Triggers are neither good nor bad, it is how we consciously choose to respond to them that matters. In order to consciously choose, recognizing triggers is key to understanding their perceived effects and directing them.

Keeping a notebook and pen within reach empowered me to make note of triggers before they slipped away or subconsciously drove my actions. If I was busy when my past intruded on my present, I would simply make note of the trigger to stop the intrusion.

Later, when I was in a comfortable quiet space, I would take out my notebook, look at the trigger, and write out the memory- opening neuron pathways in my brain in the process. 

Opening neuron pathways allows for conscious self control. Whether we are triggered by a traumatic past, or simply triggered to buy Big Pharma’s latest product as inspired by subliminal advertising, making note by hand is key to making wise choices.

Mark taught me at the very onset of my healing process to make collages as a way to trigger memory. He set a pile of magazines and newspapers in front of me in 1988, and told me to clip out anything that caught my attention and gave me pause. I kept these clippings in a box as suggested. Mark told me that how I assembled all those images would be like assembling pieces of my mind, and advised me to choose carefully. 

Of course I kept my notebook  within reach, making note of images that flashed across my mind’s screen as a result of clipping key triggers. Later I would write out the memory in photographic detail as per birthright methods in PTSD: Time to Heal.

Triggering my own repressed memory with collages was a giant step toward healing from decades of traumatic MK Ultra mind control. I found that through assembling the images, I could take control over my triggers and begin consciously directing my own actions.

Since my collages are included in reSOULutions, I strongly recommend readers keep a pen and paper within reach to make note of any inspiration or in the event my old triggers trigger yours.

My ability to cope with the reality of my experience took time, and I vented through poetry often written in the subconscious language by which I had been manipulated. Double and triple meaning words, making demands of my commanders, and taunting my abusers empowered me to cope. 

When Mark passed away in 2017, I vented through poetry to cope with the grief of losing my hero, best friend, and soul mate. 

The vast array of poetry I vented in order to cope may serve as inspiration for you to vent likeWise. These poems are as personal as my collages, yet are freely shared in reSOULutions as a healing tool for others. 

Taking pen to paper inspires self control and inner peace, in addition to diffusing triggers.

Make a grocery list on paper, and consciously question each item to make sure it is something you need rather than something you are triggered to buy from advertising. You will find it easier to stay focused in the grocery store, buying what you need, and remembering those needs with ease whether you look at your list or not. Having written the list by hand will help you mentally retain your list and stick to it without being triggered by products on the shelf.

Other ways people trigger themselves may be through aroma therapy, sound or light therapy, church bells and chimes, mood music, and infinite other ways depending on life’s circumstances and conditioning.

Repetition is the most basic form of mind control, whereby triggers are being deliberately set through controlled media and school indoctrination.

Church bells, chimes, Tibetan bowls all emit frequency that stimulates our brain, opening neuron pathways. Vibrational frequencies can also be used to compartmentalize memory, shutting down neuron pathways.

Consider how harmonic tones in a song can trigger memory when you hear that song again. Perhaps it is a love song that reignites passion, or a melody that takes you back to teen years or childhood. Have you ever had a song come to mind that plays over and over again until it is annoying? This is akin to compartmentalized memory being triggered into photographic recall

Understanding mind brain function empowers conscious control over what is allowed to influence or trigger thoughts and actions.

Repetitive advertising narrative riding on deliberately tuned harmonic frequencies can trigger you to buy a product when you see it in the store whether you need it or not. Lyrics intended to incite violence riding on vibrational tomes that stimulate the part of your brain capable of violence is no accident. That little ting your phone makes when you get a text can either alert you to the message or demand your immediate attention depending on conditioned response.

With constant repetition, frequencies like your cell phone’s notification ting become so engrained that response is no longer a free choice.

Advertisements, music and tech industries, video games, children’s cartoons, and even news programs are driven by people who have access to “privileged” information on brain frequency manipulation which they use to their advantage.  Awareness is key to stopping intrusion in favor of wise choices.

Think how different music can energize, regulate heart rhythm, or inspire relaxation.  What lyrics are riding on these deliberately tuned frequencies?  Be consciously aware of those lyrics because they are vibrationally intruding on your subconsious.

MK Ultra mind control often uses both audible and subaudible frequencies to vibrate neuron pathways in the brain for mind control purposes.  Phone tone calls are a means of triggering programmed action, much like the ting on your phone alerts you to respond to a text- only with more intense demand.

It was once believed that harmonic programming could only be deprogrammed by the same harmonic triggering. In fact, it is possible to deprogram technologically imposed programs through photographic conscious recall of those tones!  When I mentioned the sound of your text tone, could you hear it in your mind?

Just like that song playing in your head can remind you of the time you fell in love, remembering a harmonic tone, how it was delivered, and by whom can diffuse the program when written out by hand. 

Asking yourself questions such as “what makes me think I have been programmed with frequency” and “who told me that” can open neuron pathways. If your brain’s neuron pathways trigger open with tones from Tibetan bowls or chimes, what flashes in your mind? Write it out.

For generations birthright information on our mind brain function has been suppressed, causing us to forget that we have photographic memory capability! By forgetting to use this capability, healing from within becomes disrupted by outside input. 

Knowledge that is our defense against mind control, is also our birthright path to healing from within. We have been blessed with resiliency of body, mind, and spirit. When we access our divine photographic memory to remember who we are and why we are here, there is no limit to the healing that can occur… harmonic programming and all!

Shape Shifting Conspiracy “Theories”

MK Ultra survivors who deprogram the program first can heal from within to know their own truth. 

We all need to know our own truth in order to discern truth in others. When we know our truth there is no need for validation outside of self and ultimately no need to shift other’s perceptions by demanding they see it our way.

In today’s world of argumentative snap judgement, it would be wise to slow down to remember who we are and why we are here.  Are we here to parrot program we have been led to believe, or are we here to know and share truth that makes us free?

By deprogramming the program first, I wrote out verbatim the voice of my programmers setting the stage for what I was to perceive. DARPA programming included creating a perception that I traveled back in time when in fact I was programmed for CIA black ops in Haiti. Haiti was so primitive in the 80’s it looked like I had traveled back in time! Had I believed the program, I would have missed the reality of what actually transpired as detailed in TRANCE Formation of America.

Likewise, George Bush’s “You Are What You Read” program, which was also generated by DARPA, would have led me to believe and testify that Bush had shape shifted into a lizard. By deprogramming the program first, I heard the program verbatim setting up the holographic illusion of shape shifting into a lizard complete with the time lag while holograph equipment was placed.

These days, I am confident the holographic illusion could be run much smoother than it did back then since holographs are now used commercially, even in restaurants. Back then it was newer technology, so I am happy to have deprogrammed the program first in order to get to the truth of what actually occurred rather than generate fear in others as intended.

PerpeTraitors of the global slave society agenda some term New World Order are not like us and do not like us. Whether we call them aliens or demons, the point is the same: they are here within our realm to affect. 

Truth frees us from fear and shatters illusions much the way knowing a magic trick breaks the spell. Pull back the wizard’s curtain to find it is just a person pulling levers to appear great and powerful in order to lord over those who believe the illusion.

Consider that if Bush Sr. were actually capable of shape shifting here, why was he confined to a wheel chair in later years? And why did his shape shifting illusion only work at secret sites and not everywhere he went in public?

There is always more to learn and know, so I choose not to limit possibility to only my life’s experience. Besides, I know the CIA is trained that the best lies are rooted in truth. Yet the truth of my experience is a piece of the puzzle that helps bring the big picture into focus. It may help others to know truth so they, too, can reclaim their own individual piece of the puzzle to bring to the table rather than bringing the same piece of program to the table and trying to pound it into the big picture.

National Security was invoked on my testimony because evidence proved it true. Clean members of law enforcement and intelligence were able to obtain validating evidence including video record of what transpired in the White House with Bush.

Nevertheless, Wikipedia labels me a Conspiracy Theorist whereby redefining proven testimony of life experience as “theory”. Is Wikipedia suggesting our government invokes National Security on “theories”?

Real-eyes you are waking up from your traumatic past to a world of deliberately socially engineered ignorance. It is up to you, and within you, to heal yourself.

We have all been blessed with resiliency of body mind and spirit. Our brains have been made perfect, so why do we only use 10% as we are taught?

Because we have been taught wrong! Deliberately. When Project Paperclip imported Nazi and Fascist scientists into the US in the wake of WWII, with them came the formula for mind control in order to perpetuate what Hitler, Bush, Biden, and self appointed self anointed global leaders term New World Order. Since knowledge is our defense against mind control, birthright information on mind brain function was immediately suppressed under the 1947 National Security Act. 

Mark Phillips found this birthright information while working the highest levels of intelligence mind sciences to preserve the sanctity of free thought.  He was appalled to see knowledge that is our defense against mind control, along with innate capabilities for healing from physical and mental trauma, had been withheld for generations from education, mental health, and medical communities and ultimately society as a whole.

Our brains were made perfect by divine design, complete with defense mechanisms and capacity to deactivate those mechanisms with awareness. Yet this birthright knowledge was censored for generations while humanity was conditioned to look outside themselves to Big Government, Big Pharma, Big Tech, and Big Cult/occult religion to tell them how to live their lives. With information on the resiliency of body mind and spirit withheld for generations, Drs forgot that the subconscious never sleeps, even during surgery. Billy Graham was frequently at the White House during the Bush/Regan Administration, yet I never had cause to personally encounter him.

I was, however, privy to conversation about Billy Graham since my MK Ultra mind control owner US Senator Robert C Byrd often bragged about controlling him through Voice of God programming. (https://trance-formation.com/voice-of-god/)

Unbeknownst to Billy Graham, he was being manipulated to blur the line between church and state, promoting politics to his followers. 

Graham’s followers were strategically increased through DARPA/CIA harmonics, which were also the driving force behind Byrd’s Voice of God programming. The formula for mind control is always the same, whether it is of an individual, classroom, military, church, nation, or the world.

Harmonics vibrate neuron pathways in the brain for effective means of subconscious manipulation. Scientifically tuned frequencies both audible and subaudible were already being imbedded in popular music to create icons like MK Ultra’s notorious Michael Jackson and, above all, to socially engineer the public. Of course this harmonic equipment is used in evangelical movements like it was in Billy Graham’s!

I’m often asked what I know about Billy Graham since apparently other survivors have named him as a complicit perpeTraitor, and my insight is not intended to discredit their assertions despite my experience being far removed from theirs. Instead, it is imperative to factor MK Ultra into the equation before conclusions are drawn. 

Consider that mind control is used on those who refuse to comply with the Deep State globalist dark agenda.

Intelligence insider Mark Phillips, who was working the highest levels of intelligence to preserve the sanctity of free thought, reported being exposed to information on the MK Ultra manipulation of Billy Graham. Mark was livid to learn how churches – like every other aspect of society- were being covertly infiltrated. This outrage, along with seeing innocent citizens like my daughter and me used deep in the Wash DC MK Ultra human trafficking swamp, added to his determination to expose these crimes against humanity.

How fortunate for my daughter and me that Mark chose to lift us free of our victimization. Swaggart was aware of harmonic means of manipulation, and chose to use the evangelical route to grow and control a congregation. His infamous admission “I have sinned” was a mere diversionary understatement of his true crimes against humanity.

Swaggart’s “missions” included MK Ultra mind control human trafficking and CIA cocaine ops. Traveling into Haiti, Mexico, and throughout the Caribbean, missionaries were used to inadvertently transport cocaine for CIA drug ops running through Bill Clinton’s Mena operations and the Country Music industry. Further details are in my 1995 testimony for Congress, which was censored under National Security, TRANCE Formation of America. 

Swaggart’s ministries interfaced with Billy Roy Moore’s Lord’s Chapel in Nashville, which is among several MK Ultra complicit churches I was used through in the 1980’s. This gave me insight into Swaggart’s Deep State operations that extended through his relatives associated with Country Music industry Mickey Gilley and Johnny Lee.

To Align with your Divine within is to Align with your humanity. 

Essence of our humanity is under attack- not by demons, aliens, or Artificial Intelligence  per se, but by self appointed self anointed global leaders who are hellbent on destroying our spirit of humanity. 

It was my experience as detailed in ACCESS DENIED For Reasons of National Security that these globalist perpeTraitors follow a linear DARPA generated plan. They believe all creation, our planet included, is flawed in its divine design, just as they believe our bodies need their 78+ vaccines to fix ‘genetic flaws’. 

These dark perpeTraitors feel justified in ‘saving’ our planet from their belief the sun is destroying it. DARPA’s conclusion inspires believers to play god by cross breeding genetically altered humanity with AI while also actively working to block our sun. 

The audacity of these power mongers is inconceivable!

As my daughter Kelly observed, “Sun is the SOULar battery of all existence on earth.”

We need sunlight for optimum mental health and for grounding into our true nature. Our nature is our humanity- who we are intended to be and how life is intended to be lived.

To disrupt our essence of humanity, mind control is being used to block our ability to Align with our Divine within, which in turn inhibits access to soul expression, strength of spirit, and our innate energy source of infinite power of love. 

Without free thought, there is no free will soul expression. No ability to remember who we are and why we are here. No capacity for connecting with each other on energetic, loving levels of compassion, understanding, and unity. United we stand against these perpeTraitors of humanity who mask themselves as gods to lord over our existence.

Equally as alarming as discussed by George Bush Sr. at Bohemian Grove in 1985 is that if their New World Order agenda fails, then those playing god will destroy our planet. Wouldn’t blocking the sun do that anyway? Semantics aside, the end game of these dark negative energy force perpeTraitors is our demise. 

When we Align with our Divine within, we have wisdom. Wisdom is our saving grace to outthink criminal minds and AI’s linear plan every time.  Preservation of free thought is key. Knowledge is our defense against their mind control.

Traumatic fear is the basis of all mind control as puppetmasters manipulate humanity’s brain defense mechanism against incomprehensible trauma to their advantage. It was found through Hitler/Himmler research that there is no trauma more horrific on the human mind than sexual abuse of a child prior to age 5 while the brain is still forming. Similarly satanic ritual abuse has the same effect of shutting down neuron pathways of conscious thought, leaving the subconscious wide open to being led, manipulated, and programmed to drive future thoughts.

Many children, including myself, have experienced trauma beyond comprehension to render us compliant and malleable for controllers’ vision of how life should be lived based on their own fears that the world is ending. Our humanity is under attack because our strength of spirit is perpeTraitors’ greatest fear. 

Many children, me included, witnessed other children being sacrificed at their alter of justification. Many victims of traumatic mind control died, which is also in keeping with depopulation agenda to reduce humanity’s numbers to a much more manageable size. Abusers have no remorse in their justifications. Yet children who witness and experience the demise of others are left with the same traumatic dilemma that most military veterans experience:

Outside influences, once we are consciously aware of them, cannot overpower our innate energy source within.

Giving reactionary power to effects of politics, repetitive subliminal narrative, imposed terror, HAARP, electromagnetic frequencies, geo-engineering, unresolved traumatic issues, and even telepathic intuitions, without consciously identifying them, erodes your true strength.

What is driving your moods today? Did you stay up all night scrolling through headlines, checking weather patterns, or struggling with night terrors from your past? Are you obsessively watching grid patterns in the sky or even moon cycles? Energy flows where focus goes.

Identify the reality of worldly influence, then gently steer your thoughts back to embracing goals and possibilities. Change your thought, change your mood. What is it that you can affect today?

I began this conscious exercise combating monthly cycles, choosing to never use hormonal changes as an excuse to complain. I put rules on my emotions so my emotions do not rule me, consciously choosing my thoughts. Once a month, I made it a rule that I could not think or say anything negative about myself, bloated or otherwise. This mental exercise began to change my world. 

Response over reaction reclaims and retains your own power. Take responsibility for your own life within realms of what you can change and impact. Response-ability is the ability to respond by choice.

If imposed frequencies have you down, shift your focus within your own source of energy and exude it. Living the love you are is life’s highest vibrational frequency. Lesser energies cannot penetrate when you exude the most powerful force in the universe. 

With that energetic energy driving your thoughts, it is easy to think of SOULutions to the bombardment of negative energies we all experience these days. Write your Congressman, visit your Governor, set appointments with Legislators, and approach them with concise, detailed facts of your complaints. 

Take up petitions, logically inspiring others to lift themselves above immobility and join your cause. If you emotionally take to the streets with a sign screaming at all passerbys, you are only adding to their immobility and no one- including you- accomplishes anything. Think it through and speak with others eye to eye, heart to heart, and soul to soul.

When I was overwhelmed with my daughter Kelly’s circumstance in custody of a corrupt system, I found myself drowning in my tears completely immobilized. I volunteered locally to combat litter at our State Park, which got me outside and focused on cleaning. This shift of focus helped clear my mind so I could positively affect my child’s need.

Negativity immobilizes while a brighter mind inspires clarity of thinking. 

Do you live in an environment of complaint, making it a challenge to rise above negativity? Rather than echo complaints by adding your own, or, worse yet argue, take the lead. Suggest a walk with assurance it has been helpful for you. Change the subject. Change your thought change their mood!

My daughter Kelly and I are fortunate to have exercised mind over matter throughout our healing process thanks to Mark.  All three of us were aware of HAARP’s affect, so together we learned to rise above imposed frequencies with conscious awareness. Mark was an extremely positive influence on Kelly and I both in light of his wisdom, which I am in turn sharing with you today. Like him or not, perpeTraitors I knew deep in the Wash DC swamp feared Trump as far back as the mid-‘80s.

Could it be that Trump gained his knowledge due to proximity to perpeTraitors in his business circles, and that this same proximity fueled  perpeTraitors’ fear of Trump? After all, he could not be bought off- he had his own money; he could not be compromised, coerced, threatened, or blackmailed- he had his own security; above all he could not be mind controlled- he had knowledge that is our defense against mind control.

While this does not crown Trump perfect in all things, it does empower him to stand against the globalist slave society agenda with vigilance, fortitude, and strength of spirit. This is why perpeTraitors I knew, including Bush, Clintons, and global leaders identified in TRANCE Formation of America, feared him. He threatened to disrupt their plan to mind control You.

Trump’s personal defense against control does not encompass everyone around him, especially in Wash DC. Even his closest confidents, Supreme Court Justices, and appointees may be vulnerable to coercion, manipulation, mind control, or even blackmail.

Blackmail is a very real and present danger since it is how this New World Order globalist slave society agenda has progressed to this point. Epstein Island and Diddy Parties are only recent evidence of blackmail ops. This has been going on my whole life. I was used in blackmail ops since I was a little toddler.

I was exposed to so many dirty government secrets that I was to be sacrificed at Bohemian Grove to prove to perpeTraitors in attendance that their secrets died with me.

Likewise, I was at the “Diddy parties” of the day being passed around like a party favor. I was in the Virgin Islands, throughout the Caribbean, Canada, and Mexico being used in drug and human trafficking ops. There is photographic evidence. 

Under MK Ultra, I could not think to protect my daughter any more than I could think to protect myself. Each of us was manipulated by love and instinct to take abuse to protect the other, which never was effective as our hearts intended. My daughter and I were in the White House where cameras record everything. I held her hand as we walked through the Service Entrance/Serve us in trance. 

When my daughter was being further abused through corrupted Child Protective Services in the 90s, FBI agents testifying against her threatened me that they would release blackmail videos. I responded, “Please do. It will further prove my testimony.”

Kelly was sorting through our treasures gathered on a recent trip to Siesta Key, Florida when she found her sea shells she had collected made it safely home without breaking.

“Look, Mom,” she squealed. “My baby’s ear shells made it!”

I did not know she had gathered baby ear shells, and was surprised to hear her mention them with such enthusiasm given the trigger significance they were in Operation Shell Game. (p.146-149 TRANCE Formation of America)

Kelly and I are so focused on our present and future, that we do not discuss our past other than to reference it as source of insight and wisdom gained for current application. Plus I have always followed Mark’s advice that Kelly needs to learn of her past from within herself free of outside input. This has allowed us both to heal on our own path in light of our individual experiences rather than tangle or dilute memory.

Curious why Kelly was so ebullient about her baby ear shells, I asked her what she knew about them. She told me, “I remember a nice man on the beach explaining to me why baby’s ears shells are so rare and treasured. They are extremely delicate, and when polished are beautiful. When you look inside, you can see the resemblance to a baby’s ear.”

“That ‘nice man’ was not so nice in my book,” I offered. “He is in TRANCE for using the baby’s ear as a trigger for me to do what I was told or your life was on the line.”

Kelly and I were well familiar how manipulation of our love for each other was used against us both to make us do as told so the other would not be hurt. Obviously it was a lie as both of us endured MK Ultra traumas just the same. Yet it is indicative of the power of love, and how each of us had done all we could to protect the other albeit ineffectively.

This is akin to how families were manipulated and divided when mind control masked as a virus was unleashed on the global population 2020. Those who bought into the media’s repetitive narrative feared for the lives of those thinking free and vice versa. It was all love, yet it divided families nevertheless simply because they did not understand components of mind control.

Kelly and I share a very close and profoundly deep relationship because we both fully understand what was imposed on us. Once families torn apart by mind control understand its components, they will real-eyes it was love all along driven by fear the other would die as controlled media programmed them to believe.

The more you know the more you see we are not responsible for what we were forced to do under mind control. Now that we are aware, however, we are responsible and must evolve with the knowledge that is our defense against mind control going forward. Our precious family units are under deliberate orchestrated attack. Truth frees us from imposed fear, and allows for clarity of vision, compassion, and divine love to unite our families once and for all. 

Nature is abSOULute, and Kelly and I embrace it always. Kelly’s and my vastly different perceptions of what baby ear shells meant did not preclude the reality of their profound beauty. Nor did we feel need to superimpose our experiences on each other as people are often conditioned to do. We each had different experiences, and therefore different memory and perception.

Embrace difference. We all have much to learn from each other.
