In this episode I am in conversation with my good friend and client Karina Marriott aka the Style Idealist. Karina and I met on Instagram two years ago where she bravely shared her turning 30 struggles and from here we started our coaching journey together. As her life coach, I supported Karina at a time when she had started to push forward with her business, a passion project that she started as an escape from a toxic job. Together we navigated the struggles that come hand in hand with big life changes from self-confidence to self-belief, the courage to stop playing small and the strength to pursue a career that fulfils you. Karina opens up and speaks authentically about the difficulties of leaving toxic workplaces and setting up a side-hustle that eventually became her main-hustle.
