This week is a special solo episode where I am sharing my personal turning 30 journey, dating back from my childhood up until my discovery of life coaching when I turned 29 and finally how and why I became the Turning 30 coach. I get vulnerable sharing thoughts on my own social conditioning and how this shaped my ‘30 manuals’ and the choices I made in my twenties. I also talk about how I broke free from this and why I am so in love with coaching people who are going through similar shifts and challenges to those that I went (and am still currently going) through.
