They then head to the Premier League (07:30), where Spurs survived, West Ham went down, Bournemouth and Sunderland made the Europa League, Brighton went into the Conference League and Arsenal finally got to lift the Premier League trophy for the first time since 2004.
Liverpool said goodbye to Mohamed Salah and Andy Robertson, Manchester City said goodbye to Pep Guardiola, Bernardo Silva and John Stones, on an emotional final day of the Premier League season.
