US President Donald Trump has called tariffs the "most beautiful word" in the dictionary. Some African countries might disagree. Lesotho was slapped with the White House's highest tariff rates in a list released on Wednesday, with a whopping 50 percent import tax. Other countries hit include Madagascar with 47 percent and South Africa with 30 percent. South Africa's trade minister says it's now actively working on new opportunities.
