimony into book form TRANCE Formation of America which
clean members of Congress- both Democrat and Republican- hand
distributed to all members of Congress, Intelligence, and more. This saved
our lives.
The secrets were out. “Suiciding” us would only spotlight perpeTraitors’
guilt even more. Conventional Justice was at a standstill while Mark and I

Agents incognito wearing suits, sunglasses, carrying briefcases, and hiding

18. It was love for Kelly that compelled me to speak out, and love is the
