“What will be, will be.” 🌐|💖
1 in 4 people are experiencing mental health challenges or navigating mental illness. Despite the illuminating statistics, there is stigma/taboo that has always existed around mental health, leading to many people suffering/witnessing a preventable decline in quality of life or the unfortunate loss of life itself.
This episode will be published on 5/5 -- from a spiritual lens, 5 in numerology represents change, transformation, growth... in the spirit of a new month + clean slate, this episode features curated, conscious conversations with wisdom shared and different perspectives on how to proactively shift (individually and collectively) from hurt/harm to healing. A gentle reminder that the realm of mental health is universal and in some way, shape or form impacts us all. ☯ (more at: www.ted.com)

What would be the meaning of light, if there were no darkness? It's when a rainbow emerges from stormy weather. It's a canvas for the planets and the stars. 🌐|💖
The eclipse is a natural, gentle and timely reminder that the world/universe is vast with a plethora of people/places/spaces...
Having a moral compass is essential for navigating around/above/through inevitable detours that present themselves throughout life's journey. 🧭
Honoring integrity + authenticity in a society fueled by greed + cruelty is not easy nor status-quo. It takes high emotional intelligence, strength, courage, honesty and wisdom to remain composed against physical, mental, emotional, and/or spiritual attacks that may cross your path and try to (but shall not) obliterate your mind/body/soul/spirit along the way. 💡

“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” 🌐|💖 - Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Happy (belated) 2024 🎉 -- it feels great to be back after a break, and it's MLK holiday weekend in the states! (*MLK National Day of Service: Monday, 1/15*)
Considering the current state of conflict throughout the world and recent attempts to dismantle anti-oppression initiatives, Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s life, global/universal legacy + vision for diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, justice, and peace resonate now as much as (perhaps more than) ever.
We're long overdue for a paradigm shift in our systems... Rather than resorting to tearing people/places/things/spaces down as a means to an end, what if conflict was explored with the intention for everyone to win, as reasonably as possible? Instead, what if we built the world + each other up? 💡
Each day is a fresh start and a chance to recalibrate our own vision for justice + definition of authentic living -- especially in the spirit of the new year. Ultimately, the elements of Dr. King's mission were intrinsic motivations, cultivated from within. How can each of us begin to nurture / continue to nurture that energy within ourselves, while giving others permission to do the same in their own way in 2024 (and beyond)? Injustice (misalignment) that stems from the inner self, whether directed toward ourselves or others, is indeed a threat to justice everywhere...
This curated episode features a recent CBS News interview with the renowned Oprah Winfrey where she answers these existential questions, explores overcoming challenges/conflict + life lessons, travels the road to "happier-ness" and highlights practical/spiritual/uplifting mental health tips from her new book co-authored with Harvard professor and social scientist, Arthur C. Brooks, "Build the Life You Want: The Art and Science of Getting Happier." ☯ (more at: cbsnews.com/person-to-person)

“There are no traffic jams along the extra mile.” 🌐|💖 #AuthenticLiving #ActsOfService
Yesterday (11/11) was Veteran's Day. Today (11/12) is Diwali. Tomorrow (11/13) is World Kindness Day. Taking great care of yourself and the world around you is inspired by (and rooted in) honorable Service. 💡
What does Service mean to you and how does it manifest in your life? Is your definition of service integrated into living in ways that feel authentic and genuine to you/U? What no longer serves you? What serves you now? What could serve you in the future?
New Month Energy continues for November ✨ -- UGT is back with a fresh collective energy reading highlighting Acts of Service as a love language and beyond, perspectives on strengthening/enhancing the acts of service you are currently giving/receiving, and how to approach acts of service as a fulfilling way of achieving success (as you define it / see fit). ☯

“Don't let the hatred in others kill the kindness in You/U.” 🌐|💖
In the states and across the globe we've got civil/justice wars from the local and national perspective + the internal/external battles we all face along the journey as well... it's a lot. 🙏
No matter what side(s) you're in favor of, innocent lives/land destroyed + civilian casualties = unacceptable. Digging deep within ourselves and rising above the hate is possible. 💡
Gentle reminder: As reasonably as possible, take great care of yourself + those around you. Do what you can where you are with what you have and what you know, just as you are -- authentically... on both large and small scale, the state of the world depends on it (everyone of us makes a difference). 🌐
