In this episode we are SO excited to have not one but TWO guests......the FIRST GUESTS of Two for Joy!!
We had a lot of requests/questions in the first season to do an episode about dealing with post-covid trauma and dealing with life after the lockdown. The requests came in various forms and we realised reading them, that everyone has had their own unique struggles throughout the pandemic and it's taken it's toll on everyone's mental health in some way, over the last year and a half.
Caz and I decided that this wasn't a topic that we'd be best placed to advise on and so we asked two psychologists to come on and give advice on the topic. We are so so grateful to have Clinical Psychologist Hollie Duff and PhD Researcher in Neuropsychology Colm Peelo on to speak about coming out of lockdown and some effective tools to use to help cope better.
