Hello lovelies,
I have your first Monday Pep-Talk of 2026 for you! And this one is accompanied by a WORK: Reflect and Plan 2025-2026 exercise that I’ve been doing for the past three years.
I write it into the notes pages at the back of my Goodbye, Hello journal and I love to do it. While I always explore my dreams for my work and business in my Goodbye, Hello journal, I really enjoy dedicating an entire exercise to my work, to really get clear on my dreams and goals for my business each year.
And so I wanted to share this exercise with you this week, so that you can try it too!
