Michael Kaplen is an Attorney who specializes in working with those who have suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), helping individuals to secure their rights and receive services addressing their injuries. Michael is also the Chair of the New York State TBI Services Coordinating Council, former President of the Brain Injury Association of NY State, and has held a host of other leadership positions in the area of TBI Law.
