We all can be prone to falling into the could have, would have, should have trap, and if only trap.
Dealing wtih regrets can cause sleeplessness, anxiety, depression, and pain and emotional hurt and suffering.

When we consider that our very beings are here to serve the Lord, it stands to reason that His Word in Scripture can tell us how best to posture our minds, hearts, words, and actions for the best results.
